Had a great Christmas dinner this afternoon. Sauces well on taste. Operation could work a little harder, but hey, it's Christmas. Look through the fingers.

Super clean rooms with air conditioning, hotel staff friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast buffet great! Ample parking at the hotel available. Clear recommendation. The only drawback is, you should be mobile, as the hotel is located in an industrial area just outside.

As a frequent traveler this is by far the best of the 4 star hotels I have been to so far. Great spacious rooms in a well thought setup. Thanks for a great service to all of the team.

Had reserved for live cooking, had a sulfite allergy. But was little to eat. Was not considered. But have to pay the full pound. Self chef so I know how to deal with allergies.

Great day ended with a delicious buffet, very well cared for.

We have been waiting very long for our lunch. Just a simple croquette sandwich. Unfortunately the order did not come, we only paid for the drink after 1 hour of waiting. Bad operation.

Clean, modern and comfortable rooms, choices of restaurants inside hotel, only negative is there is nothing in walking distance other then a train station and fast food restaurant

Our room on the ground floor was very spacious, bigger than expected. Nice modern bathroom, good fitness, lovely food in thr restaurant. Only the restaurant service was very slow, the younger ones did not seem much experience.

Tasty food, nowadays at van der Valk Sassenheim, also good for smaller companies. Price quality is good.

When reporting to the reception you immediately feel welcome. Good service and neat rooms. Restaurant also nothing wrong with that. Friendly staff.

Great hotel. Friendly and flexible staff. Good restaurants and bar. Briliant parking: there are two big entrances so there is always a parking spot nearby.

Friendly staff, decent food and hotel room was nice. Only thing is that you can t leave the windows open during the night because of the noise from the highway.

2 croquettes with bread ordered a cup of soup and a salmon dish with poached egg without bread. After about half an hour of waiting, the waiter apologized for a communication error with the kitchen. After fifteen minutes he arrived with a salmon bun while my wife had ordered without bread again apologies, then after fifteen minutes he arrived with salmon on soft rolls we gave it up then but the waiter did not take down the orders altogether what we like van der valk are used to disappointing.

Waiting times and service restaurant and terrace has long been below par. Repeatedly bad experiences and Valk unworthy. Falcon loyal is not accepted.

Upon arrival in the room it was incredibly cold. Heating was actually not possible, because the outside door of the room had a terrible draft. If you felt the door from the outside door you could feel the wind through it. There was also a dirty sticky transparent foil (I think of a dessert) stuck to the floor. There was also a candy stuck to the floor. Made us feel that it had not been cleaned properly. Incidentally, the plumbing was neatly cleaned! In the evening we took a bath and actually all the buttons and taps were loose. Then in the shower to wash hair, but we had to turn it off after 5 minutes because the drain was clogged. All the mess from previous hotel guests drifted through the bathroom. Was too gross for words. Normally I don't get dirty quickly from a floor in a hotel room but in this hotel in this hotel room I put on my socks every time to walk to the toilet, for example. The restaurant NEST was great! We have eaten fantastic and found the service very nice and helpful. Ordered room services later in the evening and the service was also friendly. At night we were barely able to sleep because of the trip (which made the room very cold) in the room. The room door and outside door were constantly banging. In the morning we reported this at check-out and we were offered a cup of coffee in the restaurant. We didn't do this because we wanted to go home. The desk clerk would pass it on to her supervisor and then a suitable solution for our next visit would be looked into. There is little reason for us to come back unless we can transfer this overnight stay of 130 to another room without a draft and clogged drain

Nice hotel. Don't leave your belongings by accident (of course;). Leave a smoothie bottle, tweezers and scissors for the quick check-out. After calling the next day it would be sorted out and I would be called back. More than a week later I called myself. No, nothing was found ...

The room manager paid bad attention. Do not tidy up tables. Taking an order took a very long time. Desserts were not given in one go. All small dots.

Well, I also know why we never eat at a falcon ....

The hotel is very modern and located in an industrial area. A top for travelers. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

We booked 2 nights for 3 adults in a comfort room on the hotel's own website. There was no indication that an additional service was to be paid because we were traveling as 3 adults.
Since the room only had a double bed according to the description on the hotel website, I pointed out that an extra bed would be needed "if necessary". But I assumed that you actually have sleeping facilities for 3 people in the room, if you can already offer / book this or any additional services are included in the price. A small surcharge for an extra bed would also be ok if this was communicated in advance when booking. For 2 days, 60.00 was charged for the extra bed. Too expensive and not transparent.

Unfortunately, the staff does not speak German.

The hotel information, which we fortunately received in German, advertises free bike rental for guests! On the other hand, the website says something of 12.50 per person per day. It is imperative to change immediately! Because of course we assumed that the information is more up-to-date.

In the 3 days nobody came by to clean. The sliding glass doors are pretty dusty.

In the sauna there were used bath towels everywhere on the lounger and that during the Corona period. There is no storage space for your own towel or bathrobe. Especially when the basket is overflowing with used bath towels.

At the end of the 3 days an extra bed for 2 nights was charged for 60.00 and bicycles for 37.50. Clear need for change in terms of transparency!

Breakfast and design of the hotel were very good. You should just not let yourself be bothered by the fact that the sliding toilet door is transparent and not sealed.

Easily accessible, rooms are very modern and spacious, large bathroom. Breakfast is very extensive and has something for everyone.

Entering it all looked nice and neatly cared for.
The food was reasonable to good, only the live cooking would have to be removed.
80% of all food is made elsewhere or earlier in the day.
Carpaccio that is still half frozen and stir-frying was fairly limited with a young cook who takes all the ingredients with his hands with the same gloves.
All in all the food was more reasonable just for me not worth repeating.

A well run hotel. I was not an overnight guest but invited to a party. The premises are very suitable for this. Very clean, including the toilets! The food was good.
The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired.
