What a great time. Right in the middle of the falls. It's a definite thing to do while your there.

The American side was closed so we went over to Canada and did this it was amazing it's totally worth it. I however did get a cold from it but what do you expect you're getting what in Canada lol. Very reasonably priced we had a six-year-old with us and he loved it. They get you right in the Falls it is the most amazing view if you're not getting squirted LOL

The cruise are the best the vow is amazing, the food is super good, spend the weekend is very cool .

Lots people and long wait. Fun experience tho. Make sure u dress accordingly. Waterproof everything lol.

It is an experience. Don't buy a single attraction buy the pass. The Canadian side has a lot of things to do but don't forget the American side as the steps are such an adventure and the American park is beautiful

Great experience - younger daughters loved the attraction. Went during dinner time which seemed to be a great time to avoid long waits.

We had a great time! It's hard to make the falls a bad time but the cruise was so nice! The staff was friendly and made us feel like we were special even though we were in the thousands of guests they see a day! There was a medical emergency but they handed it well and we were impressed that they took the time to really make sure everyone was okay.

The boat ride is an absolute must if you visit Niagara Falls! Worth the money.

Essential if you are in the area. When we went, on Saturday, we had to wait about 45 minutes to get in and we had bought the ticket. There was no queue at the ticket office but then yes. The bottleneck is the elevators that give you access to the lower area.

Be careful with your money!!
You do NOT need to buy the funicular ticket, it is an easy walk to the boat. If you must use their service make sure to not use their website to purchase the tickets, also do NOT use their kiosk as they will overcharge you and you might not get an email with your tickets.
Awful customer service, almost ruined a perfectly good vacation out of their need to nickel dime you.

Awesome . Good value for money. It was fun to be wet.Loved it. Though due to long weekend , there was huge line up but rewarded. Should do it at least once.

You cannot miss this attraction. Breathtaking view of the falls up close. Be prepared to get wet. Although they do provide ponchos.

I find the lack of having this on your bucket list disturbing. A truly awsome experience. Plan to get wet however. The provided ponchos kept my wife dry, but if you are much taller than her (5'2") they may not cover you very well so be prepared. You can opt to stay near the center of the boat to avoid most of the spray but I feel you will miss out on the full affect!

A nice fun: poncho up and down in the spray of the waterfalls. Takes about 30min and costs about 20 . Who wants to take photos, should take care of a waterproof housing.

A must do and great value as well. Get up the front of the boat, put on a poncho and immerse yourself in the experience. Got wet and loved it

A must-do at the Falls. We went in the morning during a weekday and there was hardly any waiting time. Well worth the 30 CAD for this once off experience!

This is the best part of the falls. A unique experience for sure! You will get a surreal sense of the power of the falls from this vantage point! I've been every trip to the falls and it never gets old.

Fun trip into the mist of the falls. I was surprised how close the boat gets to the Falls. You can stay inside if you want to stay dry, or you can stand on the front of the deck and better feel the thunder of the Falls.

Felt like cattle being herded on and off the boat but loved the experience of gettig up close to the falls and seeing the force of the water.

If you want to get up close & really experience the falls, you have to do this! My favorite part of our trip to Niagra!

16 year local. The fireworks cruise hornblows. Spent 6 minutes getting to the cornor of the horse shoe. Spent 1 mintue there and spent the other 33 minutes parked under the rainbow bridge watching the second boat get a great close up experience and a much better spot to watch the fire works. Spend much less money for the 5star day time experience and watch the fireworks somewhere else.

Me and my partner went on the day time and the night time cruise and loved both trips well worth the money.

Once in a lifetime experience. Enjoy it or not, you gotta do it.

Everyone should experience this cruise once. Doesn't take incredibly long. Doesn't require tons of planning. I came here with my father from a business meeting in Toronto. We had no plans, were in suits, and we got on a boat within minutes and were in our ponchos getting rained on by the falls. Experience of a lifetime.

Great views, easy to book, and "classic" Niagara Falls. You've got to do it at least once! Price isn't bad, considering you're at the mercy of the single tour operator on the Canadian side.

The boat ride & the employees on the boat were great HOWEVER I was with 2 people with walkers & not good at walking far for long and was misled by the ticket seller as to the amount of ramps to go down. We were slow moving & continually fussed at to move along by the boat employees. They are not easy ramps to climb back up to get to the elevator that we were told would take us up to street level.

A must- do experience for every visitor. Make sure to wear clothes that you don't mind getting soaked including shoes. They do provide thin rain ponchos but you will still get wet. A naturally breathtaking beauty that eclipses all thought. Definitely recommended to the traveller passing by.

Really a great experience! Not too bad cost. They get you very close to the falls. Staff was very friendly. Kid-friendly.

This was a breath taking experience, my wife and I enjoyed every moment of it. The wait was probably 10 mins tops.

Amazing experience. The line can become quite long, but the bulk of the waiting is done inside the covered stairs going down to the boat.

You get very wet, but it is also one of the coolest things I have ever done.
I would definitely suggest standing in the right side of the boat. (that is the way the boat turns so you get to see everything) and also there is this wonderful part when the most completely clear just for a few seconds and you look and are completely surrounded by water falls (it feels like). It was just do awesome to see the falls that way.

Along with seeing the Falls in general, this is a must-do. I shied away from taking a boat to the base of the falls for years, figuring I didn't need to don a rain poncho to enjoy them, but I was so wrong. Boating in the falls gives you a completely new perspective and respect for these amazing waterfalls. You will be in awe of the sheer power of them. It feels like entering a new world. As a bird watcher, the waterfowl and their antics in the turbulent water is also enjoyable.

The cruise was a very memorable experience, it was truly an unforgettable one. I would highly recommend this cruise to everyone, you have to atleast try it once, as it is a once in a lifetime experience. We got so close to the falls and had a wonderful time, and during the ride they give you some history, fun facts and the staff on the boat were very friendly including the captain.

I did only give 4 stars as I was getting annoyed with all the bitter staff that treated us all like steerage, all they needed was cattle prods to push us around. There were about 1 out of 10 staff that smiled, but the majority would just be yelling at us to hurry up, line up, a few more friendly staff could have earned my 5th star rating. But other than the grouchy staff I would highly recommend the cruise to others.

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE, A MUST DO!!!!! I loved it so much I did it twice, the first time I did NOT expect to get so wet..I figured it was just a little mist..boy was I wrong! It was awesome! I did it a second time on my last day in town so that I could really enjoy it and take it all in now that I knew what to expect and wouldn't be fumbling with my smartphone attempting to get pix/video. I will definitely do it again on my next visit.

An amazing experience to view falls closely. You can buy tickets online as well as at counter. Cruise leaves every 15 minutes. Tickets are time stamped for 1 hour. Try to reach on time. Ponchos are available. Online photos are little bit costly. After cruise you can shop souvenirs from the gift shop. Staff is cooperative and helpful. But people should follow safe distancing. The crowd is little bit mismanaged.

Worth going if visiting the fall. But Hornblower is just a terrible name. This name is so much worse than that of the American side.
