My daughter has been followed in this hospital since her birth (orthopedic service). Always very well received both by our surgeon and by the physiotherapy team, whom I thank for their kindness and their infinite patience.
I had to be operated urgently at the gynecology department of the hospital. I know very well, several services of this hospital and I do not understand certain negative opinions:
- Pathological pregnancy service: I was hospitalized for 1 month and a half for cracking the water pocket for my 2nd pregnancy, in the summer of 2018 and my stay went very well. The doctors, interns, midwives and caregivers are very professional, friendly and attentive! Rooms are cleaned daily. The food is better than in other clinics in Lyon! I have no bad memories! The tracking is perfect!
- Motherhood: I gave birth there in December 2018 and everything went well! The midwives in the delivery room were top! Small flat for the team anesthetists who are not super friendly with the wise women and who missed my epidural! But I keep a great memory of my delivery and its care. Same, stay in maternity irreproachable. Single room with everything needed to wash baby! Wise women, auxiliaries and caregivers very friendly (team day and night!) And pros. Perfect follow-up for baby and mom (I had problems with diapers and they took care of me with echo, etc.). Idem very good memory of my stay, I recommend!
- Pediatric emergency: I needed to go twice in 2016 for my first child and both times went well. OK you have to wait a few hours sometimes, but that's normal, you're not alone. The doctors and interns are pro, nothing to complain about!
- Radio / pediatric echo service: Very professional! No complaints !
Only downside for the HFME: expensive parking and with not enough places but otherwise very good hospital!

What tact !! I explain to her that the email that was sent to me for the RV specified that we could shift it if necessary ... she didn't want to know anything, a real bulldog! I do not speak of the rest (among other appointments sent by the anesthesiologist: less than 5 minutes !! ..), In short, I will not be long in going there to give birth and I fear to be badly received again, this hospital looks more like a gas factory than a maternity hospital.
