THey stole 3.767. BE careful when booking at this hotel. Their not picking up the phone, and Michaela does not respond to any of the messages.

They stole more than 3000 EURO. They promised me a refund week ago, they are just told me to calm down and wait. If i dont receive the refund today i will seek legal advice straight away and will do everything to get my money back from them. Michaela im still waiting for your reply and the money today. A bank transfer should not take 7 days to get. THANKS.

Truly located by the sea, but at a very remote place. Good for those who want to spend time at the beach. Far away from any civilization.

Booked a holiday for 9 person. We paid, they are not answering for phone calls and emails . I ve tried to contact them in the last 1 month , no luck ....SCAMMERS. AVOID this hotel at ALL COST

Ve y good beach hotel with courteous staff, good facilities (including beach access and beach bar). Room was excellent (junior suite), breakfast good. This area of Sardinia is laid back, peaceful and relaxing.

Totally overpriced and defiantly NOT a four star hotel! I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We arrived at 10pm, later than expected because our luggage hat gotten lost on our trip to Sardegna, and the hotel did not have anything proper to eat. We had to beg to get a bad sandwich. Breakfast is horrible - bad buffet and something you might expect at a no star hotel. We had a crying baby next to our room with a connecting door and the hotel staff was not ready to cooperate or even try to understand our situation (give us a different room or offer us a price reduction). Everyone was rude to us except the guy at the bar who was too nice to work there. We did the mistake of booking this hotel because their website is great - but it is nothing like the real thing. From beds to food to service - poor.

I never stayed overnight, as my family owns a summer home nearby. I can rate beach facility and bar as very good. Water is crystal clear; beach staff competent and friendly. Use of English might be limited, although you'll get through most of situations with little to no difficulties.
