Had a good time at the casino was very different but a good different enjoyed it very well

They do a really good job overall. Been going there for the Derby City Classic 9 ball tournament for years. The staff is always very helpful and the event always goes flawlessly. Prepare to do alot of walking that is the really only drawback. Was not happy with the bed clothes in the hotel rooms they do not breath. I wake up in a cold sweat every time. Even sleeping only on the sheets . If your sensitive to this you will know how difficult an experiance it can be. Overall a really good place but needs better transit system. It works overall for most of the people so its ok. Will for sure be anxious for the new extensive upgrade .I got to kick HSI up to a 4 star they do a really nice job for us pool players and vendors.

The remodeled casino is beautiful, and the food is delicious!

Hotel room smelled like stale smoke and old cigarettes and had no ventilation even with the AC at Max. Restaurants and room service was well below average and some very rude workers there. The hotel and food service needs to be completely revamped imo.

Very nice I couldn't stay long but would definitely visit again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was good except when we ask housekeeping for extra towels while they were in the hallway, we never got them. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The casino was nice, COVID friendly, sanitizers everywhere, temp checks, and everyone wore masks. The Grille in the casino was open 24 hours which was great for late night snacks. Try the Loaded Caesar Burger, awesome. The downside was the location, had to drive 10-15 miles to get to civilization.

I hate the smoking! I am always so sick but I like slots and server Shirley on 3rd floor. She has been taking care of me for years

While some security seems to be overzealous. The security supervisor Anita is without a doubt the person to run that department. The table games are abundant. 100,000 sq ft. gaming floor full of fun.

I visit casino majority of time. I went on june 10 and lost $330 in less than 2 hours. Only 1 or 2 bonuses. So I had to turn around and make the 45 minute drive back home. Rip off

Very fun experience low minimum on table games. Black jack dealer Kristi was great think she was new but A++++.

Don`t play in the casino you will lose your money. Has truck parking on premises. Buffet is great.

Had a little trouble getting to it, detours due to road closures.

Came from Michigan. Very disappointed, you should take your crew to Windsor to see the property a little paint goes a long way. Snake in the pool non working hot tub plus food was salty

Horseshoe was such an amazing time. We didn't stay in the Hotel but the Casino was a must see.

My husband took me there for my birthday and really enjoyed myself. This isn't the first time I've been there. But for some reason it was the best. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk gave me whatever floor and view I would like.

Haven't a won a jackpot since I been there. Is just not worth the drive unless u are getting free gifts. Free gifts that u already paid for in gambling.

Rooms 3.5 clean and needing only minor repairs. Some staff are Rude and very slow to serve or help you and very few have a smile 1.5, Location of Hotel and Casino a 2 nothing close so prices are a little ridiculous as they have no competition and can mark up 100% to 150% which they do. Overall rating 2 to 2.5...

Was a great visit until I seen the Buffett prices. Was really bummed we couldnt try Buffett and when It was time to bathe the water didn't get warm and kept draining out of bath tub.

Did not clean up after any one and I sprayed garbage cups we're laying everywhere on Floors lot the garbage cans

Depressing place and hate what they have done by adding the envy bar. So loud and really annoying. I could at least stand going there occasionally before, but now it's just horrible.

We arrived for my birthday celebration. Our temperature was checked, our IDs scanned and in we proceeded to be met by a Casino Ex who said that MASKS are now required. (Guard said new requirement was made within the last week as masks were not required during last visit.) We complied under duress. I have a medical issue that masks create more serious problem than they cure. So understand that Caesars Indiana is not kind to ADA patrons. This requirement was never communicated by mail or Caesar's website. So if you can't comply by wearing a mask, stay away or you will be embarrassed and ask to leave. This is Caesars requirement which they have a RIGHT to require masks but they should have communicated this requirement so all patrons could make a decision on visiting before arriving. BTW, the only way out of the mask is to spend money buying drinks or drink free pops. Can't drink through a mask. My $.02
Caesars Indiana has expanded their non-smoking area. Before people were blowing smoke all over everyone wearing masks. This is a positive but also not communicated to visitors before arriving. Communication is key to the worlds madness and Caesars dropped the ball.

Great time had by all celebrating holidays food was not my taste cannot please everyone most enjoyed the food great time however

New look same stingy slots lol. The remodel is a vast improvement I will say. Although we hope for nostalgia reasons, they open the boat too.

I had a blast. New years eve was fun, they had a place to take a picture by a huge 2018 sign and an area where balloons fall. The dealers are great. All around wonderful time.

Room and service was excellent. However everything is overpriced.

Great slots with good payout. Even if I don't go home a winner I'm there for a while on minimum money and have a great time. Just received diamond status and the perks are great! Can't wait to use my $100 celebration dinner at Jack Binions.

I dont think I've ever won anything...except when I play blackjack. I do pretty good there; but slot machines get me every time.

This is the 1st time I've been there since the remodeling. The non-smoking section was not so non- smoking. The food from the Grill and Piazza is good.

Absolutely love everything about the casino and the hotel! The hotel is the cleanest hotel that I have stayed in! The staff is wonderful. We will be visiting again soon! Too many wonderful things to say! It would take pages! Great place and a wonderful experience!

Clean, updated rooms at very nice rates! The casino was clean and not very smokey which was nice. Very tight slots. Would probably not come back to the casino as money doesn't last long there. Very friendly staff!

Everybody was really friendly, the prime rib buffett was great. Workers at guest service cant seem to get pins working very well, one of my friends forgot hers, on the rewards card and they could not fix it.

The casino aswell as the hotel are extremely large and you can spend plenty of time walking back and fourth. They do offer cart rides from a to b for a fee. The hotel room was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. However it would be nice if the the hotel offered fans for guests that have trouble sleeping without them. Food however is extremely expensive, a standard 12oz can of soda is 3.50.. I suggest bringing your own food.

I only went to play the slot machines. I have not stayed in any of the rooms, the workers are very polite, haven't eaten at any of the restaurants, and the location I think is fine.

We had a much better experience this time. They have done some upgrades to their rooms and there are a lot more newer games.

Very fun place to go. Expect to leave with lighter pockets though.

Over priced rooms, didn't really see the big thing behind it. I don't gamble though either, those that do may love it.

Neat place. Nice new refurbishing and redecorating, just needs work on the common walking areas. Not worth the stay unless you can blow 1k a day. If you can, it's nice.

Very happy with our stay! My husband and I travel frequently and stay at Harrah s quite often. Harrah s makes you feel like they appreciate you. We stayed for two nights . We had a very comfortable and clean room and great service!
We had dinner at Jack Binion and it was excellent! Moderately priced very good food!
We have never come ahead at the casino but that s why they call it gambling.
Based on the accommodations, staff, and the quality of the restaurants at this facility we positively would recommend it !
