I am trying to contact your hotel to check on a reservation I made almost a month ago. Today I again called at approximately 11:45 am to confirm my reservation by phone. I received an answer machine and left a message. How can I confirm my reservation? Sincerely, Catherine Rebekah Taylor

I called back and within 15 minutes had a confirmation to my reservation from Nickie at the front desk. She also made special effort to email me information as well as call to rely the information of another great activity my grandchildren and I might enjoy. Thank you so much Nickie for caring about me and my family and kudos to you for your professionalism. You have eased the worries of a grandmother as I travel cross country with my precious grandchildren. Knowing that there will be a safe place for my family to stay is a great relief to me.
