I have used this company in the past to replace glass as seal has gone, then paid for job within a week ,but recently asked for door to be adjusted given price was told someone would phone to arrange time date for job ,
did not expect to get bill and be expected to pay up front for a job which has not been done, phoned katie who sent bill, no one pays for a job which has not been done before hand and to statisfactory state

No show for appointment, after I'd taken time off work especially for this survey, which had been scheduled 4 weeks in advance - I'd received an email confirmation the previous afternoon, but Nick Parker & Phillipa Russell ignored my emails for confirmation of attendance - I guess they were too ashamed to reply. So this is how Andrew & Karen Jones conduct their business - unreliable, untrustworthy & unprofessional operation. Caveat Emptor

Outstanding quality at an outstanding price.
The tradesmen were polite, professional and a pleasure to speak to. They explained the process and time it would take from start to finish. The work carried out was professionally and they clean up after themselves to the point were the area was cleaner than when they started.
I have made various recommendation for Horizon Home Improvements and will use them as a default for future work.

Ordered new front door for one of our properties. Sensible price quoted, job done quickly and efficiently. Old door removed and site left clean. 100% satisfied. Very efficient and friendly staff with good comms. Would recommend to anyone.
