Atmosphere was good, bartenders were friendly and served drinks quickly. Only complaint were the poker dealers. In one of the WSOP qualifiers a dealer was making stupid comments about my FTP shirt. I ended up winning the tournament so maybe next time they will just shut up and deal. Also had another dealer warn me about table talk when I was in an all-in heads up situation. Been playing poker for almost 20 years and never had that happen. They try to enforce rules that don't exist in Vegas or any Harrah's casino for that matter.

My brother had dealt with some very rude service at their player's club desk that I observed, but had no personal issues. Various casino staff was very helpful and courteous. Reminded me of a Las Vegas styled casino.

Really fun, meal was reasonable. Kill yourself if you want to park here for the Ravens game though. 2 hrs to get out of a 5 level garage

This casino is pretty big with a bottom floor and a top floor. Any and every slot machine you can think of and ranging from a penny up. Multiple table games to choose from with most being a minimum of $15. Five different places to eat to choose from. Anyway anywhere from sit-down restaurants to just grabbing a quick bite. I like the fact that is not too busy most of the time.

The young folks hang in the garage playing loud music and smoking weed like it's a hangout. This needs to be monitored and addressed. Doesn't make you feel safe.

You have to pay for your drinks?! You also don't win any money to keep playing, so go to another casino.

Fun casino, friendly staff, clean and tidy tables. One drawback is that minimums were a bit high on table games, e.g. $15 blackjack and $25 craps. Would probably visit again, but would feel better with some $5 and $10 table games

It used to be great DJs and entertainment in the one main bar area but the last 6 times I visited - it was a ghost town. You could hear every conversation being had. Most of the eaterys were closed down.

Nice entertainment place. It is quite a drive if you live out of town and there's nothing in the highway but traffic. Overall though this place is a nice place to sit out and have some fun. It has restaurants, games and music.

I enjoyed my time at Horsehoe Casino, will be back.

Really fun casino until groups of racist blacks try to assault you for absolutely no reason other than you are white. I enjoyed the black jack tables as much as I enjoyed the racial slurs hurled at us.

It's a good place for relaxation, recreation and a nice place to meet new friends.

Will kick you and your mother out fast.machines brake down with no credits for inconvenience. New jackpot wins over the intercom to let you know at least somebody hit. What a dump

Extremely deceitful practices. Read the rules carefully! Video Blackjack on a video poker machine says in the rules that it pays "2 for 1". It makes it look like it pays 2 to 1. IT DOES NOT!!! "2 for 1" means 1 to 1. That rule change alone gives them a 2.77% house edge. 2 to 1 would give you a ~2.23% advantage.

Many of the video poker games with odd paytables designed to trick you into thinking there is a better return % than there actually is.

They advertise up to $100 freeplay for signing up. They only give you $10. You get $10 more AFTER you earn 50 points off your own money.

What other games are they pulling these type of stunts on?

Played video poker here and hit several jackpots. Trying to get bar service at 1st floor only by using poker machine to call in , no waitresses roaming floor. Good casino otherwise

I ve only been there once and never again. On the parking lot trying to park u re greeted by panhandlers. Then followed to the casino entrance and more panhandlers there begging. I no theres something that can be done abt this, but it seems like the issue is unnoticed until something serious goes dwn. Now is really off the chain when we can't play the machines on floor without a stranger tapping u on shoulder while u re playing the machine begging for money. No attendant or security in sight the entire visit.

Nice casino but the staff has no control. People fight, argue and make the atmosphere not worth coming back to. Would much rather go to Maryland Live!

Slots were loose tables tight need a better beer selection gotta have local micro brews in this town

I always enjoy the Horseshoe casino, they have more of the poker slots that I like to play and the ones at MARYLANDLIVE are not working most of the time!

Fell in the stairwell hurt my back not a good place for me didn't win any money either.

It seems to be going downhill. Overflowing trash cans in the restrooms. Multitude of machines out of service. Floor plan is very scattered. And our blackjack dealer didn't shuffle or cut before play. Not the same casino it was a year ago.

Zero beverages to be bought on sight new years eve night. No alcohol, no water, nothing available for purchase. Dehydration and drinking in the parking lot is what this casino promotes? Not the best.

Horseshoe Casino put security cameras in place in their lobby but has still not provided/afforded their wheelchair or mobility impaired customers the convenience of and their right to automated doors...Shame on you Total Rewards...Refer to the Americans with Disabilities Act...ADA
