We had a great time staying here, wish we could stay longer. The hotel is nestled in the middle of a park, you are surrounded by mountain, forest and sea views wherever you look. The amenities are amazing. There are 20 restaurants on sight, lots of play and activity areas for kids, entertainment nightly. Private beach access and olympic size pool. Infinity salt water pool overlooking the black sea, sauna, spa, salt cave, and a zoo that is spread out amongst the grounds. You could only stay here for the entire length of your visit and have something to do everyday, but they also have a tourist bureau that offers very affordable excursions. There are hotel taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go, as well. The service was very polite and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, fresh, and comfortable. There is air-conditioning in every room. They also have shuttles that go to and from Simferopol airport (1:30-2 hrs away), which is a great perk. Great for families with kids, there are so many activities to keep them busy. Also, super safe, everyone coming in and out of the hotel needs their bracelet (which is also the room key).

We stayed at the hotel for three days. All days were spent with benefit, entertainment was found for everyone. But on the other hand, count how much it will cost you, for example, airport / hotel transfer, water park, plenty of entertainment for children, changing beach towels as many times as you want, clean water in the cooler in unlimited quantities, alcohol three times a day with meals, your own beach with sun beds , a gym with a stunning view, a zoo and much more, if you buy it all separately. We like everything! The view from the room we got a stunning without a hassle and scandals, a room with a large TV, maybe a small minus - at night all the switches and sockets are lit with blue light, of which there are many. Food is super: for every taste, lightly salted salmon for breakfast or ice cream for dinner, list for a long time. I want to look at people who are not tasty, and as if they themselves tend to poison themselves. Then it turns out that those who eat sandwiches and pasta with sausages eat with foam at the mouth. I cook very well myself, and my husband and I had no complaints about the range and quality of the food. Everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. We are real people and do not write reviews to order, we really like everything. Pay attention, how do you yourself treat people, maybe you don t need bydlite?

At this pre-New Year's time, you can safely walk around Yalta: fewer people and not hot.

We had a rest in Grin park, from 08.07 - to 14.07, very much! The territory is beautiful, a good zoo, a rope park, an excellent water park and much more !!! The only negative is the queues for electric cars at the Grin park.

During the five days of staying at the hotel, our room was cleaned only once, and then after the scandal with writing a complaint. The food in the main restaurant is organized disgustingly, the dishes are removed slowly, do not sit down. The food on the display is cold. Renovation of the rooms is done at a cheap price from Ikea, which is already falling apart.

The renovation and the rooms are not bad, but as they said in the press releases, there is no talk about any check-in through the room, the hotel is completely packed, the elevators through one do not work, the staff cannot cope with the load, the floors have dirty carpet, for 4 days they never the towels were changed in spite of the heaps of applications left at the concierge service, people start putting garbage outside the door, because the rooms are not cleaned, everything looks pretty wild, especially considering that the lion's share of guests with children. Below I wrote a review about this hotel. That during the 12 days of stay they cleaned only 1 time and then "we had to beat the cleaning with a fight." But I want to correct my review, because the hotel is generally not bad. And if you travel with children, you get a full range of entertainment and sports activities in one place. This is very encouraging. And also on the territory of the hotel there is a salt cave and all kinds of spa. You can take care of yourself while the children are having fun. A very varied buffet, there are shops.
And I also forgot a whole bag of clothes in the room that was sent to me by courier mail. For this special thanks to the hotel staff.

We arrived in early November. I really liked everything! I was especially pleased with the simply gorgeous well-groomed area. Everything is very clean and tidy. Plenty of places to hang out, including 2 heated pools. Even in autumn the water is 28 degrees. I was also pleased with the food. Themed dinners every day. Courteous staff. Will definitely come back again!

There were more forum participants than could accommodate the Khrustalny plenary meeting room. The sections were held in different rooms equipped with projectors and microphones. Its an amazing place ..i would rated 5 if the party noise is away from the rooms as they party every day till 4 o'clock in the morning. Highly recommend for party people less for family who have kids.

Winter in Yalta is a fairy tale !!! All at the highest level!!! I loved the hotel, would be great to come here with kids. Everything is done perfectly for them. Every kind of attraction and animators are taking care while parents are enjoying coffee and nuce weather. Open swimming pools with solty water. I am not tge biggest fan of zoos which is located on the territory, and cages are way too small. All possible kitchen restaurants, personal way to the seaside, though stones no send. But it seems normal here. Promenade and cost infrastructure need serious renovation, hopefully will be done soon. The best restaurant was Chaika for us, great prawns fresh oysters great service! I recomend!!

In general, everything is fine, but the service wishes to be desired. At breakfast, do not clean the dirty dishes, nowhere to sit down. In addition to the numerous requests to clean the table, the staff is not friendly towards the guests. The hotel accepts more guests, but they cannot cope with such a volume.
