Went to browse for a buffet to put kitchen items in for a townhouse. Found a good bargins on a bedroom outfit in the sale section. But overall things are pricey.

We always use homemakers for our furniture shopping needs. The Daniels Amish brand is great quality and we love that we can customize pieces! Delivery is also super convenient and the drivers are always kind and considerate.

My sales person was very knowledgeable and I was well informed on the item that I needed, With everything that s going on the world today, it could be four weeks but it only took 11 to 12 days. Thank You HM

I went to Homemakers to purchase my very first couch and had a great experience! As a college student there were plenty of couches in my price range and the employees were so kind to help me find the perfect one. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Always someone nice & friendly to help. Went to pick up & they got my whole living room set in my truck for me & tied down :) Quick & fast! The furniture makes my living room look amazing!! Now we're just waiting for our bedroom set/ & entertainment stand to get here next month!!

The purchase itself was fine. We did have an issue with stock and availability. We went through 3 different chairs before finding chairs that were available. I believe they should have a sign stating out of stock. Once we selected a chair we waiting over an hour for our delivery at the site. They lost or forgot about us at some point.

We were on the fence whether or not to purchase some furniture we saw online, we decided it was invaluable being able to see the furniture in person. We were surprised by their current designs and great prices - way better than what we found online.

Every time I've been here the employees were friendly and helpful. I was also able to find quality furniture at a good price in the clearance section. Furthermore, when deluvering the items i was called when they had an earlier available time that opened up.

Big furniture selection and services are good. They even have free coffee and cookies. plus free wi-Fi

We had a wonderful experience with Homemakers. We had ordered the same furniture from another company in August. They told us it would arrive late October. After over 3 different delays, I called Homemakers and ordered the EXACT SAME furniture for less! It was delivered three days later. Your delivery service was quick and great too. Thanks! We are so happy to finally have furniture.

We shopped with our 3 year old and 8 month old, and we survived! Every sales person was helpful and kind about our little distraction-makers. No one pushed us to make any sale, though we did end up with a bed and couch. We plan on returning soon to find a chair and maybe some dining room furniture. They truly have it all! And the free cookies and lemonade were the perfect break for our family. You can spend a few minutes or a few hours here. There are sales people everywhere, but they wait for you to raise your hand. Prices are more than fair. And the delivery was great! I am looking forward to returning soon!

Our experience was good. We walked the show floor for an hourish with a few offers for assistance. We requested assistance to confirm what we wanted was in stock. The sales associate was very helpful. We went to look one other place and decided to order online. Easy, Quick and simple. No hassle. Ww received and email to secure details for pick-up. We were back on the road within an hour!!! Yay! Will do this again!

I went in looking for an inexpensive twin mattress and box spring for my daughter. A gentleman approached me and asked what I was looking for. He took a no nonsense approach and I was out the door 5 minutes later with exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to upsell me and even took me to a less expensive mattress than I was looking at when he approached.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! We found some great deals on furniture to fill out our new home. LOVE that you guys carry the Magnolia home collection! Will definitely be back.

The 2 gentleman where great they new right what we wanted. They were very nice.

My excperiance at homemakers was terrible the workers are rude and the mangers are also rude they delivered my furintuare without care there were scratches all over my furniture and when i called homemakers and told then what happened all they said was sorry about that they could barley help me out and when they would schedule my delivery for my furnitare they would cancel on me they canceled about 3-4 times it took them really long to deliver my furniture and when they did bring it they did not care about the furniture and its care and there were scratches and one of my night stands were all broken my dining table was dented and scratched too. This store is a store like I've never seen before its the worst store i ever seen in my entire life i certainly do not recommend this store at all.

Twice I went in just to look and twice I had to come back and pick up furniture. Friendly staff, helpful but not pushy. Most of them also seem to know what they are talking about.

Do not buy Gaurdsman furniture warranty from Homemakers they cover nothing and reject all claims. Check their BBB page. Homemakers says they cover everything at the point of sale its not true.

We like shopping at Homemakers because they are friendly and they do not pressure you.

I was in search of a chair after having a horrid experience with another local furniture store on a custom order glider. I didn't have much hope finding something that would match my style, but I was hoping to find a compromise I could live with. The salesman was VERY helpful, and just when we were about to give up, we walked past the gliders...and they had one just like I had ordered from the "other" company. But, the real test was whether I could find a fabric that would match my other furniture. They had lots of options to choose from, and I found exactly what I wanted. I will have to wait for the custom upholstery, but I have a promise of a chair within a reasonable time frame. (I waited for the "other" company 3 weeks before they said the fabric wasn't available, then another 4-1/2 weeks before they said the 2nd fabric wasn't available.) And the price was excellent! I won't hesitate to drive past that "other" store next time and go straight to Homemakers!

Very patient and helpful staff, ready to help in any way. I'm excited to have our new furniture delivered! Loved the long business hours also.

The pandemic has caused a lot of new situations, one being the need for work space. We were able to purchase a desk for my daughter and her online schooling and for myself for work. It was quick and easy and the selection was better than the 2 previous stores we had been to. With pick up or delivery as options we were happy to be able to get our purchases done and everyone settled in.

Frank Ledbetter is very helpful. We asked for Frank when we returned two weeks later, but was with other customer. Had to share sale with Bill. Bill thinks he's a "hot dog" salesman...not so much. We would never ask for Bill...ever!

We have been going to Homemakers for years. 3 years ago we met a man named David. He has been the person we have always worked with because he treats us like family. My daughter who is now 5 always says let's go see David. Very warm staff and it's great place to buy furniture.

I had a very good experience at Homemakers! I went in with my mother lookin at options for a computer desk for myself and for her. We both found desks that we liked at very reasonable prices, and I also found a beautiful bedroom set in the clearance section. I explained to the salesman that I would love to have it but I had just moved back from Chicago and I wouldn't have space for it until April when I get an apartment. He let me know that I could put it on the layaway program and not only have more time to pay for it, but it would be paid for and ready to pick up in April rather than right away through this program. I was very pleased that I could get the bedroom set at such a great price and not have to worry about where I would store it. The salesman was very friendly and helpful to both me and my mother. I will definetly be going back to homemakers for the rest of my apartment needs!

We just bought a couch and chair and couldn t be more pleased! The salesman, Chuck, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated that he showed us all the options without pressuring us to go over our budget.

My wife and I had bought furniture in 2014 from Homemakers and to say the least we weren't super pleased. We were up now for new beds for all three of our boys plus ourselves. Needless to say we went into homemakers on Black Friday with low expectations and not planning to finish our shopping there. I can't mention full names on here but her first name was Laurel and she completely changed our minds. We had no idea what we were after exactly and were trying to avoid pushy sales staff. She was extremely patient with us and did not oversell herself. She worked with us for just over 6 hours on Black Friday and we finally got all our choices figured out. We bought 4 beds, a bookshelf, 2 end tables and a new couch. The next day we went to measure and found out 3 of the 4 beds wouldn't fit like we thought. We went back on Saturday to change out what we had bought and we met Laurel again. She worked with us again for another 3 hours to finally narrow down what we wanted. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a sales person in any industry. I would go back to homemakers again if more people would be able to be like her.

For a wide range of items at varying price points, Homemakers offers a great service.

We recently purchased a chair for our living room and upon unpacking and placing in our house we did not like the way it looked. I emailed our sales rep and told him the situation and even though it was a floor model and stated "no returns" we were able to return for full refund and ended up getting something that we liked. Happy with the flexibility and willingness to work with us.

We are very happy with the purchase of our sofa table . Also, I was pleased with the help I received from Shirley Jensen in choosing a fabric for a special order storage cube. Love shopping at your store!!

I called and ordered 2 chairs on Saturday. Couldn't pick them up until Monday night. Paid with a credit card. Drove to pick up. Was loaded and on our way in less then 5 minutes. Thanks for great costumer service all the way around

We had a great experience when shopping at the Homemakers store. Our salesman Marc was amazing and was great to work with. We ordered some patio furniture but when we got home we decided that maybe office furniture was more important to purchase at the time. I called the store and the receptionist was VERY rude and not helpful at all. She ended up transferring me to the dept since the salesman we worked with was not there. Theven lady I was transfered to was also rude. She said I should just try to get ahold of Marc and she hung up on me. I have left 2 voice-mail for Marc and still haven't heard back. I think I'm going to just cancel my order and order my office furniture online. Sorry Marc...you won't get the commission on this one. Which is really too bad cause he was very helpful in store.
The store is amazing and I am sure we will continue to do business with them...however, they need work on their customer service!

Don't buy from Homemakers. They promise and dont dont deliver. The offer a fabric protection plan for several hundred dollars, which we unfortunately bought. We got is as an insurance program against stains or pet oders. The salesman told us if anything goes wrong they will come out and clean the stain at no cost. If they cannot get it out they will replace the furniture at no cost to us. Well, guess what we got a pet stain on the couch while we were gone and we had to call a seperate company that Homemakers contracts to do this who told us since there was more than one stain on the couch they cannot cover it. So we were completely misled. I stopped in Homemakers and they told us we needed to take it up with the contracted company. What a clean way to pass the buck, but sorry to say Homemakers you are the one looking bad being partnered with this company and then not willing to stand by what was sold. I wouldn't recommend Homemakers to anyone. When is comes down to making a claim they simply want nothing to do with it.

We've shopped with Homemakers several times, which have always been pleasant, knowledge & efficient. Will continue to shop for years to come.

We ordered in Feb and when delivered in May, it was the wrong size chair.
The folks in customer service and salesperson Andrew Harris we're very helpful and cordial in ordering the correct sized chair

Great customer service and great selection. I needed a quality sectional at a reasonable price, and I found a multitude of choices available in their vast showroom. Delivery was prompt, and the driver was exceptional. We will definitely return for our future furniture needs.

If you want to buy something there and have it delivered probably you should take vacation from work for entire week and just wait at home and don't move anywhere and wait for your order to magically appear. It was probably one of the worst experiences ever. They offer free delivery in the metro area however don't count on anybody knowing where your order is. I purchased a mattress that was supposed to be delivered next day and planed my day to be home in the time frame they told me it will be delivered. Than they called and changed it so eventhough it was hard I changed my plans as well to be home. At the end they didn't show up at all on that day. Called the store to find out what happened and all I was told by the lady on the phone is that she can't make delivery guys do anything. That's a great business and logistic system.

Great furniture and service...they were great working with us as we managed our two very young kids. To the point of teaming up to entertain the kids as we made final decisions.

Great selection and nice to have most options available in the attached warehouse make it easy to either go home that day with a furniture purchase or schedule a delivery.

I had to wait in the pick up area for a little under 1 hour after paying! I saw others who came after me get their items and had to solicit help. I was told that my order was given to another customer...they did nothing to make up for the poor experience!

The people who worked there were eager to help my fiance and I. When we were finally ready to make a purchase; our salesman asked us some questions and wanted to make sure we got everything we were looking for.

It would be a four star except that the commissioned salespeople nearly attack you with every step. One trip involved telling at least a dozen salespeople that I would find them if I needed help. Left without buying simply because it was too annoying to shop there

Every time I make a purchase at homemakers, everyone is always very helpful, courteous, and kind. There is such a variety to choose from and there is no pressure as a shopper in the store. Anytime I need new furniture or just want to change things up with some new decor, homemakers is where I go! Thank you!

Always buy kids furniture here. Love the quality for the price. Sometimes I have a hard time attracting sales persons attention especially if my kids are with which seems odd. Overall I continue to shop here.

Keith was an excellent sales person. He took his time, listened to our needs and showed me all possibilities for my wants and needs for bedroom furniture! When choosing a mattress he gave us multiple options so that we could find one in our budget. We never felt rushed and really enjoyed his honesty and sense of humor. You guys have a great one and you should be proud of how well he represented your organization!

As homemakers is a really big store and has some nice things, the service is something else to be desired. We found the dining room set we wanted. Opted for delivery, but assembly ourselves. One delivery guy came 2 days later could barely get the box out of truck then gets it to out driveway and leaves it. Then we see the pkging is damaged and check it out. The forklift or dolly tore the box and scratched the table. Gouged it. It's also not the exact set we ordered but a similar one. So we call and they say they can pick it up in 3 days and replace it in MAY. IT'S MARCH. Going elsewhere. Grrr. Would rather order from Amazon then go back there.

Excellent service from Anna. We found just what we needed. When we got home we put it together and it is great for the spot we chose. Super experience with loading in the pick-up area too.
