Very large casino with lots of slots and table games. Really liked the cleanliness of the casino and restrooms. There are many food choices as well to pick from. We will return on our next trip to Baltimore.

The Only Casino where 37 of 38 numbers could be covered in roulette and their magnet finds the only empty number each time... to a point where you feel like they need to be audited for corruption... don't play here. Wouldn't be surprised if they were doing something illegal here. Maryland Live is 1000x better. They are robbing poor people blind in here. I never see anyone win unless it is their first visit ever.

Love the energy and ambience! Parking is free like all big casinos do. Occasionally I've seen live music on with an open dance floor near the bar area. Stakes are high on weekend nights.

I love this casino. I have never ran into an unfriendly person that works there. They are always so upbeat and very willing to help you with anything. The machines are always working as well.

They have great casino managers... the hosts need a little work... some are wonderful... beverage/cocktail waitresses need to be retrained on speed and working the whole casino and not just the tables... one bad waitress spoils the bunch...so all should be on the same page

Long waits at slots for attendents. Very thug/ghetto after hours. Beware of the drunks, prostitutes, and drug deals going down and around. You'll get high walking through the garage to door from the weed and watch your step as there may be an occasional broken glass on the floor that was thrown at someone. You may see a fight or two break out but rest assured they beefed up security since the one hit the news and Sun paper when they first opened in August 2014. Oh and the slots well if you want to use your free play good luck because their systems show zero and you will lose out and not get all your offers etc. Email shows one amount your 'bank' or offers show differently. Figures are never accurate and it may show you used offer when you didnt! So you lose your play dollars and good luck with that and dealing with managers at the desk. They didn't honor my play because I arrived 5 min late and beyond the window the offer was advertised for due to parking and garage issues. They refused to give it to me when I questioned it. That's poor service and if it was AC they'd have given it and seen a win-win.

Quickly found out I should not gamble. That said it is a fun place to go for sure! I thought I would start out on the slot machines which I did and immediately had for $15 which was great. Then I walked around and looked at all the tables that they had which were too rich for my blood but I still found it interesting to watch everybody play Blackjack and dice I definitely would recommend this place if you're trying to kill time on a Saturday lots of fun.

Go once all restrictions are lifted. The only bar that was open was in the smoking section and every other machine is turned off to promote social distancing. Unless you are a tried-and-true gambler, this new experience may prove disappointing. (Pre-covid I enjoyed the atmosphere).

Always looks empty when driving by. I went in one time and it was a ghost town. I think the only other person I saw was the security. I walked right back out. Maybe I'll check it out agaib later.

Do not go on a game night. The parking was outrageous. They would rather collect a few dollars for parking then allow casino guest to get in and out. The parking staff, which is run by security, was deplorable. They all stood on the ramps talking instead of helping traffic move along. Of seven floors there was only staff up until the second level. From 3-7 was a parking lot with multiple intersections, 3-6 was blocked off with golf carts and traffic cones. They routed EVERYONE to the top floor. Where there are very few security cameras and no guards. They did not open any of the other floors even though there was almost no one in them. When leaving cars were still rolling in. Everyone was in such a hurry to get into the only lane leaving that traffic was completely stopped. It took someone having their son getting out of the car and standing in front of a departing car to allow incoming traffic to move again. I called security and spoke to the supervisor , who s named Cody. This was a joke. I did not feel as if I was heard and at no point did he ask for my name or mention going up there to resolve the situation. I called Harrah s and they could only reroute my back to horseshoe. The experience inside was even worse, but at least it was somewhat organized. I will not be going back to horseshoe again. Save your money and go to the MGM or Live!

Gambling is not my thing but we were visiting from out of town and we wanted to try some new restaurants and check out a casino for the first time so we went here to eat at Gordon Ramsays Steak.
This is the second largest casino in Maryland. We did not gamble but we walked around the casino. Everything is so bright in there.
From what I noticed I saw slots to table games and everything from 1 cent to a couple hundred dollars as far as what you can bet per slot or table. I saw video themed slots from dragons, James Bond, Wheel of Fortune, etc. They had 2 floors. They have a World Series of Poker room as well. Musicians and bands come here to perform so check it out if you are in the area and want to go to a special event. There was a dancing class going on in a room when we were there. We just peeked in. They have a Topgolf suite as well.
The bathrooms in the casino smelled clean but a few stalls had pee on the seats. Everything was stocked with toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.
There were multiple restaurants/places to eat at. They had a frozen yogurt machine that had vanilla and chocolate as options. We just tried out Gordon Ramsay's restaurant but several of the menus looked good at the other restaurants when we browsed online. Each of the big restaurants like Gordon Ramsay, GDL Italian, and Guy Fieri's has $5 happy hour options on Monday through Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Go to the casino website to check out those options as well as the deli, BBQ joint, etc. etc. for all your nutritional needs. There are casino bars where you can watch every Baltimore baseball games. There are probably over 100 TVs in this casino. SportsCenter, baseball games, football games, etc. There was an off track betting area to bet on the horse races. That was a cool area to have in a casino I thought.
There was a free multi-level parking deck. Some of the turns are a little sharp and a lot of people have hit the cement walls and orange cone things so be careful. Also, the parking deck smelled very strongly of urine. Pretty nasty.
It was cool to go to a casino and have that experience but I am not sure we will be back again unless we were with a group of people who wanted to go or we chose to try out one of the other restaurants.
