No show for appointment, after I'd taken time off work especially for this survey, which had been scheduled 4 weeks in advance - I'd received an email confirmation the previous afternoon, but Nick Parker & Phillipa Russell ignored my emails for confirmation of attendance - I guess they were too ashamed to reply. So this is how Andrew & Karen Jones conduct their business - unreliable, untrustworthy & unprofessional operation. Caveat Emptor
