Disgusting service, rooms are not cleaned, you have to scandal and demand cleaning, and it is far from a guarantee that they will do it, absolutely non-professional staff. The hotel pulls a maximum of 3 * - there are no bathrobes in the rooms, you have to rent for 1500 rubles, while they are of disgusting quality
It is dirty in common areas, in the restaurant "Marble" it is scary to sit on chairs, tables are not cleaned, there are not enough waiters, the service is disgusting. Dark and dirty in the changing rooms by the pools.
I never recommend anyone to rest here.
