We are new here. Pushed the Help button on a slot machine for 15 minutes. Dozens of staff walk right past. No help comes.

We waited 20 minutes for our coffee to arrive at the slot machine. Tired of waiting, we left the building.

Parking was free.

Had the worst experience with the rockstar karaoke this Thursday! Maryland Live's Karaoke is much better managed. I had placed a song at 10:30pm and after waiting 1.5 hours, I was told by the host at 12:05am that I wouldn't be able to perform due to the live band ending the show before their usual time of 12:30am. What was disappointing was people whom were friends of the host and had arrived after 11:00pm were able to sing in a group at the end. I will never choose to sing at this venue because of their perferiental treatment of people whom are friends with the host.

Very convenient to Greyhound Station (walking distance to and from station to here and stadiums.) I mainly play the slots, have not won anything big, but fun place on the weekends as they have music and a little dance floor.

After working on this project yrs ago.... It was the first time that I've actually been in there aside as a contracting employee. Familiar with all it's interior designing but to see it in working atmosphere it's truly a delight. Don't gamble but it's enough entertainment, love musical bands and scenery to catch anyone's attention.

The spot in here is FIVE STAR!.....My 3 stars are solely for the stench of urine in the parking garage. It is overwhelmingly STRONG! And don't let it be hot, it's amplified by 1 million!

Please don't go on the weekend. Tooo dangerous. After 12 the elevators get shut down. You have to take the stairs with all these wild young people. It's also just a pick up spot. Terrible place.

Parking for Seven Stars and Diamond Club members is essentially nonexistent. Placards are provided and spaces are marked, but there is absolutely no enforcement of such. Only during high traffic weekends and sports events will the security guard ask to see your parking placard (to park on level three where the entrance to the casino is located).

The restaurants are pricey; even the smaller ones like Lenny's Deli, i.e. $2.99 for a breakfast hashbrown. The pizza place 'Piezzeta' is around $14 for a make your own, but it is the BEST pizza around. Gordon's and Giada's will set you back a pretty penny, but they are excellent. Fu Noodle House is again on the pricey side, but they have authentic and delicious cuisine. Guy Fieri's used to have consistent food and service, but over the past year has significantly declined.

Like any casino you can find an eclectic mix of individuals, but most are friendly and I find security to be no nonsense. The craps tables are generally extremely loud. The drink prices are not as high as MAryland Live. If you are a Diamond or Seven Star member, you have access to the VIP lounge where it is quiet; has great bartenders (Jimmy and Bernard); and the drinks are cheaper. There is also a two-for-one Monday through Friday from 5pm to 7pm.

Weekend entertainment usually has bands at the 1440 club/bar and draws a nice crowd to enjoy the music which generally is quality.

Of course, you can always find people who wander over from the outlying areas or the bus station who try to hustle you at table games or barrage you for change. Overall, I enjoy going to this casino; it has a higher class feel than that of Maryland Live.

I love this place. I really enjoyed to eat food at this casino. They had delicious food and my favorite seafood was here. The staff was courteous and their service was great. I would highly recommend them.

The most disappointing casino in Maryland. Upon arrival I approached the attendant just inside the doors to say this was my first visit here. His respinse was, "and?". I asked where to go to sign up for a rewards card and he mumbled to take the elevator to tge second floor and turn left. No " Welcome to Horseshoe" or "Enjoy yourself." Should have taken that as an omen. They were equally as helpful at the rewards desk, not explaining their program or where to scan the card or how the different card swipe kiosks worked. And again, no welcome or sign that they were glad I was there.
All in all it was so disturbing, that I won't return.

From the Prime Rib Restaurant, to all the other choices inside the Casino to chose to eat from, very very nice. A little too crowded fro my taste. And that was mid week. Don't personally think I'd like the weekend crowds, but that's just me nowadays. Getting up there in age a bit, only 56 years young, but....very nice time. Respectfully
