First class after sales service, we were outside the 10 year guarantee but Matki helped us with replacement glass and fittings for FREE, can't thank the company enough for what could have been a very expensive replacement unit.

The shower enclosures are sold with wrong specification! Just ruined our bathroom as all measurement were based on one measurement but in fact all parts are many cm shorter!
Be aware! Stay away from this company!

I suggest you do NOT spend money with this company!

I am disgusted at the arrogance and general lack of common courtesy received by customer service staff.

We have now had three showers from the Eauzone range. The first was a screen and shower in our old house on Long Leys Road in Lincoln (this is for Matki reference so they know this is a genuine review. )
We didn t have any problems with this however we moved a short time after installation.

The other 2 we bought for our new house. Had I known about the service I would not have bought two, in such quick succession.

The first broke - it started to leak - and my plumber contacted them directly as they were very reluctant to even come and see the issue.

Eventually they did repair the shower which at the time was less than 2 years old.

The the second one broke in the exact same way. We live in a hard water area and this does have an effect on the longevity of appliances. However my issue is not with the hardware it s self. My issue is with the offensive tone and aggressive manner of the staff that I have dealt with. These products cost twice as much as the standard off-the-peg shower hardware. As such, you expect it to last a lot longer. And when things go wrong you expect kindness, courtesy and understanding.
Staff more than insinuated, if it had broken the same as the other shower it must be something that we are doing with it. Let me add I have one child who doesn t use the shower, she baths. They literally said I was clearly miss using it.
How rude.
After much to-ing and fro-ing I finally emailed my Receipt to Matki. They didn t even have the courtesy to reply to say they had received it and that the part was being despatched. I just received it in the post. No letter attached to apologise for the inconvenience let alone the additional cost I am now incurring for my plumber to re-install the part on my second broken shower. I work with customers. I want them to feel valued. You have done the exact opposite and made me feel completely and utterly worthless.

What a horrible, horrible company.

We are building a new property and we will never ever buy from Matki again.
Annoyingly I already recommended them to a friend who has i stalled one shower.
She won t be using them for her second.
In addition the responses to the previous bad review was completely unrepentant. This shows them in their true light.

What a fantastic company!
The Matki shower enclosure was installed by the previous house owners about 8 years ago. The top rail started to show some wear and the bottom guides had seized up. I phoned up Matki and told them that I had no paperwork for a guarentee but could they recommend a fitter to replace the worn parts. They checked the postcode and said that no guarentee had been registered and it was not transferable anyway. However they said they would send their own fitter out and replace all worn parts free of charge. It was all done within 4 working days.
I would recommend them to anyone.
