The renovation and the rooms are not bad, but as they said in the press releases, there is no talk about any check-in through the room, the hotel is completely packed, the elevators through one do not work, the staff cannot cope with the load, the floors have dirty carpet, for 4 days they never the towels were changed in spite of the heaps of applications left at the concierge service, people start putting garbage outside the door, because the rooms are not cleaned, everything looks pretty wild, especially considering that the lion's share of guests with children. Full board is not worth taking, because of the number of people, shopping mall is also more than problematic, you can eat normally only in a cafe nearby.
In pursuit of profit, the hotel itself kills its reputation.
