Honda Windward Review

I appreciate Honda Windward. They always are so courteous and get me right in. Today I went in for a oil and filter change. They were kind enough to inform me that my battery was low. They offered to replace it. I was glad they could do it. This took one and one half hour however.

I always service my car at Honda Windward and Kanoa always takes care. Don t hesitate to service your car here always fast friendly and great service.

Honda Windward s service department is my go to for oil changes / any maintenance that needs to be done on my Honda. Everyone in their service department is very outgoing and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to schedule. There is a waiting room in the main showroom that is catered to social distancing. You can relax, watch tv, and grab a coffee or tea. There is also WiFi.

My car battery died yesterday This morning I called Honda Windward service department and Kanoa explained to me how to jump start my car and told me to bring it on over. When I arrived, he had my paperwork ready to go. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to Kanoa and Honda Windward service department for saving my day, week, etc

Had a great experience leasing my Civic from Honda Windward with Bob Laudick. Bob did a great job of making the whole process easy and stress free. He was more than willing to sit down with us and answer any questions on two separate occasions and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. You can tell he has a vast amount of experience in the trade. When it came to finding the perfect vehicle he was more than willing to help work with our budget and get us into the right car at the right price. Most importantly, he wasn t overly pushy and was always flexible when it came to finding a time to meet. I would most definitely recommend working with Bob and, in general, heading to Windward Honda if you re in the market for a car!

Honda Windward is always a friendly environment and the customers waiting lounge is big and comfortable. The staff are very accommodating as well. I honestly don't mind waiting for my van to be serviced for 3 hours. It is always a pleasure to be a loyal customer to Honda Windward.

Kanoa really took care of me from the start when I called to set an appointment to service to the end when I paid. Call will be given to me when parts are in to complete the visit.

Victor and Keely did such a wonderful job helping me find out what was best for me. My old car finally died and I needed something that day. I told them what had happened and what I needed and I left that day with my brand new Honda Civic. It fits me perfectly and I couldn t be happier! They made the process so easy, they answered all my questions and really listened. I went to a few other dealerships prior so by the time I got to them I was tired and ready to give up hope on finding something for me and that I could financially afford. But they did their magic and got me pretty close to what I asked for. Really great service, thank you Honda Windward!

Awesome people and awesome service! I m very grateful. My car is broken and it would cost more than a brand new car.. so I have no transportation. And all the Facebook online used vehicles are so highly priced with high mileage. So I had to invest in a better car with reliability to go to work and take my parents and family dr. Friendly service advisors. Would ve given 5 stars, but wait time went on longer than was told.

I was impressed with the ease of scheduling my annual service appointment and the friendly customer service assistance when I checked in. Even though my Service B maintenance and system checks were estimated at 3-4 hours (since I waited in the customer lounge), the work only took two hours.
The car systems check were explained to me in detail and the free car wash was appreciated.

While I was happy with the car service, the customer lounge and waiting area (on the showroom floor area) needs an upgrade to match the dealership s customer service high standard. The coffee machine choices did not work except straight black and the employee lounge sales team meetings and informal conversations can be overheard by waiting area customers in the vending and computer use area since the door is often left ajar and not insulated well when closed.

Promised me to have maintenance done in a hour and it was finished sooner - w/in 40 minutes. Fast, efficient service and courteous service people.

My car battery was dead at 10:30 AM. I called Honda Windward Service Dept., and they said to bring it in by 11:30, and they would replace my battery. I did, and they did.

November 19, 2020 took my 2019 Passport in for recall and maintenance. Like always Kanoa and the service team at Honda Windard did an awesome job. Completed the job faster than expected time given. Best customer service and attention to detail. Always a pleasure coming here.

From the moment I called about my issue with my seat, the staff said I could come that day and they would check it out. They were very fast and resolved the problem within a couple of hours. I was so happy not to have to come back another day to get it fixed. Also they charged a very reasonable amount for the work.

Quick and hopefully efficient but I wouldn't know since I'm not a mechanic.
But at least his estimated repair time was wrong in my favor and that gave my more time for myself.

I've had multiple, multiple problems with Honda windward. Most of the time they can't help becuz they can't recreate the same situation even tho the service rep seen it. When they took my car back they turned it off and when the tech turned it on, it didn't do it for him and there were no codes so it was fine. This is not the 1st time nobody could help. And this not the only problem I've had either.

I bought my Honda Insight from Honda Windward in April of 2010 and was pleased with the knowledgeable sales staff and ease of purchase. I followed up my purchase with several visits to the Honda Windward service department and I think this is where this dealership really shines. The staff is smart, efficient, and friendly. Every time I am due for service, I can quickly and easily make an appointment at a time that works for me. Every service I've had done has been exceptionally well done and I was throughly satisfied with their great performance. I would like to specifically mention a recent visit to Honda Windward that involved getting my electric engine's battery replaced. After the initial assessment, my first thought was: great, my car needs a new $4,000 battery. How am I going to afford that? Honda Windward worked their magic and was able to get me the new battery and install it for $500. Needless to say, I was blown away. Honda Windward's commitment to their customers and to quality repair work is evident and I would never go anywhere else to have my car worked on. Thanks again to all the great people at Honda Windward.

We just moved to the island of Oahu from the mainland and needed a second vehicle. Bob Laudick at Windward Honda was extremely helpful in assisting us with the decision between buying and leasing, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Checked in, Erick explained the details of my service and gave me an estimate of 4 hours wait. Asked what I wanted to do while I wait & offered the shuttle service to the mall. I took on the offer & waited at the mall. To my surprise, I got a phone call to inform me that my car was ready in just 2 1/2 hours! Awesome..I had other things to do that morning so it made my day!! ...Honda Windward continues to make a believer in me I would recommend them to everyone.

I went to Bob Laudick at Windward Honda looking to trade-in my vehicle for something more dependable and safer to drive. I have a 2yr-old with another on the way, so safety and dependability are at the forefront of my car buying needs. Bob took me in and within a couple hours I was driving off in a brand new car, with monthly payments BELOW what I told him I was looking to spend!!!... and the trade-in I received for my used car was ABOVE KBB... unbelievable! Bob made the entire process quick and easy... he went over all my options and worked with me in getting the best car for the best price for my expanding Ohana. Shifter button broke. Got in within 2 days. The estimated time was an hour and they did just that. Prices was smooth and easy. Got a free car wash too.

Windward Honda. My name is Bruce Erber and bought and service my car at Windward Honda. My wife and myself are very satisfied with. Their complete service program from the time I get to the time we leave. They always explain what type of service that are doing and give a quote before starting so no surprises at the end. Their technicians are well qualified as I have never had an issue with faulty workmanship. I feel if I follow the recommendations of serving I have much less worries on the road and the car lasts longer. I plan to buy a new Honda next year from Windward.
