Beautiful hotel with sea view pool, cheap and close to the media

Recently stayed at hotel Barcelona princess. It was ok . The class of hotel is not up to standard of what a 4 star hotel should be in my opinion. Simple things such as no iron in the room , nor available from reception. Some fixtures did not function , eg : the electronic phone guide . In general it felt quite dated . Location was on the out skirts of the city, a 20 minute ride on the metro. In brief I wouldn t be a returning customer although this hotel may suit others .

Called the hotel the day before. They told me for the family room it will cost 117 euros. I get there the next day and they tell me 250 euros. I then tell them that they told me 117 euros was told to me. And they said no sorry. I then tell them I will go to the hilton and then they say ok to the 117 euros. I suggest you go to the hilton and dont go to this place

Meeting room was great. Staff very courteous and accommodating. We were early for the event and stayed past our time and no one was rude forcing us to go. Very good experience and recommended.

A bit dissapointed, the room small for a "" "4 star" "", all night the noise of the air conditioning quite annoying, on the 25th floor the sea view nice, the pool ridiculously small, the restaurant very minimalist card, Breakfast on the other hand copious and good, at the exit of the hotel strong smell of sewer and that every day. The situation of the hotel is good, the metro is 2 minutes walk.

I stayed here and recommended the hotel. A well-positioned hotel (close to the most beautiful beach, Barceloneta and quite close to the airport)
Try the pool, from the top floor, heated swimming pool. I made the pool at night on the 25th floor, the view is exceptional.
Ok rooms, I recommend you overlooking the Mediterranean.

Magnificent! Hotel well located 2 steps from the beach and well served by public transport to reach the center. The Diagonal Mar shopping center is at the foot of the hotel. The view is just sublime from the upper floors. The room is very tastefully decorated. There are 2 pools and many amenities. The breakfast is fabulous.

All night accompanied by noises ... we got to sleep almost in the morning tired of being aware of it. Good hotel despite our bad night.

Great hotel, I advise it to everyone Beautiful view of the sea, rent a hotel only from the terrace. I was pleased with the fact that they give a phone for personal use, which rather simplifies life)) And a small pool with sun loungers is convenient if you are too lazy to go to the beach))

I like the hotel, but the rooms with sea views are nicer. It is the 3rd time we have come and I have noticed a drop in the quality of the breakfast, although it is still good, but before they had some details that differentiated it from other hotels. The heated pool, too cold.

Excellent treatment and quality hotel. The stunning sea views

Modern, functional hotel, urban people and young spirit. Next to the Forum in the recovered Diagonal and adjoining the Diagonal Mar Shopping Center allows to do shopping and have many restaurants next to it but it is far from the city center as a problem. Its height allows good views, especially on the sea side. Professional service and well-kept rooms with integral WiFi, terraces and cafeteria glass bar

Location noisy, theft of clothes in the room, the management did not want to know, the pools are very small, watch out for photos that are very misleading. The room is fine, but at the same price, you can get better.

Get a corner room, the views are awesome. Great breakfast but should add maple syrup

A great hotel that adorns the skyline of Barcelona with a magnificent design. We attended his terrace The Gym Bar to enjoy its cuisine, its pool and its good atmosphere. Being a bit removed from the center, although it is easily accessible, it is perhaps less collapsed than other hotels and just next to the sea and a shopping center. Ideal to enjoy a quiet drink and good dishes.

Basically a good hotel.
The employees are becoming more and more unfriendly. As a guest you have the feeling that you are disturbing the staff. When the staff member asked at check-in whether I had already been here and I replied, yes, it is my 50th stay in this hotel, she only said, aha.
Pool is no longer well heated, rather cold.

Staff were fabulous, slightly disappointed with the pool areas. Showed really big in the reviews but during most of my stay I was hardly unable to use it. The lifts are incredibly slow. I found that the house keeping was ok. We would have the do not disturb sign up and yet they managed to walk in

I came out delighted. Very cozy treatment even being a conference hotel. The best, the views !! If there is something to improve I would say that breakfast. It's not bad, but it's the details that should be taken care of. In general, 100 per 100 recommended.

I spent 5 nights in this stunning hotel. The facilities were superb and I enjoyed spending hours in the rooftop pool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly free mini bar which was refilled everyday and gift package made my experience much better. I would highly recommend it. The perfect balance between a sun holiday and a city break.

Rooms are very small..not enough room in closet to hang clothes..bed and pillow very uncomfortable..disappointed ..

Nothing compared to what we had at Sunway Ppyramid Hotel.

Very good breakfast and great service. We had nothing to complain about. The entire hotel is very clean. The wellness area and the heated pools we liked a lot. It was really thought of everything. Gladly again!

Very good bar on the third floor with pool and views of the Museu Blau. Service at the top, and very good cocktail menu. However, we have not tested the nights. Thank you Princesa :-)

Our room is 2605. Very nice view of the city, a little bit of the sea. View from the corridor to another part of the city.
- the bathroom is separated from the room by glass and a door that does not close, the sounds and smell of the toilet will be heard in the room. Very well heard neighbors and noise in the corridor. A constant hum is probably heard from the ventilation. No kettle. One chair. If there are two of you, then it may not be very convenient, but if you are alone, then it is very good. No iron in the hotel at all. The laundry and ironing service is quite expensive.
+ There is a mobile phone, you can take it to the city for a walk and use the Internet for free !!! This is a great help. There are slippers, bathrobes, TV, refrigerator. The window is closed with an electric roller blind. The bathroom window is also closed with a dense electric roller blind.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a gym, a bar. Elevator with glass. The reception is round the clock. Breakfast costs 19 euros - a lot of pastries, fruits, eggs, cuts of meat and cheese, stewed vegetables, muesli ...
Near the metro, a large shopping center, the beach. There are small cafes opposite the hotel entrance, where you can eat a large salad for 5 euros, paella, pizza and much more inexpensively. There is a bakery with fresh pastries. Also, opposite there is a self-service laundry service, the cost and principle of operation were not looked at, but it will definitely be cheaper than in a hotel.

We stayed at Barcelona Princess for 5 days staff is excellent especially the front desk they where so helpful . We really enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it

The rooms were clean, the food was very nice, the location was also in a good location.

ot in love with this hotel. Nice enough but the amenities are lacking. For example, there are no tea kettles in the rooms so you need to go downstairs to get hot water or pay a service charge to have room service deliver hot water. They also do not have irons available so you have to pay to have your clothes pressed if you don't want to look like you just got off an airplane. Bonus - you get to pay an expedite charge if you find this out too late. Location is great if you're going to a conference but not for much else. This is a little nitpicky but the rooms are dark because there are no overhead lights and the ceilings are painted black (great for mood lighting, not for much else). And finally - this hopefully doesn't happen to everyone - the heating and air conditioning was not working so my room was either freezing or a sauna. I ended up moving to a room with a view so that was nice. All in all not the most pleasant experience.

Large hotel with many rooms, ideal for large companies or general that comes to seminars.

Good morning everyone.
Today I have left to spend two nights in the hotel.
The hotel is ok, a 4 star NO.
The bathroom without a window handle.
No mirror in room.
The precarious windows you hear all the noise from the street.
The light is very insufficient, we didn't see anything at all.
I take a quadruple room and to go from one side to the other I have to do it above the beds and this paying 470 for two nights.
Very unhappy.

Very nice hotel, overnight stay in promotion with an easyJet flight, exceptional price quality: well-kept room and equipped with every comfort ... It is located in the new area of Barcelona so a bit far from the center ... But with the subway, to 100 meters from the hotel, you reach the Rambla in 15 min

Spectacular view and location close to the subway. Good and local food with friendly even Italian waiters!
