Very poor telephone reception for making an appoin...

Very poor telephone reception for making an appointment with the pediatric orthopedic service.
Even mid-week during office hours, we were unable to reach the service to have a person speaking. The answering machine gives the e-mail address of the secretary of the service but the latter does not deign to respond to the e-mail because she has received it. We had to fight to finally reach her, bring her to see that she had received the email and in the end, she offered us an appointment with an intern to follow up on our child's elbow fracture 3 years. So, we turned to the Val d'Ouest Clinic and there, magic, finally a competent and welcoming service.
