Great convenient location in downtown Baltimore. Casino has several very good restaurants available all recommended. However my personal favorite is Guy Fieri Baltimore Kitchen & Bar. Indoor parking garage also available for those who wish to park their own vehicle. Valet parking is also available at the front of the casino. All employees were courteous and very respectful. Casino was clean and very well kept, would definitely return again.
The Blackjack rules are not very player friendly (6:5 payout on BJ) and the dealers mess up every once and awhile in my experience. They can't count very well...
Every time u pull the handle on a dlot machine..you loose!!!! Doesn't pay back at all ...if you don't mind loosing your money go ! Have fun if thats what you call having fun..i don't....i like to play but not feed a machine every five minutes your money gone
A relatively new modern luxurious Casino. Multiple levels every kind of gaming you can imagine. A actual nightclub in the middle of the place with occasional live band music. Great restaurants from world famous chefs like Guy Fieri and others. You can spend your whole weekends nightlife in this one place
Awesome VIP room for Bacarat with lots of table to choose and the best part you can side bets with any table at the same time. Who know if you can catch a run.
This is a place that I can bring my family and friends at to enjoy and have fun the security there are wonderful there on point. Also this is a place where you can mangle and meet new people
Set up wonderfully. Multiple escalators to navigate between floors, free drinks, outdoor gambling in the smoking areas and multiple entrances on each floor. Amazing restaurants as well.
Oh...if only I could give this place zero stars. I normally play at Maryland Live where it is always lively, slot payouts are decent, great atmosphere and lot of free play...including when you sign up for a "player's club card." I happened to be in Baltimore today so I stopped by the Horseshoe. Here is my story. I went to the Rewards desk to sign up for a player's club card. I asked if there was any free playfor signing up. Woman at computer says, "No, we don't want people coming here for free play." Well, first of all, why not put $20 on the card. Maryland Live does more than that.
She is having trouble inputting my info into the computer and opens up to me by saying, "I wish we did give out free play. We used to. We used to do a lot of fun promotions. We've stopped doing them. I don't know why." Okay, now I'm thinking this casino is going to be bad. My thoughts were correct. On a weekday afternoon, Maryland Live is hopping. The Horseshoe was DEAD! Felt like a mausoleum. Slot machines were the tightest I've ever played...no payouts. Dreary slot room felt like I was in a scene from "The Walking Dead." Most pleasure I got was cutting up my player's card. throwing it in the trash and leaving. Will NEVER go back.
Was in the school to work there. It was long 4 weeks of school, but the teachers were knowledgeable and helpful. I knew nothing about casino life or even how to play, but I know how to be a dealer in one game after 4 weeks. I am still learning. I don't know it all so I will continue to practice. .
My first time here. It was good. I really didn't know what to expect. I did have one complaint. The vallet closed at an odd time. When we asked tv's night supervisor said it was a new change. But the days when it's closed made zero sense to me. Oh well.
One of the absolute experiences ever. I ve regularly attended the bend chili bowls in Arlington and dc. The customer service was terrible. It took them over 30 minutes to serve my food while 20 others behind me got their food. I do not recommend this place at all. Just go to the ones in DC or Arlington, avoid this particular location at all cost.
Nice Casino-but I've always liked Horseshoe and Caesar entertainment-But the Poker room night manager I believe his name is Cody is a bit Prejudice-If he's not retrained he will be the down fall of this Casino or at least the poker room-there should be no room for Prejudice in such an industry especially when most of your patrons are so called minorities.
This is a very nice Casino. They have lots of games slots table games. Two floors of games whole place has unique carpet. Parking garage right next door with the walkway. Valet parking Gordon Ramsay's restaurant is there plus a few other upper-class restaurants. There is a smoking patio for those who smoke. You can drink while you're gambling which is a plus for me. 24 hours so is always open whenever you can come by. Had a great time it's been a few hours there. Just with some of the games would have called out to us more if you've ever been gambling you know what I mean play me play me that's what the game's tell you. Would definitely come back and visit when in the area. Good job keep up the good work
Bottom line is they offer 15$ minimums on a section of tables during the weekend hours! The libations are 8 bucks but the tenders usually make it stiff and tasty for you. Parking is plentiful and easy. Lots of great eats 24/7 and plenty of slots. The city folk that frequent the casino are rude at times and will butt in line so you have to be patient!
They didn't accept my passport card as valid ID but on their website and signs it doesn't state that they only accept passport books not cards. They refused to let me speak to a manager. I ended calling their number and spoke with a manager and he said it was valid ID and said he was coming down to the entrance to tell security and he never came (waited 40 minutes). Worst customer service ever!
My issue is that after a certain time they make the young people wait outside in the cold in this long ass line to get in. Like how dare them. We a paying customers as well as the older people. Makes me not want to spend anymore money here.
