The experience at the hostel has been generally good. For the price and the location, it is super good. Your kitchen is quite complete and can be cooked perfectly. The living area is super comfortable and spacious. The receptionists are very friendly. The hostel is practically next to the subway, on a busy street and an area where there is everything. The only thing that the hostel does not have is a laundry, so you can wash your clothes yourself, although nearby there are shops that wash you (a bit expensive).
The hostel has its cons and I am going to say them because as a user, they are things that I would like to know.
The elevator is a big problem in the hostel. It's a bit weird, and it doesn't work perfectly. Sometimes you are waiting for him and he never comes, he just skips the floor. Stops on multiple floors for no reason. In addition, when one crushes for example the floor 0, sometimes it stops on the mezzanine. Or if you smash to go to the mezzanine, the elevator takes you to floor 0. Also in my 16 days of stay, I got stuck once in the elevator for about 30 seconds, but it started working again after that without anyone's intervention. For this I would suggest that they should have the elevators checked ...
The kitchen is sometimes quite dirty, largely because not all people respect the rules and clean well after using it. Ever stained me with food or I do not know what of other people. Also the hostel constantly fumigates the site, although there are still bugs sometimes.
The room has what it takes ... my only complaint about it is cleanliness. Both the cleaning on arrival and the cleaning service disappoint a bit (even so, it does not mean that it is a good hostel). Cleaning issues are also not things that cannot be solved.
One problem I had is that they were making arrangements for some water (I think) because there were several hours without water. The hours without water were hours where there is hardly anyone in the hostel, like 12 noon. In my case I was sick, and I would have liked them to leave something stuck in the elevator the day before to know that I had to count on there being no water at certain times. Out of all, it is completely worth the hostel.

The internet is a bit disappointing. He comes and goes and in the room where he was, the signal did not reach well (it did not work 90% of the time). For those who stay, I recommend the All Saints Cafe, which is about two blocks away. It has very good internet compared to the other coffee shops I visit.
The bed in my room squeaks awful. It was embarrassing to move for fear of disturbing.

Little seriousness when taking reservations. I asked for information about a room, when I confirmed it, it took two days for them to reply to the email, where I needed to clarify some terms. Finally, and after I insisted numerous times on their contact number, they informed me that the room was not available, and they offered me a more expensive one.

It is a bed & breackfast type system, the price and location is excellent. The attention is fabulous, although the cleaning system and rooms is not very good. They go at different times, make a superficial pass and change towels every 3 days with luck. Write a Review Staff rude, room bad taken I could not use, the towel they gave was super old almost ripping. The receptionist at the entrance had the phone in his ear and barely answered a question I asked! I did not stay at this hotel, I immediately went to another hotel, as this one sucks!

The best of the best that I saw. Breakfast is nothing out of the ordinary, but the truth is that it would go a thousand times more.

Staff were friendly but the room I had was below expectations. The room smelt of mould and it was visable on some of the walls. All of the doors were very sticky so there was constant banging through out the night as people got back to their rooms and tried to close their doors behind them. Not a bad price but a couple of small changes could make it much more enjoyable.

Hostel very well located, close to the sights, restaurants and subway. We were very well attended by all the employees, including several Brazilians, which made communication much easier.
We don't have breakfast.
We think the hostel needs a renovation, the elevator looked unstable, our bathroom had a leaking bathtub in the room, sheets were torn, bedding was very shabby, very different from the booking photos, towels are rented, but when returns gets the money back.

I loved this place, they just need an electric jug because they want the Uruguayans to use the hot water from the dispenser

Low budget hotel, the bathroom seems in bad conditions and a little creepy. If the noise from the street or other rooms does not bother, is ok. Must bring your cleaning stuff such as towel, soap and shampoo.

I have been twice in Buenos Aires and stayed at the Florida. The atmosphere is relaxed and lively. The Bar downstairs is really cool and has different programming every day. Cleaning always in day and breakfast is very yummy (ahhh that's delicious! Argentine milk candy early.)

It is the first time I have problems with the room, it was not ready, it was not cleaned and order ...... They did not change to another ......

The ambiance is good, the breakfast is well worth it. However we did not exchange our towels any day we stayed there (we stayed 6 nights), and the one bedroom shower that our friends were was very bad. The location is great, sometimes worth it. Tuesday and Wednesday have free dinner of them, if you buy any drink at the bar.
