Stay away from here on a weekend night if you value your life. More people (NOT staff) were carrying guns than the US Army. Too many thugs for me.

The BANK always win. I like my Maryland Lottery $5-10 dollar scratch off chances better.

I was pleasantly surprised by this casino being in Baltimore. 2 stories and nicely put together. Food and drink options were plentiful. Definitely going back!

Good tables staff was rude on entry but that didnt ruin the experience too much waitresses were on point and constantly checking for drinks

It's not a total pain to get to, it just has that depressing casino vibe of crushed souls. Guy Fieri's restaurant is a sad testament to humanity's douchebaggery.

I love this place I just wish they had other comfortable places to sit besides the eatery places. I wanted to gather my thoughts and decide if I wanted to stay longer or gamble more the only other seats were in the restaurant or bar stools. Maybe I missed some where else to sit besides the bar. I am not a huge alcohol drinker. I don't think drinking and gambling go well together very well at least not for me. I am not sure besides the Holiday Inn Express if there is a hotel inside the hotel but dang wish it was lol. But no win to walk away when losing y'all. It's fun very clean watch your winnings an never gamble alone. Watch your surroundings if I was drunk I think some stuff might have been stolen. Hey it's Baltimore crime happens they do have enough security but they can not be every where at all times.

We literally drive past Maryland Live to go here. They have a more reasonable $15 buy-in earlier in the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have two floors so it isn't hard to find a table and get a seat. They have had great live entertainment every time we have gone. The restaurants are good as well. Many choices.

Good location easy access. If I won money I would have been happier. LoL

Stopped by while in town & enjoyed it briefly. Be aware of your surroundings though!

We arrived on an awful experience on our Limo bus to only meet the most fantastic people greeting us at Horseshoe Casino. We were there for my moms 85th. Your people went out of their way to help us, guide us and make the short term experience the best. Thank you!!! Mom had a great 85th the short time we were their. Keep up the great work with your customer service experience. They treated us as though we were there to spend the big bucks ...Even though we inquired about penny slots. Thanl you. Great job!!!!

Plenty of parking, great staff, ambiance cool,major major complaint drinks are not free which is a casino tradition!!!!! Outrageous insult I feel because of location this was done, if not that than why? I'll drive to Charlestown until this insult is addressed, Delaware is also an option, Baltimore stand up!!!!!!!!

Fair casino. Too many slots and table mins are high $30 up for full 3/2 payout on BJ. With cheap air fair go to vegas and get the free drinks.

This place sounds crappy. No smoking(how do you drink and gamble) no free drinks while gambling(unheard of) I'll never step foot in that casino. LV here I come!!

If you like to gamble this to place to go you can spend a lot of money quick or a little money slow and doesn't matter which way you go go to the bar and have a few drinks go play a game that really makes you think

Best casino in the area, great food and layout - doesn't seem crowded even when it is crowded. Also consistently good live entertainment!

Average at best. Missing a lot of premium games that other casinos have. Also there's a mystery floor with more slots. Which you wouldn't find out about unless you happen appon it. The elevator says the casino is on the 3rd floor and doesn't tell you that the floor right below it has just as many games on it. It's super weird and we didn't find out about the other floor until we were on our way out. And it was empty probably because no one else knew about it either.

Had fun, was just really crowded that day and some super sketchy people walking around watching people play.

First time there had a lot of fun places kept clean games are exciting payouts are alright I really like the property and I've been to a few Harrah's in the area Alantic City Philadelphia etcetera but like this place

This Casino works its employees way to hard. If u don't feel well and u r literally vomiting in the hallway they will not allow u to go home. They care more about the business than the people who work for the business. Upper management has no clue of who they put they in charge. As long as the money is right they are cool. The Horseshoe employees all need a raise. Some how there's no money. Cool place to hang out. The pizza is awesome but the treatment of the employees is HORRIBLE.

Staff was unfriendly, not helpful, and food service was awful. I will not return

This was my first time going to MD and to this casino. I was very excited to see what was in store for me. I must say I was disappointed that a lot of the machines were down. On the flip side I did end up winning off $100 profit $500. It was very slow and not busy at all which was around Xmas and new year's

Its a nice casino. The staff in most of my experiences were congenial. But some need to have they're attitudes adjusted. $$$xx

They don't have security in the garage the garage smells like an outhouse and no you don't see anyone coming around wiping down the the machines other casinos we have been to a very clean and also you can't get no one to bring you a bottle of water when you would like to have one

Very new, nice enough, very clean, but nothing struck me as truly outstanding. Just another casino. Sorry to have to say that, as it's the only one in Baltimore.

Customer service sucks from the time I walked in the door security was flirting held my ID way to Long. The contraction is the worst.

Love the casino. I highly recommend to visit Johnny Sanchez Wednesday and Thursday happy hour 2 for 1 5pm to 7pm. Charles and Justin are the best bartenders.

It was a positive and laid back experience and the staff were generously professional and I'm point. I enjoyed myself.

Casino host not very helpful but overall once I came to the diamond lounge the level of service escalated very quickly

Food prices are really high at restaurants. Other than the not so friendly welcome at the registration desk this is a really nice casino. They have musical acts which draw a good crowd.

Some of the dealers are a bit green but the overall feel is nice. They have low cost tables for those just looking to do small gambling too.
