I have been renting from them for 15 yrs now and have been very happy with the service that i've had from Tony but in the last 2 yrs 2 new females have joined the business, not that I was told but seems now Tony is leaving them to run the business and they do not have a clue what they are doing, learning on the job as you might say, try sending them an e-mail and wait and wait, never an answer, you need to phone them, and then wait again,being told 'they' were on holiday, this seems to be the stock answer,I would NOT recommend that you use them for renting your property, can't say if they are any better at selling any either.
