It was definitely a memorable experience of life

It was definitely a memorable experience of life
You can see two magnificent waterfalls in front of you
Please get the front of the ship by all means
Even if there is a poncho, the head and feet are soaked, but the impression that you feel with the five senses is an attractive that can not be replaced elsewhere
Tears were overflowing when I noticed too much force
I definitely want you to get on!

Must be experienced by anyone visiting Niagara Falls. The experience will speak for itself. It is an exceptional bargain considering what you get to experience. ( apologies for overuse of the word "experience ").

It was fantastic! It was really fun and I think that had to do with the fact that we got express passes to go past the big line ups for the attractions because we were going on a tour. If I d have another chance to visit and go onto the cruises, I d definitely suggest it to someone else to see because it s a once in a life time experience

Great organisation. Perfect boats for the adventure - with room inside behind windows and an open deck on both floors. Includes a water proof puncho - Expect to be wet. Will bring you as close as you can get to the bottom of the falls. Lots of people in tour groups. Must do !

We hadn t booked ahead, so had no idea which was the best or cheapest tour, but we could see a small boat being buffeted about at the foot of the falls and really wanted a go. We quickly bought wi-fi, then purchased tickets for the nearest Hornblower boat ($28/adult $18/child) on our phone. Thought we d skip the queue this way, but the queue was not to buy the tickets (3 people in this one) but to snake your way down to the boat once you have a ticket (about 300 in this one). Also, you enter the attraction by way of an enormous concrete queuing tunnel, totally wiping out access to recently bought wifi and all evidence of ticket purchase.

Top tip: Just buy a real paper ticket from the booth much easier.

Exiting the tunnel we donned our pink plastic ponchos in 30 degree heat, feeling a bit like vacuum packed supermarket chickens, whilst waiting dockside for the final sweaty 30 minutes for our turn to board the boat.

Top tip 2 don t wear white or any fancy holiday attire as it s like someone repeatedly chucking buckets of water on you as you sidle up to the roaring falls (but in a good way).

Iconic experience. The falls are truly best experienced aboard the boat ride! Missing directions and clueless staff made a bunch of us want around in circles. Remember to exit the elevator ride down to the dock at the bottom floor, NOT the gift shop.

I was on the Hornblower for the first time with my dad and friends of the family and had an amazing time! Very well organized on the way in and out, we had no trouble having an amazing view and experience on the top deck. You will get wet -- all part of the experience! You don't realize how powerful the falls really are until you are right next to them.

Buy the adventure pass to help amortize the cost across more than one activity, but this is where your money should go, especially if it's your first time. It's a total blast, and kids love it. We joked about it being a shower and an employee said "it's a bit more than a shower". He wasn't joking. Bring shoes that you don't mind getting soaked, because you will be absolutely drenched. This will probably be the thing you remember most about your visit to Niagara Falls in Ontario. That's not a bad thing.

If you can cross into to Canada then definitely do so and take a Hornblower Cruise. While Maid of The Mist is great I felt that this cruise was longer and went in deeper. Overall this is a amazing experience and everyone should experience it. Pro-tip: stand in the front if you want to get drenched.

A MUST SEE in Canada. It is amazing view and boat ride. Make sure you get there early or buy the tickets online because there was a long line to buy tickets. I took amazing shots and videos of the Niagara Falls(Canada side). Highly recommend this tour.

The best choice to feel Niagara!!

The best choice to feel Niagara!!
You can feel the magnificence properly only by directly hitting the mist of the waterfall.

This boat ride to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls was awesome!
Paying was super easy with the self-serve kiosks, we didn't even have to wait in line.
Getting on the boat was quick and orderly.
Being right in front of The Falls and feeling the water was exhilarating!
I would do this again.

The experience with the cruise was amazing. It's sums up the Niagara Falls experience. If you are planning to skip the cruise then mind you won't be able to see the Falls up and close. Worth every penny.

We bought the Adventure Pass at another place so we didn't have to wait in line. We walked down the ramp, waited a few minutes for the elevator, waited a few minutes for the next boat to unload, then on to the boat. We were up top, front and center with beautiful views of the American falls. Went right up into the mist and got soaked and had a blast! Boat was packed, lots of rude people try to cut in front of you in line. Expensive for the short trip but really enjoyed it!

Fantastic experience !! Super recommended to anyone going to see the falls! It allows you to truly get under the mythical Niagara Falls and be able to admire them in all their power and majesty !! Cruises on the US shore are closed in the winter months, on the Canadian shore they are almost always available, but always check the internet if you go to those areas in the winter months. I went in November and made them from the Canadian side.

Nice

THE BEST OF THE BEST! This was a wonderful cruise. We were taken up to both the American and Canadian Falls where we could see the falls illumined by various lights. The lights changed colors every few seconds. We were then taken back a distance so that we could see a truly spectacular fireworks show. I am still in awe at how reasonably priced this cruise was. I would have expected to pay much more for such an experience. This is a must-do trip!

MUST do when in Niagara Canada! Well worth it! First walked by at about 12:00 noon on a Thursday - the line to get to the boats was about 1/4 mile down the strip - REALLY!!! A local guide suggested we wait and come back after 5:00 p.m., said usually no wait. Well, he was right! We came back the next day (Friday) at about 6:00 p.m. There was no wait at all! We went right into building, down elevator, and to the boats. We waited only 10 minutes for next boat to arrive and passengers to disembark. Only 100 or so on our boat (can hold 700 when filled to capacity)! We stood right up front on the bottom level - definitely the best spot!

You do not want to miss this.

You do not want to miss this.
This is the closest you can get to feel the force of nature.

A message for the business:

Please stop using plastic ponchos & find a reusable method.

The rides are amazing! Everyone talks about the Maid of the Mist, but Hornblower is just as good, if not better. You will get pretty close to the falls and get wet, but it is definitely worth it. This is such an awesome way to enjoy Horseshoe Falls. You should definitely take a ride on the Hornblower if you visit the Canadian side.

Great experience, i bought the niagra parks adventure pass, keep in mind that that online pass will not get you enter the places you want to go , you have to get another pass from the niagra parks welcome center
Which is near the hornblower cruises ticket booth
It is a small white gazebo kind of booth
The ride is smooth there is plenty of space on ship for everyone to stand and enjoy , its a double deck ship you can stand either place

My family and I had a great time,it was well worth it cause it was like 100 degrees out and we decided to go and get wet on the horn blower made it well worth it,the only issue I had was when we were done the ride we were coming up the ramp to go to the shop there was a couple ,the husband had a hard time going up the ramp,a few of us had mentioned to the person at the top that someone need some help and the guys answer was to us that we don't t help unless they ask,how about a little more sympathetic about older ppl coming off the boat they should have someone there at all times with a wheel chair just in case and a little less attitude from your employees, maybe some of the employees need a attitude adjustment, but it was a great experience for us,we go on all the time when we get chance when we are down there

I purchased tickets online I was overcharged for 2 tickets totaling $90. It s been 3 weeks and still no refund when you call and ask they re extremely rude and will not let you speak to the people who do refunds. They told me 12 business it s been that and still nothing be very careful ordering online from them they can take your money instantly but takes forever to get it back. Not even an apology for the mistake.

Pretty great. First, you take a train car down to the edge of the water. Then, you're given ponchos and load up onto a boat.

You do get a much better look at the falls. The boat travels quite close, such that for part of the ride it'll be windy and you'll be getting soaked, especially if you wear glasses.

The poncho does take care of most of the water, so it didn't take long to dry off in the warm weather.

We drove 10 hours to get to the falls and accidentally made a mistake booking our trip. The people at hornblower recognized we made a mistake but did not help to correct the situation. Instead they were very rude. They took our money instead. It s clearly about the money instead of making people happy. Was disappointed and will be telling people not to book with them.
