Impressive and little waiting. I was advised not to take the evening cruise since you can see the lights of the promenade. I have no regrets at all going there this morning with all this warmth !! (30 degrees celsius)
Maybe a little expensive, for the price I probably will not do it again.

Loved the 'Maid of the Mist' cruise into the waterfall.

Was an awesome experience which will be cherished for a very long time.

How fun was this....a 15-20 minute boat ride into the mist of the horseshoe falls. The commentary is helpful to fill you in on the surrounding area. You do get wet when the mist rains down on you but with the ponchos provided you do stay pretty dry. The cost is $29.50 ca but is well worth the price. Conviently located at the foot of Clifton Hill.

Amazing experience. You will get soaked if you are on the upper level, but you will also observe an amazing view of the falls.

We got here early and boarded the 2nd boat out at 9 am to avoid the crowds.

The line was very long when we went but the wait was worth it. The view during the cruise was just spectacular. You will get wet if you go on the 2nd level of the ship, do be prepared!

Amazing experience. You cannot get it by a photo, video or even a 5D movie. You have to experience this to feel the power of the mother Nature.

Of all the tourist traps around Niagara, I think this is the one that's truly worth its price. It's difficult to grasp the size of these falls until you're standing in the middle of it, getting soaked by this endless torrent of water. Even the "small" American falls gain a sense of scale when seen up close!

Fun experience Beautiful lights. Essential if you go to Niagara falls. Better the boats on the Canada side are more powerful and get more into the horseshoe waterfall. Also in the upper part the boat cabin does not take away vision

We enjoyed this so much that we did it twice! All of the staff members we encountered were very nice, but one gentleman by the name of Scott went way out of his way to assist us when we arrived at the dock without activating our passes. We couldn't have been more grateful for his assistance.

Very smooth operation, giving a very impressive experience of Niagara Falls. The ships are bigger and look a bit more stable than the US operation across the river, but that's just my impression.
Make sure to put on the poncho and pull the cord of the hood tight, it's literally wetter than in the shower!

I guess it is a must if you wanna have a true experience at the Niagara Falls. Allows you to get very close to the Americans falls and the horseshoe falls. Take pictures of the horseshoe falls before entering the horseshoe itself... after is like being in a really strong rainstorm... and that s the first time I see so many people really enjoying being in strong rain and wind! The whole is really well organised and the lines are moving fast.

Beautiful and majestic view as always, you will never get bored of these shots , especially from canada , we stated overnight to se both the views.

A great attraction as these little boats get as close to the falls as possible. Take either US or Canada, makes no difference.

This is all you need to see the falls. Forget about all those other expensive tours. This one is reasonably priced & takes you right up close to the falls. I went in November so there were no lines so I'm not sure how it is during the warmer seasons.

A must stop when visiting Niagara Falls! I went on the night cruise, and I was not disappointed!!! Next time, I ll be going on the day cruise!!! Such a blast, and talk about beautiful lights/views!!! Yes, you will get wet, so be prepared!

Not going to lie, I thought we were going straight into the falls. We didn t and the experience of seeing 1 of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World was breathtaking.

I thought before going there it was wasted money to pay $ 20 per adult for 15-20 minutes of boat. But, once there, I literally changed my mind. It's to be done once in a lifetime. Seriously.

Awesome experience. Very efficient service...it's amazing how much the spray from the waterfall feels like if it's raining!

Pretty cool. Very different view of the falls from down below. It's kind of hard to see though due to the insane amount of water hitting you in the face.

Yesterday was my 4th time that I went on this boat tour. Worth riding it. Due to this social distancing you have to wait for sometime. They are checking your temperature while entering and after each boat ride they are sanitizing the whole place wherever you hold while riding. Better book your tickets online before you go there.

A must do experience in Niagara Falls with a breath taking view putting you at the footsteps of the falls. Prepare to be splashed with some water and get phones ready for snapping pictures

If you're in Niagara you need to do this. Wear water shoes and sun glasses. You will get wet and without glasses its hard to keep your eyes open with all the spray/mist.

A must-do at the Falls. We went in the morning during a weekday and there was hardly any waiting time. Well worth the 30 CAD for this once off experience!

Short fun ride that will take you up close and personal to the falls .....it's a very unique experience. Staff is nice and friendly.

We did it in the late afternoon, after 19h (in summer). At that time there were not many people, which made the tour much more pleasant.
The boat comes very close to the largest waterfall (horseshoe), which makes the experience fantastic.
I recommend!!

It is marvelous to be so close to the waterfalls! The tour is safe and good also for small kids.

This is one of the only Niagara attractions truly worth the money. It's a spectacular experience that is worth every penny. I really wanted to do the night cruise as well but it was sold out the only night we were there.

This was a great time of year to experience the boat ride! Weather was nice and there was no lines or waiting. Breathtaking up close and definitely worth the money.

Pretty slick operation. Queues move really quick. Lots of staff around the place to ask for help if you need it. Boat leaves every 15 minutes and lasts about 25 minutes. $19:95CAD for an adult and ticket is valid for 3 days. You can't really come to Niagara and not see the falls this way. Well worth it.

It was a great experience! that one minute they take you to close to the HorseShoe falls is mind blowing and worth it.

This was my first time since the name changed and it was, again, a truly magnificent experience being so close to the falls. I just wish the price was a little lower (or the ride longer), especially for families and children.

We did the nighttime fireworks tour. Great experience. Only let down was that they advertise 10 minutes worth of fireworks and it was only 5.

Amazing! I didn't expect the down pour of water (rain) that hits you once your in the heart of the horseshoe. So much fun!

Our family had a very good time on our Niagara cruise. My sons loved getting soaked from the mist. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I didn t know if would be this fun to ride a river boat up to the falls and get splashed misted and rained on by the falls. It s nothing less that awestricking to look at the falls from both sides of the water, but to go all the way there from Texas and not look up at them from the boat is not getting your travels worth. Step into a whole other perspective. Cave of the winds should not be missed either or you ll feel like I do for not going down the zip line while I could.

Amazing. I've seen Niagara Falls in pictures, on TV, been behind the falls, walked along the Canadian side, and seen the falls from Google Satellite view. But you never really get a feel for just how HUGE and powerful the falls are until you take this boat ride. Going to the base of the falls and looking up, wow, I can't put it in words. It changed my whole perception on Niagara Falls. You have to take this trip once. Breathtaking. :D

The entire experience was outstanding. This is by far the best way to see the falls: Up close and personal. The customer service was good and the staff moved the lines efficiently.

Awesome experience. One of the best ride to do in niagara falls. The best way to skip the ticket line is to buy online tickets. $30 plus tax. Staff is sooo good taking your temperatures when you enter and you have to write your name and phone number just in case you get exposed to covid 19. Mask is mandatory! .Ship capacity limited to 100 people per time-frame. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
