I have used this company in the past to replace glass as seal has gone, then paid for job within a week ,but recently asked for door to be adjusted given price was told someone would phone to arrange time date for job ,
did not expect to get bill and be expected to pay up front for a job which has not been done, phoned katie who sent bill, no one pays for a job which has not been done before hand and to statisfactory state
