way to go to the falls.. must ride once, different view and some Fall's Rain
Want to get up close and personal with the falls this is the cruise to do it
Amazing experience! A must do when you visit Niagara Falls. It is 20 minutes trip between the falls. You get to experience the falls up close.
I enjoyed my experience, however, avoid coming here during a busy time as at least half of your day will be spent on waiting in lines. The ride itself is less than 20 minutes and it takes you relatively close to the falls, although you will not be able to see much because of the mist.
Very nice experience. The line was about an hour during noon time. They supply ponchos big enough to carry a large Hershel's backpack. However, big tip.. wear some sandals. Your feet will definitely get wet. Shorts are fine, no need for bathing suits or trunks.
This the best part of all attractions, to experience the falls so close and feel it... this is the place to go if you visit the Niagara Falls
The DAY tour is 20 minutes and the NIGHT tour is 40 minutes. The route is almost the same as the tour on the US side, but the ticket on the Canadian side is higher because it includes the cable car return fare. In summer, fireworks go up everyday. The weekdays were 22: 00-5 minutes. The ship gets close to the waterfall, so it gets wet even if you wear a poncho. Early morning or before sunset is available.
Cold and wet, my balance is not what it was when I was younger.
Suddenly you feel the rush of the spray on your face and it tastes salty. The power of the Horseshoe Falls envelops you ; just breathtaking !
Excellent experience! A very busy destination but it is very well organized so all lines kept moving, even though we were there at a peak time on a busy summer day. A good activity for all ages.
IMPORTANT NOTE: No parking on site, so if you are driving directly here set your GPS or Google Maps to a nearby parking lot, and walk to this spot on the map.
If u go there plz try Hornblower Niagra Cruises with fire works it is worth to see it
Done this so many times, yet it never fails to excite me.
Fun experience with my family! Got super wet and didn t mind cause what do you expect when visiting the Niagara Falls. This was a very unique way to see the falls up close.
I loved it. We got near to the falls and got really wet. The boats are really big and stable, but I think next time it'll be Maid of the Mist, smaller boats look like more fun.
That, and Hornblower is just a name. Nothing to do with C.S.Lewis.
Once in a lifetime experience!!! Staff were friendly throughout the process.
We could barely hear anything that was said over the loud speaker bu who cares when you've got all that water rushing at you. I highly recommend this for anyone that visits Niagara falls.
It's a bit pricey but most will find it worthy
Loved it. Totally worth the money. We were lucky to be blessed with a rainbow too. I'd suggest to enjoy the moment rather than being busy in taking pictures.
Fun experience for the whole family. A bit wet and wild, but worth the money. Friday morning wasn't very busy.
We take the night cruise every year ! Lots of fun !
I agree with the majority of reviews a must see. It s crowded and the lineup is long but this is a total bucket list thing you have to try at least once! You get to go really close to the falls and they give you a poncho to keep dry but expect to get really wet anyway. Also, try to get towards the top of the boat ASAP. It fills quick and you want an area that is at the edge of the boat so you can hang on to the rails. Highly recommended and worth the crazy long line-up I did this and had the time of my life.
A must try when visiting Niagara. Prepare to get wet!
A fantastic experience! The boat approaches just below the waterfalls. Great fun!
The downside is the long queues that need to be done.
I enjoy this. Totally worth the money they are charging. If you dont mind getting wet just try and get to the front area of the lower deck/Upper deck to get the best experience.
Prompt service. Make sure you avoid the lines and buy your ticket online!
This ride will give you a breathtaking experience, the staff are very cooperative and helpful. Although during this pandemic time you have to follow proper rules of social distancing and wear masks it is a wonderful ride which lasts 20 minutes. You'll see the maid of mist boats passing by you which is on the American side. It's an amazing ride for the right price. Thanks to Hornblower team for making the ride fantastic you'll also get to ride the funicular if you book your ticket online.
Farcical.
We were here in August, on the hottest day of the year. They cram so many people on the boat it was dangerous.
Our boat was delayed as the one in front had somebody taken off by paramedics. Not a suprise due to how poorly organised it was.
Pretty cool getting close to the falls but best to avoid on a hot day.
You just can't visit the Falls without a trip on Hornblower. You WILL get wet, it's all part of the fun. Great staff well organised no waiting. A very damp experience!
I ve seen hornblower for a couple of times but never seen spectacular as on the night cruises. After the cruise journey, we enjoyed the lights around the carnival area and from the many shops.
A 20 min cruise around the falls . Will get lil wet but substantial
The falls seen from the top in the viewpoints is already an incredible sight, but without a doubt taking the boat tour is an even greater experience. You can see everything very closely and in summer, despite having many people, the experience is very beautiful because everything is super organized for the tours.
The cost per adult is approximately CAD 25-30.
Most of the people take a change of clothes and water shoes because despite having raincoats, the proximity to the falls often causes the shoes and part of the clothes to get wet.
Iconic experience. The falls are truly best experienced aboard the boat ride! Missing directions and clueless staff made a bunch of us want around in circles. Remember to exit the elevator ride down to the dock at the bottom floor, NOT the gift shop.
It s quite an experience. No video will do justice to that feeling of liberation you get when taking the cruise.
Amazing boat cruises.
I did it 3 times, with friends and family.
You should try it once.
When you will be near the falls, you will love it.
It is just amazing.
You will get a closer look to the falls and have a great experience. It's not a long ride, no cheap either but it's worth the ride.
The price is bit hefty. The duration of the journey should be increased to 30 mins. and the price for photograph which they charge is way greedy.
It is a must-see cruise at least once
You will feel awe at the grandeur of the waterfall and the greatness of nature...
Outstanding
..
Contacting customer service through their website is quick and simple. Very friendly as well. Can't wait to go on the tour :)
Unique experience. The earlier , the lesser the queue. Prepare to experience the roar of the Niagara.
Easy experience. It felt like a conveyor belt....walk along a series of ramps, elevator, more ramps & ways, stop take a picture, another ramp....u get the picture :) It is well organized. However DO purchase tickets before arriving. My group arrived at the perfect time. There was no wait times and the boat was half full. So it was easy to walk to the other end when the boat turned around. Remember all those ramps? Well now to do it in reverse! Lol
Tracting all the night flying insects but she cared for none of them are likely to or she gave encouragement to none one night she said to her mother the queen I have met many admirers I don t wish a single one to be my husband tonight for ladies to the legion is the lady s name and pay me court here I ll help you keep hitting
Nice to see this new replacement. And their night Niagara cruise is awesome!
Wonderful place to visit. One of t top 20 places to be visited.
You have to get on this thing if you have never been on it. Honestly, this is a MUST. It lets you experience the power of the falls through a totally different perspective compared to just standing on the ground sightseeing from the sides.
One of two providers for a boat trip besides Niagara Falls. The Hornblower lie on the banks of the Canadian side of the falls. The service is great, you get super fast and without hassle tickets and is, in our case, 20 minutes later on the boat towards waterfalls. Each guest gets a rain pocho so that you do not get completely wet. I enjoyed the tour very much and after about 15 to 20 minutes you are back on the shore where the boat started.
Hurry up and wait. We were treated somewhat like cattle. Arrive late!
Fantastic experience at absolutely no cost prohibitive !!!
Great experience, I totally enjoyed every bit and recommend others to take the tour
I have been to Niagara Falls a few times, but it was my first time on the Hornblower! Due to covid-19 they do not allow as much on board as they did before and require you to have your mask on during the ride. Such a different experience viewing the falls from below!
You will definitely be soaked on the ride! Currently $27.50 for an adult + tax , definitely worth it!
If you're coming to Niagara Falls,
I thought it was more fun to get wet
It was soaked and dried again
You should stand on the left side of the boat
It is cheaper if you buy it in advance in Korea !! Recommend
Spectacular tour to the falls. Water-shy people should refrain from this.
This was a fantastic opportunity! we got onto the last boat of the night they let us drink in the line they let us drink on the boat, we got great views of the falls it was really as fantastic as you would think it is. Absolutely worth doing we had minimum lines.
I was amazed on how well the line was going even on a Saturday. They are well organized. The trip to the middle of the falls is also a great experience. Luckly it was warm outside sonwe dried quicky.
Well organized 20 mins excursion. Easier access than US side since multiple elevators in use. Price is right for the experience.
The kids loved it too, it's amazing to see the strength of the water!
This 20-minute boat tour stops tourists right in front of Horseshoe Falls. You are sprayed pretty wet - the red rain capes are of little help. So take good care of the cameras!
Excellent.. well worth $30.. expect to get wet... loved it
Awesome.
You will get soaked. Accept it. Don't hide under the rain gear - see what you came to see and just towel off afterwards.
Definitely worth it. Tip: go early to avoid the rush, and if possible try to be near the front of the line when it's time to board so that you get s prime spot (the boats leave every 20mins so just wait for the next boat)
