Very nice hotel with a wonderful view! Close to port aventura by car 5min!

Very good four star hotel. The staff are welcoming. There is a swimming pool, spa and billiards table. The rooms are well kept.
I recommend this hotel for those who plan to go to Port Aventura or the surrounding area.

The rooms are big and the bathrooms are nice. All very clean, but the IBIS Budget hotels are much better value.

The hotel is very nice. What we did not like at all is the restaurant! The kitchen is very bad and the restaurant staff is not very effective. It is not worth the category of the hotel where it is. We had hired a half board and we had to change it, because we were unable to repeat a dinner like that ... Despite this, the hotel is fine, breakfast (very good buffet), the spa is very nice and very friendly receptionists.

Reception very well, I was in Aparthotel one night all right, the hotel has an outdoor pool when they close you can go inside, but you have to ask for a hat at reception, there is a round trip transportation to PortAventura Park with schedules. I recommend it.

On arrival it was a nice place,but when booking it stated it was a five minute walk into Salou which is untrue, if you have no transport it's a very very long hot walk into the main place, over an hour I'd say. The only bus takes you to old Salou which was out of the way from where my family were staying so another long walk again. Hotel nice on the inside and rooms were tidy, wifi signal not dry good.

The hotel is a bit old. The rooms are clean but there are small flaws everywhere. Lime deposits in the bath, on the tiles and shower head can be found in the bathroom. In the climate control in my room, the keyboard is worn and difficult to use.
The large tower corridor has the disadvantage that it is very resonant and loud. Some of the rooms are noisy.
The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. At the reception you always have a smile ready.
I would recommend the hotel anyway.

Nice hotel Very clean and very correct rooms, good place to go to Port Aventura

- Bedding: hard mattress.
-shower: average "Roca" trobineterie well below the quality usually found with "Grohe".
-Medium breakfast: orange juice from chemical machine (low cost), tables not cleared as you go.
(The time to take the shower, prepare the suitcase and go back down, my plate was still in place ...)
-on the other hand, the departure, with another hostess, went very well and the smile was on the date !!
Conclusion: great tool operated according to the requirements of an Ibis Budget. The cheap room can also explain this.

Friendly but hard-working welcome.

First of all, the reception could not find any trace of the additional reservation for one night, made in the morning by telephone.
Then the proposed rate was much higher than that available on the group's site. (An alignment was still easily accepted)

Finally I was asked to repay the rest of my stay (2 nights), however prepaid at the time of my reservation.

We stayed in an apartment with 2 single beds and a double bed.
The room is large and well maintained.
Soundproofing is average.

Bedding firm, but not to the point of having a backache in the morning, as some reviews suggest.

The 6th floor offers a clear view.

A spa and swimming pool are available. But it is unfortunate that massages are not offered during the week and especially that the swimming pool is not accessible from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The restaurant menu is very competitive on weekdays and very good. It is offered for 4 euros more on weekends.
Water is included in the menu.

Free parking possible in the streets around the hotel.

Finally the rates offered during our stay were very competitive. (After alignment with internet tariff)

In conclusion the hotel is very decent, but you don't feel like you are in a hotel bought out from another group rather than a mercury hotel.
Also the boondoggles at the reception are annoying.

We love this hotel for its proximity to Port Aventura (almost 3 km) and the facilities it has. It is modern and the breakfast is very good and varied. You have to wait a bit in the most requested shift because by Covid measures they are serving you everything. Kind in the deal and they gave us a room superior to the one contracted for having availability, in the attic with living room, kitchen, terrace ...
It is the third time we go in a year and we will repeat for sure. Value for money a 10.

This is very good, for what I have been to port Aventura, Salou and surroundings. I have been twice the perfect breakfast, good orange juice, spacious rooms, perfect air, WiFi if that iva, large bathroom, small refrigerator, small kitchen, 5 min from Port Aventura.

A normal hotel. I did not like it very much. The spa is not included for guests. The parking and the rooms have not seemed very comfortable. The television could not connect to an HDMI output. Anyway. I will avoid it in successive visits to that area

Very decent hotel near Salou and Port Aventura! The outdoor and indoor pools are great as well as the bubble bath and the sauna!
