Wonderful hotel. Room very clean and beautiful. Breathtaking view. Very nice and welcoming staff.

Booked a room in advance through booking. The day before the vacation, a letter came that the hotel had not been quarantined. We call the hotel, offer a room in the city center. Why do I need a city when I want to go to the sea ?! Yes, if I do not cancel my booking on booking, they will also take money from me. The mood is ruined. Vacation is saved, but expenses have increased. Who will compensate me for all this? DO NOT RECOMMEND! DON'T RIP YOUR VACATION!

I did enjoy the terrace of this hotel a lot. It is a perfect place to enjoy warm days.

Well located hotel, close to the beach and public transport which allow to reach the city center in a short time. Room very well equipped with a splendid view of the city. Breakfast with a lot of choices. To recommend :)

I went to an amateur radio conference. I was two days
Good view, shopping center near although somewhat far from the center. Easy to get to by bus and tram almost at the door.

After the first night I thought the princess hotel deserved a 2 star rating maybe just 1 : I had a bad sleep mainly because of noise. I had a room in the 5th floor and i could hear the music from the piscina/bar area, the traffic (!) and the air conditioning engine. It could be acceptable in a 2 stars hotel but not (I think) in a hotel of declared high standard.
I finally rated a 3 because of the dedicated personnel, good services and good food. Anyway if you asked me "do you recommend this hotel" or "will you go back in this hotel" my answer would be "no"

It is the best hotel we have stayed in !!! We were lucky to stay in the jacuzzi suite and recommended 100 X 100 the INCREDIBLE ocean views !!! They were very friendly, besides you have the mall next to the beach across the street. We will repeat for sure !!

Good hotel, just rooms to go to sleep. You have a subway to an apple to move around the city, a mall for some dead time, and the beach for a walk ... If you have to prepare work, the small desk only gives for the laptop. The bathroom is ... weird. I'm not fair to have the mirror moved from the sink., You shave with difficulty. Correct lunch and well attended. The elevators do not give at rush hour. Customer service very correct and friendly, very attentive in everything. They solve the parking problem in the area very correctly.

The ceilings are crying out for a coat of paint, because the arrangements of A. A. appliances left stains all over. The shower support is loose (or broken) and can not stand the telephone so it is impossible to shower. Suite 1507 with free mini bar if, but it is the poorest mini bar that you can imagine. The bathroom plug does not work ... Something old furniture for a 4 star hotel with a privileged location. Impressive sights!!!

A shame! It was impossible to sleep during the whole stay because of VERY LOUD concerts and no support from the hotel!

The hotel is clean and new. It is next to shopping mall and tram. Modern decorated room make our stay comfortable.

Nice place, close to the new beaches, friendly and adequate staff. Rooms with a view over the city or beach. Point for improvement is the noise insulation between rooms.

Very good hotel with amenities and direct service by the staff. Very close to the city center, although it has so much to offer around the area to keep you close to it.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are perfectly fine, could maybe use an update/refresh, but not crucial. Biggest issue is the elevators - usually they come quickly, but sometimes you wait around 5 - 8 minutes for one.

We had a great one week stay to visit Barcelona. Room cleaned every day, free beer, water, and coke in the fridge, renewed every morning! Roof pool is heated and gives a nice view on the coast. The best thing for us was the free access to a takeaway local cellphone with data, included with every room! We took it with us every day to travel around Barcelona and it was very useful. This way you don't have to worry about Wi-Fi outside the hotel. Awesome for outsiders! Furthermore, the service was impeccable and the hotel is right next to a metro station and a tourist hop-on-hop-off bus stop!

At the bar, the staff behind the bar were very knowledgeable. Have the vedejo white wine.

Excellent hotel in which I felt like at home every day in which I stayed in it. It is also worth noting that if you are planning to go to a concert or a festival in the Forum port, you are in a perfect location to walk to the festival and with all the necessary services for your complete stay. As a curiosity there is no floor number 13 my room number 13, and somehow I felt lucky as there were no rooms and suddenly I was a free reserve and I was assigned the 14 14 that would really correspond to the 13 13

Nice and friendly stuff but bad service, no fish for breakfast, rooms not clean, with problems, elevators are not fast, swimming pool on 24 floor not opened

We have a great weekend. Personnel at the top. Room nothing to say. Fussing. D a propreter delicate. Nice view . With mini bar also included .the parking available in the top right ascenseur.top sea next. Pool very good temperature. The return to reality was more complicated for us.

Very good Hotel, great Pool and good location just next to shopping mall and Train station. However, some of the interior is a bit old fashioned and due for a renovation

The rooms are beautiful, but the bathrooms are not very functional. There is not even the central mirror. Sin. Professional staff

Excellent quality price. It has two swimming pools with a view. Minibar included in the price. Very comfortable room, includes bathrobe and slippers for use in the pool. Good location next to the forum barcelona (congress center and fairs). Line of bus that stops in front of the hotel and part of the square of Catalonia.

Amazing facilities, but very crowded. I had never had to queue so long to check in ...

Reception staff who dealt with us had the upmost vile attitude for no reason. Very patronising too!

Our room stank and couldn't even go into the bathroom without gagging at the smell. It was disgusting.

The doormen/security made us feel extremely uncomfortable with their stares.

And please allow extra time for lifts because they take forever!

Only positive was how good the wifi was. Otherwise it was rubbish.

Great place to stay, we were there for 2 nights, the staff was super helpful and friendly and the view from the 20th floor was amazing. A big plus is the rooftop pool. 10/10

We were in the master suite, which has a jacuzzi on the terrace and incredible views. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room perfect. In addition to the amenities, there was a set of cologne, soap shampoo cream etc from loewe water. The free and super full minibar, and we had a nespresso machine in the room. Room service great. The only fault is that the pools (both the planga 23 and the 3) were very cold, since they were not heated. We did not care because when we had the jacuzzi in the room, we did not use them much. But if we got to be in a normal room, if that would be a bit disappointing

Although the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are very noisy in the corridors during the day which makes it hard to rest if you are jet lagged. Also, if your room is overlooking the pool, it can be very noisy if there are loud children/adults. The elevators are TERRIBLY slow! The staff range from friendly and hospitable to rude and indifferent - it's always just a coin toss as to what you're going to get.

It is an exceptional hotel, great service and spectacular rooms.

After booking for September, they send us a notification that because of the covid19 they send us to another hotel of the same chain, after calling the hotel they inform us that the hotel has been closed since March, so they are dedicating themselves to scam their customers. A shame! Now we have to cancel the reservation.
