Nice luxurious hotel with amazing views. The room we had was on the 16th floor with a fantastic view of the courtyard in the back of the hotel. We also had access to a balcony in the rear of our room. Our room was very clean and spacious.

Had dinner at Satay Inn. Food was decent but a bit overpriced. Ordered half a Hainan Chicken, Beef Brisket with watercress, and an egg fried rice. All good but nothing spectacular. Shared amongst 3 people and we weren't full but it already set us back over 100 hkd each. Went to McDonald's afterwards.

A good and refreshing, all areas are in order, the rooms are clean and the good smell from the sea.

One of the recommended Michelin Restaurant. A hotel by the sea.

They have beautiful garden.

Really recommended hotel. You satisfied your stay.

went there for a dinner buffet, food choice was a lot, especially there is a beer tap. however, taste and presentation were average. service was good. environment is good too. price was alright with a bit on the expensive side. there is a large public car park just outside the hotel. if you go there at night, you could easily find space(weekdays). I may go there again if there is discount.

Checked in and tried to take a nap but the sound of drills and hammers in the next room kept me awake. Called front and nothing was done. 5 min children train ride cost the same as a 50 minute session in the indoor play area. How does that make sense? All other 5 star hotels in major cities these amenities are complimentary. Bed sheets still had sand from the beach on them. AC unit doesn't cool at all.

very expensive in house eating. Swimming pool closed for maintenance apparently but not notified of this when booking through a 3rd party. Air con in room ineffective. Decent grounds and kids play area for them to burn some energy. Rooms a decent size, poor soundproofing though.

Worst experience ever. Since the beach remains closed and the mayority of the hotel facilities are closed, they are allowing the people to overcrowd in the pool, according to the hotel they are allow up to 400 person, yet the pool is very small. To use the pool people must queue for up to 30min, without any social distancing. Once in the pool, there is not enough seats so people have to seat on the floor and gardens besides the pool, without any mask because the hotel is allowing no mask wearing around the pool, also people are allow to eat and drink alcohol around the pool and children are allow to urinate on the grass as well, next to where to are sitting and less than a meter from the pool. Additionally the hotel is so overcrowded, that there is no social distancing on the buffet area, where tables are less than a meter close to each other, there are tables right next to the food area with people wearing no mask, and the staff doesn t have proper hair covering, also many packages doesn t have the breakfast included even though it says so on the website and it s extremely expensive. Due to the overcrowding of the hotel, the lifts are always full with more than 20 person as you must queue with no social distancing for 15min to get one, this bring strong healths concern. There have being open outdoors games at night, allowing crows around the BBQ, which is open fire. The rooms are dusty, under the bed and furniture is quite dirty, it causes us allergies, also no laundry line or rack available and there is a sign that there won t be changing the towel and linen daily. Complaining to the manager ended up pointless as she showed total disregard and caring saying we should have called the police because that s is how the hotel is plus she refused to identify herself or to offer a refund, instead she difamated us saying we didn t want to pay (fortunately we have the conversation recorded) . Save your money for better holidays, because even if the facilities were open, everything is old, painting is peeling, poor cleaning and the staff very uncaring.

Awesome

Spent one night at the Gold Coast hotel in the middle of my Hong Kong trip. It was a relaxing oasis just as I had hoped. The pool and grounds are gorgeous and the beach is a close walk just off the hotel grounds. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. It was by far the best sleep we had on our entire 10 night trip.

It may be due to the age of the building. Under the check-in, I think its decoration is very old, but it feels much more gorgeous to open all the Dengguo arrays at night.
The buffet at night is still good. In one of the special places, there are BBQ counters to cook wild for you to eat.
It s the first time the breakfast sounds, but it s not a loss. The ordinary Western-style hotel buffet breakfast (in fact, it s a selling point that it s not hard to eat), so you can keep it simple, if you want to eat something special, you have to make it yourself After homework, I don t recommend the buffet breakfast.
Due to the epidemic situation, many activities are not open, but in fact, there are a lot of wild games in the department. I hope that I will have the opportunity to try the next activities.
