Good situation, I went to find some friends and the treatment of the staff when asking for information was very correct

Friendly, very clean and great views. Good location to visit Barcelona! Close to the metro station. No complaints, would definitely come back.

The treatment of the staff was great, we ordered English breakfast and it was very complete and rich. The room is a bit old, but the views are very nice and cleanliness is fine.

Beautifully beautiful and hospitable hotel !!! Got our hotel room 3 hours earlier !!!

Absolutely fantastic! The moment we arrived the reception staff made us feel welcomed and clearly explained what facilities they had within the hotel. We arrived at the hotel two hours before check in but they allowed us they leave our bags with them and offer us to use their facilities if we like.
Then later we went to our hotel room which was stunning. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had great lighting and mirrors. And the balcony had a beautiful view of the sea and was big enough to seat out on.
We then used the gym bar which offers a menu and cocktails. The food was gorgeous from pizzas to burgers. They were cooked to perfection (and the burger cooked to how you like). They had a variety of cocktails and the ones I had (such as mango cooler) were amazing. The staff in the gym bar were delightful (Francesca was so welcoming and such a lovely woman). The view from the bar was also nice with a lovely view of the 1st floor pool (which you can drink out on) and the ocean.
We opted in for the breakfast buffet when booking the hotel and what a great it was. The buffet was massive with a variety of food from hot to cold to pastries to cereals. With drinks such as coffee, teas, juices all available. And the layout within the room was nice as well. Such a great buffet and was the one thing that made us get out of bed early!
There was an IT/chill out area which was handy to use if you need to print out tourist attraction tickets (for free). The 23rd floor pool was also a nice relaxation area which a gorgeous view.
Room service was extremely quick, when we needed spare robes and towels it came within minutes.
The hotel also has an ATM, bag weigh scales and another bar downstairs. The view from the glass lifts were amazing.
The hotel is located in a great area as well. There's a massive shopping centre right next door which is open til 10, and has a supermarket, clothing stores and fast food shops within it which was really handy at times.
Then at the back of the hotel there's a taxi rank which always had taxis available, and the tourist hop on hop off bus stop. Both once again were super handy.
The beach is around 10 min walk from here, and it's a lovely walk.
When we checked the staff called over a taxi and brought our luggage to the taxi.
Altogether this is extremely good hotel, well worth the money. It was so homely and very well ran. I can't think of a negative what so ever. Four star hotel should soon turn into five stars!

To be honest. My stay there was perfect until I spoke with a reception employee i can t recall her name who was rude and disrespectful. I had a confirmed online booking to extend my stay but she insisted that it s not and the hotel didn t charge me for it. When I showed her the proof of paid reservation she refused to give the room and simply told me that they are going to issue a refund.

Excellent, we loved it ... we will repeat again !!!

In itself a good hotel. Sometimes, however, very incompetent employees. Booked a room with a city view but got one with a view of the harbor. After speaking to the receptionist, she said there was nothing stored and she didn't know what to do, but a higher-ranking receptionist immediately intervened and upgraded us from the 6th to the 19th floor with a wonderful city view. THE CLEANING WOMAN JUST NOT PAY MONEY - THEY DON'T DO WHAT YOU WRITE ON THE NOTICE. Dirt in the bathroom addressed under the glass table and is still there. Despite the note, no hotel flats get. Otherwise everything was very nice. Breakfast is bomb and definitely worth it for 19 euros. Have never experienced anything like it. Connection with subway relatively good to everything. Pool, sauna and minibar for free - Nice! Come back

Best week end that I did, the Hotel is amazing, swiming pool in the 23th floor just magic with the view of beach. The room was very clean, I was in the 25th floor and the view in the city from the room you say just wouahhh !! The hotel is just close to everything you need !! I will come back again very soon

I have not been there, but it gives points to Google I think. You must have a good teaspoon and you should be able to go only for a dessert.

VERY BAD ATTENTION

The receptionists leave a lot to be desired. I went with my partner to ask for information to stay the night of the end of the year and they made me wait 30 minutes at the reception, when they deigned to assist us they told us that for only that night they could not give it to me, that they had to be at least two. We wanted to spend a different old night and we have taken the desire.

It is the best in Barcelona, clean and beautiful rooms ...

Stayed here for a week in May. Hotel is fantastically. Rooms are very big and modern. Large windows, mini fridge is free and stocked daily with glass bottles of coke, sparkling water and beer. Modern lighting, air conditioning and electric blackout blinds which can be closed from the bed :)

Had breakfast one morning, a bit pricey but a lovely buffet. The food in the pool bar was nice, their club sandwich is fantastic! Food was cheap and delicious. Had food brought up as room service and only cost one euro extra per dish.

The pools are both quite small but this is a business orientated hotel so what do you expect. It's still very nice, the rooftop pool has a great view. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very warm when we visited.

The staff are friendly, the food was nice and the room is affordable. It's beside a beach, tram line and shipping centre. It's a little bit out of the way but it's worth it die to the price, services and features.

Everyone has their opinion of the experience in this hotel, but I had a great time. Everything in order, a wonderful view, excellent service, welcoming staff. On Sunday 17th February, the room was not properly cleaned and there were no towels, bathrobes and water and even corkscrews; I wouldn't want them to think we took them away. In any case everything was perfect and I would go back there again. Until next time in 9006

Very clean hotel. ... hot water on all floors. .. !!! service at the desk very good if you speak Spanish or English. Forget your French, too bad.
The massage service integrated into the perfect package.
I end with the very complete, plentiful and varied breakfasts. At your choice for you one day I made the salt the next day the sweet.
Hotel really to recommend!

Worse of the two, you are friends who have been funny and the rest you have not made with those of the two, you are friends who are

Hotel rooms are 100% business minded :
- very close to convention center
- usually has good deals with enterprises during conventions.
- high levels with a nice view
- close to the sea to run in the morning
- an Ok Breakfast but not the greatest

Bad :
- when the hotel is fully booked and you are at higher levels of rooms , you can wait up to 20 min for your elevator , often out of service too.

- very very far away from any tourist attractions or restaurants. When you plan a diner with your customer take a taxi !!

- limited comfort in the room , especially after a long day of running around the convention you need that extra comfort which it doesn t offer .

Perfect hotel The only one but it is the distance to the center of the city

Quite out the away from the main town and the rest of civilisation. Service was great, however the rooms could better designed. When I had a shower, water escaped into the room!

Even if the decoration is a bit dated, the staff is very smiling, welcoming and professional

Nice hotel located across the street from the CCIB and the mall, and 5 minute walk from the beach. A bit old and not centrally located but 2 pools and a spa compensate for it. The only hotel I ever been in (and I've been to a lot) that doesn't provide an iron when requested. They refer you to their paid ironing services...

They located us in the high zone, views of the city. Magnificent stay, pleasant, silent staff. Free minibar with 5 refreshments. I would repeat.

The floor and walls are amazing, but the room... nothing special.

The hotel itself is fine. The elevators, however, are ridiculous: far too big and far too few. So there are always long lines of people who e.g. want to go back to your room from breakfast. Or down to the lobby to check out. A good half an hour in the morning is wasted pointlessly! It's a shame, but unfortunately that's a big no-go!

Reasonable price for one night .. good views on the upper floors.
The only thing ... are the dirty glass from the outside of the room and cold without heating

Bare in mind they dont have kettle, tea or coffee in rooms. Lift can take a while since it is a tall building. Swimming pools arent big and are outdoors. But is decent given what it cost me

Very modern designed rooms, innovative ideas for guests and great location. Bath and gym are a bit smaller than expected.

Hotel employees are friendly and professional. The rooms according to their 4 stars. I can't talk about the rest, he didn't give me time because of our short stay.

Fantastic. Easy transport local. Shopping centre right outside. Fantastic views. I dont write reviews so for me to write this one says alot.

Nice hotel. Could be finished a bit better. The rooms are clean, tidy and modern. The staff are friendly. Don't stay here if you want to be close to the centre of town. There is a metro station around the corner but it's a bit far out for my liking.

What can I say ... dirty, 300 guests and only 20 sun loungers. Spectacular rooftop pool where marijuana is consumed throughout the day. Ridiculous hotel for an expensive price. Breakfast average ... maximum 3 stars

We celebrated an informal work meal in this fantastic hotel. Despite not being an event as such, the attention received was so professional that we were pleasantly impressed. Many thanks to Miquel Molina and his team for their professionalism, kindness and attention. A 10 for the hotel and for the human team. !! Congratulations!!

I went to have lunch with some business colleagues, there was a menu. The Pato a l'orange and the ceviche specially tasty. I didn't eat the soup but it look very taste. Plates where good elaborated, and service really good.

A super great hotel, with great rooms. Unfortunately, we did not get sea view as we had booked. In the room we had nothing to worry about except that no toilet brush was available. Whether this is in every room .... I hope not. Food Tastes good and there is a wide selection. Staff are nice and around we felt very comfortable in the hotel. We'll definitely come by again.

I really liked the stay there. Theres everything I need - sauna and the pool. The pool is amazing, on the roof, with amazing view and very pretty art on the wall.

Hotel booked via booking the hotel Barcelona princess arrived on site the hotel is "closed due to COVID" (see photo) !!! we arrived very late around 00:30 in a cold weather result of the races paying useless taxi costs more than 40th of the race luckily we were not with children!
Hotel to this day still bookable via Booking is inadmissible and the offer is LIE!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We chose this hotel for its location completely disappointed!

WARNING :
When you pay for this Barcelona princess hotel, you go to a partner establishment and we transfer you to the negresco Princess hotel, 15 minutes away, so there are still additional costs to pay!

The hotel was in a good location as everything (city, boat rides etc) was all within a 10min drive. Also the hotel was right next door to a massive shopping centre that alot of shops, restaurants etc including: Zara, H&M, Primark, Nike, Adidas, Haagen-Dazs, KFC, Cinema etc.
Let downs
1. The major downfall for me was the two pool areas which was so tiny! And not as nice as the pictures online. As a result I didnt use the pool area at all during my stay.
2. No iron in room only an ironing service where you pay for each item to be ironed. We went to buy an iron in the end as it would have been expensive.
3. Good selection at breakfast but would be good to have chicken or beef sausages or turkey rashers as there was only pork and bacon.
4. Very small gym area
5. There should be more deals or discounts at the bar for people who stay at the hotel
6. No mirror in the room!!!! It would have been prefect for a mirror to be by the table in room to do makeup.
7. Couldnt work tv but that could have been me!
8. No speaker dock in room (Good thing I brought mine)

Well placed hotel overlooking the sea and the city. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I recommend it's a quiet and spacious hotel. Fare can be a little pricey but good for that a kiff. By cons for a security issue we can open the window by beating but otherwise there are rooms that are not sea side have a balcony. Too bad we must choose either with balcony side city or without balcony sea side but otherwise nothing to complain about

Very nice hotel with spectacular views of the city. The bar on the 3rd floor was small for the event (about 30 people present), and at the hotel they erroneously indicated us about the venue of the event 2 times. Otherwise, all good. Bar prices acceptable and very friendly service.

The room has an excellent view of the city, is very clean, cleaned every day in the afternoon and has a lot of free items and free services. I highly recommend !

A beautiful hotel for me one of the best in the city I liked the experience and I went a few months ago and eat very nice views very good.
