This place is amazing and reasonable! They will take good care of you! They have a outside swimming pool and a fantastic breakfast!

Stopped in at lobby to see about a room for the night. I asked if they had pet friendly room. "Yes but it had to be kenneled"
The answer really should be that they don't have pet friendly rooms.
Disappointing!

I like the rustic feel of this place. They have nice appliances and plenty of storage for anything you bring. The beds are comfortable and the blankets are nice. My only complaint is that the shower heads are low and outdated..

New owners. All three of us had eaten at this place with the previous owners and enjoyed the food, but, we were all disappointed with food this time, and will not be returning.

Close to Wasatch Acadamy, has tv and internet. secure and clean just dated. beds not the best

The bed was uncomfortable, but considering there are no hotel chains in the area, it was as good as could be expected. The room was clean, and the people seemed friendly.

A fine place to stay in Mt. Pleasant. Right across the street from the park and rodeo grounds. Very nice people.

The horseshoe is a nice motel, in a nice small town. I stayed there 18 years ago, and again recently. Both times, it was a nice, quiet, friendly place. The staff is friendly and the rooms are remodeled. The breakfast is a bit lacking, but understandable in a motel that does t have huge crowds consistently.

Room was clean and quiet, mountain themed furniture and decorations were fitting. Breakfast was a little lacking, it felt somewhat like being in a stranger's kitchen. Enjoyed my stay overall.

I was very impressed with the rooms very clean and the log furniture was a very nice touch, close to the mnts to go riding wouid definitely stay there agai .

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Beds unfomfortable, but what do you expect from a motel. When ever we come to play and stay in Mount Pleasant, we always stay here and like it. Located in a great spot.

I stay there for work about twice a year. They rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Has fridge and microwave in all rooms. Laundry room available.

Large rooms. Ok breakfast, open till 10 . Pool hours end at 9pm, lame!! It's not bad, it's just not Marriot. I would stay here again, not much other choices in the area. Yes, I would recommend the hotel.

The front desk clerk in the evening is absolutely amazing, needed to wash some clothes staying in another town but she allowed us to wash a load of laundry. Very kind of her.. place looks updated and the decor , I love it! Thanks again! I will for sure come and stay when in the area.. :)

This place has been completely remodeled! I have to say I was very surprised because I was expecting to see all of the old things that were shown by other pictures. I was blown away when I entered, I felt like I was in my own little cozy cabin. The staff was super friendly and had that great small town feel, something I don't get much since I'm a resident of salt lake. The facility was clean and well maintained, not to mention there is an excellent mexican restaurant well within walking distance. I will be coming here again!

Great Motel. Be sure and ask for the remodeled Rustic rooms

Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience! Shower was so gross and dirty! Room had bugs, and flies, and freezer had something rotten in it. Room smelled terrible! Every time I went to the front desk nobody was there. Even at check-in nobody was there. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. Not impressed! Main thing was the gross room, spiders, flies and bugs. Will NEVER stay at this place again!!

I ve booked with a lot of hotels/motels throughout the state and these guys are the nicest, friendliest people I ve ever dealt with. They were also very accommodating to our needs.

Hidden gem. Stopped here last minute . Glad we did. Rooms recently renovated. New clean carpets , comfy beds with cute log furniture. Spotless bathroom . Refrigerator and freezer and microwave. Free wifi and breakfast .Took 4 wheeler into mountains for a wonderful view

Stayed in room 104. Room was clean, size was good, beds good. I'm giving it no stars because you can't stay in this room but had to give it 1 star to post. When the adjacent rooms run water it is almost deafening.

Well, why is it quiet and then everything well ordered

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The room that I stayed in on the first floor, was older, but spacious and clean. The bed was a little old but not bad. The continental breakfast is bagels, fruit, and some cereal.

This place sucks! Reserved rooms three months in advance, had confirmation on paper of price and how many rooms. Well, when the time came for our family to get the rooms they would not honour the price they gave us because the lady who gave us the prices no longer worked there. Big inconvenience and large price hike.
Very loud water sounds from one room to another also.

The main REASON I m giving 1 star is they have a website but you can NEVER book online it seems even though their website has a supposed booking section. I always have to call. Something about that just doesn t seem professional and user friendly. Hope it gets corrected

I called back and within 15 minutes had a confirmation to my reservation from Nickie at the front desk. She also made special effort to email me information as well as call to rely the information of another great activity my grandchildren and I might enjoy. Thank you so much Nickie for caring about me and my family and kudos to you for your professionalism. You have eased the worries of a grandmother as I travel cross country with my precious grandchildren. Knowing that there will be a safe place for my family to stay is a great relief to me. I liked the place! It was clean, nice room! Although, there where lots of dead bugs, and flies all over... but overall, nice place to stay!

My parents booked this room. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms, they didn't have any on the ground floor. There where cob webs everywhere even when we walked through the door into our room. Our room stunk really bad like dirty carpets. Room 104 had mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. So they moved us upstairs to room 204, got into that room and mold all over that bathroom as well. I called and the front desk lady tried to tell me that Utah is a dry state and mold does NOT grow here! Well she is wrong! It does grow here it can grow anywhere, and her boss did not want to move me to another room. Manager advised the front desk staff to wipe it down with alcohol and tell the customer it is mildew. I have taken pictures of this and showed her in person. Finally after complaining enough she put me in another room witch she had me "inspect" before assigning it to me. Witch made me happy but I am still creeped and grossed out! I do not recommend this hotel unless you ask to inspect your room to the fullest before staying here!

The rooms are absolutely beautiful!!
And in the midst of this pandemic, I felt the room was very clean and the staff is doing an amazing job to keep the public safe.

We got locked out of our room on our first night and had to call employee to get another key because the other keys got "demagnetised." Rooms are average and customer service isn't that bad.

Great place to stay, called me as I was pulling up being a late arrival and made sure our party's room was good to go for the night. Staff was GREAT!!!

A TAD bit shabby in certain areas, but nothing worse than what you'd expect. It worked for what we needed, it was close to Spring City (where we have family), and it fit all 7 of us! Great $ value too. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is a great stay in a small town. They are very limited with staff which makes me feel bad. Their front desk staff are also the housekeepers and make the beds after checkout. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had awesome rustic furniture. The beds were comfortable and I had a great night sleep. Their continental breakfast is a little weak but I don't know what more to expect from a small town motel.

It's not the Hilton, but the room was clean and the beds were comfy.
