Very nice welcome. Luxurious hotel and very nice staff.

I stayed in a small apartment with many amenities. Well equipped kitchen. It is close to Portugal adventure and has inexpensive restaurants nearby. It does not make breakfast or dinners.

I spent with my partner A. CL recently one night and everything was wonderful. The place, the moment, the company and the attention.

Friendly welcome. Spacious room, but the additional metal bunk bed was a surprise when you booked a normal double room. The beds were a disaster though. On non-detectable roles, so that they drifted apart if you got too close to the visitor's crack. Pillow not great either. The condition of the room was also rather modest. Due to a shower wall that was too small and a shower that sprayed in all directions, the bathroom door was about to dissolve.
Breakfast was ok.

The lady who attends the breakfasts is very sharp and unpleasant.

Spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff treatment Z perfect facilities the spa can go kids. No need to pay parking there is parking in the street next door. We have repeated several times. Ideal to go with the family. Menu at 12 euros varied that includes baked pizzas. Very close to the Port aventura park. Outdoor pool . They have fully equipped apartments. Unbeatable location next to shops and restaurants.

Rather modern apartments, very well equipped perfect to be near Port Aventura. The full breakfast, the small spa and although they should not let children in as there is no control they got stuck. The massages very well and the paella very good. The area where it is located has nothing but if you drive it is a cheap place to stay and go to Port Aventura or to the beaches.

I have gone many times out of season that is when Port Aventura is closed and the hotel is very good receptionist very professional good cleaning and good breakfast for saying one but very soft pillows

Perfectly fine hotel for a great value (just 40 euros for a double) overnight stop, conveniently located close to the AP7. The welcome's warm, the rooms, in typical Mercure style, spacious and modern. Pleasing touches include in-room tea-making facilities, a Nespresso coffee machine in the reception area (buy capsules for 1 euro each) and, from 5pm, a bottle of perfectly chilled cava for guests to help themselves to.

One piece of advice: request that your room does not adjoin (i.e. share a communicating door with) another otherwise you'll be disturbed by every squeak your neighbours make (or they'll be disturbed by yours!) Pay ten euros extra if you want your car locked in and out of the sun. Otherwise there's plenty of free parking in nearby streets.

Very well located hotel, quiet area with the possibility of free parking in the streets.
Very clean, spacious room.
Nice spa and pool.
Small flat for the shower too small we put water everywhere.
One star less because the site indicated a gym, this is not the case.
Very good price / quality ratio.

The dinner is very scarce and over inflate the price to make it seem profitable to ask for full board and to top it off take time to serve

It is a great hotel with good views, you can see the Ferrari land park, they are very kind, they have spa and sauna, besides the pool with a small garden, the dinner I loved good dishes.

Very nice the hotel, but it stays in that. The elevator door closes when he wants, my wife gave him a blow to the arm that caused a bruise and many pains. The air conditioning costs a lot to turn on and once turned on impossible to turn it off I had to remove the card to be able to sleep without cooling down. And let's not talk about mattresses anymore, a 4 star hotel with spring mattresses that more than rest torture. The pool apart from being full of sand after 6 no longer gives the sun. The only good thing is the treatment of the workers. I do not recommend it at all. The buffet has a lot of sweet, but the truth is that for me it leaves much to be desired being a 4 star hotel.

Whenever I go down to Tarragona I stay at this hotel, for me it seems like a good clean hotel with very good service at the reception, it has a spa but due to covid issues they have it closed. The pool area is nice, but lacks bar service while in the pool.
I suppose it will be temporary. The food in the restaurant is well prepared. The affordable prices

Quiet and well located hotel near the city center and Port Aventura. Free transfer service to Port Aventura and La Pineda beach.
Large rooms, suitable for families. Large room for marriage and, separated with sliding doors, living room in which there is a sofa bed and an extra bed can be put. Four people fit without restriction. It incorporates a small kitchen with microwave, kettle and refrigerator.
Free outdoor pool and spa. Not very big but comfortable and adequate.
Paid parking in the basement of the hotel but there are no problems parking outside.

THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNBEATABLE.
THE ROOMS WOULD HAVE TO REPAIR THE WINDOWS ENTERS A LOT OF NOISE FROM OUTSIDE.

Excellent customer service for all employees, from reception, cleaning and restaurant. The hotel is modern, comfortable facilities, I loved the room I had, it had a bathtub, amenities. The rooms are clean and fresh, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The location is good and ten minute drive from salou and Tarragona at most. The service is excellent and staff are professional and friendly. There is plenty of free street parking, the hotel has a parking area which they charge for. Free WiFi that works well. The pools, both outdoor and indoor are fresh and clean. Good place to stay, only drawback is the air conditioner is a bit weak.

It has been a great disappointment, room is very closed, it seems that you are in jail, the bathroom was not very clean either .... it does not reach a 4-star hotel come on ..... I did not like anything, we had to stay alone 1 night

Structurally well, restaurant service justito, two days always same menu, desserts was never the k pedias, sink without a brush, the bottle of wine started, come on, small details k make you doubt if you return

The hotel as such is fine, it has parkin, it is clean, a good location, it has nice views. The rooms have a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave that is not bad, there is a closet with a safe. But the beds are not comfortable, the mattresses feel very old. I only went for one night and had breakfast included, quite insufficient, a little industrial pastry box juices and bread, nothing great. In conclusion I will not return.

Very very bad. Bathroom full of hairs, embossed drain. The air conditioning does not work it was summer. The dryer did not work. The ceiling fallen in the bathroom. The tap of the bathtub leaked generating constant noise. The type of customers were the majority of young people constantly making a lot of fuss. Breakfast included pathetic. The pool 2 square meters for 150 people and above it did not give even the sun throughout the day. In short a DISASTER

This is a beautiful hotel and the service was very good, the reception staff were always pleasant and very helpful. We spent one night here and had a breakfast which was also delicious.
This hotel is 4 minutes away from PortAventura. There is plenty of free parking around the hotel, it has its own parking for a charge.

Hotel 3 minutes from Portaventura, circular, does not correspond to it as a 4-star hotel, they do not have night room service, they change rooms to a smaller one without warning and after 10 you can not talk to anyone to solve. Parking is paid and has poor access
