The truth is that I was quite impressed by the hotel and the services in all the places of this were very pleasant and personal and intimate.

This hotel is tremendous, the rooms are spacious, clean and well arranged. The service is very good and the staff competent. The pools are nice but a little small, the views are amazing and the location perfect, without forgetting the free mini-bar, even though they bring few drinks!

Very tidy and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant on 3rd floor was nice.
The breakfast buffet was not great. But there were many other options in the shopping centre next to hotel. Would recommend this hotel and we will definitely book again in future.

Magnificent hotel with, depending on the room, a breathtaking view of Barcelona. Huge bay window which gives a sumptuous view.
Ask for high floors. Only negative point is the very small pool and the floor staff who woke us up to clean the room

My girlfriend booked us this place for my birthday and from the moment we stepped in the place to the moment we left the staff were incredibly rude. We spent more time outside our hotel room than in the room due to the fact they kept giving us keycards that never worked. Rather than changing our room they kept giving us a new card for us to go up 20 levels in the lift for it to not work once again. When we complained and asked for the manager but we were lied to and kept in the lobby and not one person came over and they persistently said it was our fault we couldn t get in our room. After hours of arguing and lied to a guy came out (Miquel I think) and apologised and offered 1 free cocktail as compensation... we wasted hours attempting to get in the room and even longer complaining and waiting for a manager... I hope the staff do not experience this hostility when they pay a lot of mOney for a terrible service. This place clearly did not care about our experience and I was very happy once I checked out as I would rather spend hours in an airport than spend money and time in this place. Even at the end they couldn t understand my frustration.

2 stars no more noisy hotel you hear all the outside traffic the neighbor's shower the heel of the neighbor above who makes the 400 steps the bed not comfortable at all to avoid pretty but top really disappointed

It was a pleasant work trip stay. We had a room with a seaview, and you could have a peek at it from the bathroom as well.

This place has everything a hotel needs. There was great service during the company dinner and the had a variety of options over breakfast.

What I personally loved about the place was the cosy room for three and how it was a short distance from the beach and a park though it was prettt much an industrial area.

Hotel with 360 rooms, spacious ca 20m2 wooden decor rooms which have from 7th floor up sea views,and starting from 14th floor amazing city views :) a perfect place to allocate in summer since it is close to the beach!

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The free mini bar was greatly appreciated and it gets refiled everyday! Good location and transport nearby and rooftop pool was amazing.

Hotel with excellent service, it is not central but the place is quiet and with spectacular sea views.
The rooms are spacious and has many services. Highlight the very large parking lot, which allows you to park a large car with peace of mind; with direct access to the Diagonal Mar shopping center.

I had a great experience at the Hotel Barcelona Princess. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable deal in Barcelona

Very friendly and helpful staff. I can not talk about the rooms because I have not seen them, but what I have seen I liked a lot.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of October. It was a surprise for my birthday, my husband chose it and I'm glad he did. Lovely large room with a (sideways) sea view. Massive bed. High end fittings.
The only downside is that the en-suite could not be closed off from the room. There is a large glass door but the magnetic catch no longer holds. As the windows do not open we had to find other toilets , not a problem - a little 'design over functionality' issue. Basic, but necessary
Breakfast is a generous buffet with lots of different dishes. There is no evening restaurant service but that's not a problem, all of Barcelona beckons.
The hotel is close to many restaurants a huge shopping mall and loads of transport options. We walked to the beach every day, again lots of restaurants for tapas - and more. The pools are small, OK for kids. It's a city hotel not a beach resort.
Altogether a great place to stay, thoroughly recommended.

Good from the outside, a normal rooms with 2 beds was a bit old fashioned. Breakfast: 7/10 points.

In general it is very good. To put a paste the windows of the building were extremely dirty.

So, what to say!? ... 4-star hotel, even if modern it already shows signs of wear, not too clean and the room almost fell to pieces, chipped glass, detached silicone shower. Off-track electric curtains, etc. However nice and convenient for transportation and proximity of the mall. Very poor not having a loading and unloading area in the car in front of the hotel, who knows what his brain was saying !? Booo !!

Moustafa, the person in the front desk at night on 21.May 2017, refusing to assist and send towels to the rooms. Maybe because I'm a Chinese looking Malaysian. Racism Hotel. Very rude and not respecting the clients at all.

They fail to honor reservations, advertise themselves as available, and then cancel them.

Very nice view of the room. The service is ok. The mini bar is free but there is no kettle in the room. The first day only the shampoo, shower gel and soap was available but the second they added the toothbrush (for two people). In short the benefits for a 4 stars were not for me. The staff is cordial but more. If back in Barcelona, I would change hotels because the view is not everything.

A chic and trendy hotel with immaculate decor, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, well soundproofed and well equipped with bathrobe and slippers provided, you are fine in a 4 star there is no doubt it's even better than some 5 stars! The 2 suspended pools on the 3rd and 23rd floors are great and offer a breathtaking view! Although a little distant from the city center, it enjoys an excellent location glued to the super Diagonal Mar shopping center, and a hundred meters from the beach. One of my favorite hotels with excellent value for money.

I was fortunate enough to stay in the Barcelona Princess hotel for the duration of my stay for a work function in Barcelona.

Naturally the venue was picked as it was the closest to the events function area.

By far a 4 star hotel, staff where amazing and accommodating, breakfast buffet was delicious with varied options.

Prices are reasonable and I believe you indeed get value for this type of hotel.

Location is still quite central with only a few stops away to the CBD area from tram or a short taxi.

OK hotel, looking a little tired. Out of the city centre but good transport links. Well situated for the beach. Mini bar in room with limited items but they are FREE, not come across that before.

One of the good hotels in Barcelona to enjoy in company. With stunning views from the room. In winter, you can swim in the pool to smoke gold and then enjoy a good dinner.
