It's a big box store, how much can you expect. One thing you CAN expect, is a whole lot of lane closures with no employees in them. On a Saturday. The second week of spring.

This Home Depot has always been well run. Occasionally it's hard to find assistance, but the store is clean, and the staff is always friendly.

This afternoon I drove up to the curbside delivery to pick up an item I ordered this morning online. It only took a few minutes to have my item brought out to my car.

Thank you Bob. Mr. Bob at the Home Depot off Dallas Hwy is an outstanding employee. He spoke with my husband and I for nearly 25 mins answered lots of questions and was very patient with us. We were undecided on a zero turn or a riding lawn mover. He explained all the pros and cons. Overall super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Thank you Home Depot for having such an amazing employee.

There are more people during the day so if you have questions about what you need for a job best to come then. The first man I saw tonight knew nothing about what I needed so I went to customer service. They knew the answers and were very friendly but couldn't come to help me with product.

Plants are always half dead, like they need throwing away. Nobody ever Waters them. Employees walk around like you're not there. They will bump into you and run over you with a cart if you don't get out of their way.

Found everyone to be very helpful even during the busy holiday season.

Lots of staff to help. The store has a huge outdoor section.

I should have known better I should have just went on to Lowe's I was looking for the Transformer that would work with a ring video doorbell and they only carry one model Transformer that does not work with it wasted my time other than that well you learn just go somewhere where they have everything

Came in to buy some light fixtures, went through the checkout line and carol refused to help me, then proceeded to kick me in the head repeatedly. unbelievable. another cashier named kristy thankfully came to my rescue and stopped her, carol needs to be re-evaluated.

Good store but today could not find what I wanted, and no one to help. Fertilizer not on the aisle marked "Fertilizer."

One of the bigger home depots in the area, but but have been standing in the return line for twenty minutes while one person works and three other employees stand behind their registers doing nothing with vacant looks on their faces.

Good store, nice employees. They could use some skylights or lights because it's kind of dim compared to some other stores.

It you can't find it here. It's unavailable. I often feel overwhelmed with the choices, but that's where the helpful staff comes into play..careful not to ask a paint guy about chains though ...they're department specific! Finding the right faucet was easy afterwards.

A good Home Depot. A lot of parking, friendly staff and many products to choose from. I go on the first Saturday of every month for the kids DIY shop.

Quality of associates can vary at any Lowes or Home Depot, but generally speaking I find the quality/helpfulness of associates here is better than Lowes down the street.

My favorite place when I need something for my home and it's close to my home.

This Home Depot is better than most, employees are nice when you can find one.

I waited 30 minutes to get the pine straw I bought. I called the store twice and they kept saying they were going to page someone out. Eventually I just returned it and went to Lowe s.

they got what u need more than likely but gone r the days of getting any help if u should need it...guess it's time to go back to the small independent hardware stores if there's any left...:/

I needed a plumbing item for a small sink drain repair. The item I needed was out of stock. I did speak to one of the Home Depot associates that directed me to the area where the item I needed would have been located. So I'm rating a 5 for being able to talk with someone, and and a 1 for being out of stock. Average...3 stars.

Since they added the self checkout lines, I always get out of home depot quicker, they have everything I need and this store is on my way home.

Came in early one morning 815am to beat the crowd to buy several ceiling fans and several hundred dollars worth of various supplies. The ceiling fan area was not lit up so after 6 or so associates passed me without acknowledging me? I finally found someone and asked them about the turning on the lights they Shrugged their shoulders and said they don't come on till 9 and walked off?? It's kind of hard to shop in the dark?? WHAT IN THE WORLD? I left went .5 miles to Lowes... I'll soon post a picture of my receipt of $856 that I spent this morning at LOWES instead of Home Depot REMEMBER THE COMMERCIALS? THEY SAY MORE DOING?? I SAY MORE WASTED TIME!! CORPORATE HEEEEELP THIS LOCATION!!

Very clean store and helpful employees. Quite a few items missing on shelf or out of stock...

Most people are aware of price and selection of Home Depot.
When they came in over ten years ago they drove most hardware stores out of business.
Since then the prices have gone up there service has gone down but I'm still glad they're around. They seem to be separated by about 9 miles apart around here. Each one a little different in layout. Sometimes it's hard to find a cart for Lumber.

the man in the dryer department didn't even know what to give me to hook up my dryer vent so angry i spend so much time for nothing wow

The store was VERY unkept.
The parking lot was littered.
The people at the entrance was more interested in the music that was playing loudly.
I will never ever enter that store again.
Store #0156 rocks.

Very nice place to shop! The associates are always nice and helpful. Was there earlier to pick up bags of garden soil and two associates Patrick and Cody helped me to load up in my car. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to shop for home needs! Also it is hard to beat their prices, I was able to buy everything I needed for my Eagle Project from here for only about $130. I always love coming here and hope that this location will be in business for many years to come!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed assistance in the door section and I asked a lady walking by for some help. She kept walking and made no eye contact while saying yea. I was confused on why she did that but I decided to wait for about 10 minutes and still no one showed up. I decided to leave and saw the lady and that s when she realized she forgot and asked if I still needed help. I was so irritated that i just left. Home Depot used to have such good customer service where the associates would go above and beyond by sharing their knowledge with the questions customers had. They use to hire people who really knew their stuff. Now it s just filled with disrespectful ill mannered individuals who can t even have the decency to make eye contact and listen to a customer before walking away. This Home Depot has definitely lost me as a customer. Unfortunately, majority of the Home Depot stores have turned out like this where the requirement for getting hired is to walk around the store with no experience of helping others and direct all questions to the one person in the store that is overloaded with customers since no one else knows how to help.

This having to wear a mask is not right I'm very claustrophobic and having to wear that is even harder so I stop shopping. I want in couldn't find what I wanted and left.

Gilbert is one of the most helpful and nice guys I ve ever worked with at any Home Depot. So accommodating, knowledgeable and overall pleasant to work with!! This is our go-to Home Depot because of him!

This isn't one of the best. This home Depots employees were too busy. They seemed to be rushing. That can often reflect to the customer. Giving us axienty. Which makes us feel rushed. When I feel rushed I tend to not linger in the store. The over all feeling in this particular home Depot wasn't my favorite. And I visit home Depot at least 4 times a week. This was my first time in this particular store.

Out of everything that the app said was in stock. Nice staff though.

Absolutely horrible Management! I totally agree with most people here, that the employees lie, the managers are deceptive. We came looking for a door and found one on clearance. The door was severely damaged but nothing we couldn't handle. It was so old it had fallen out of their system. One employee told us we could get a discount for the damage. We returned and "Ron" informed us NO WAY. He even went to the Management to ensure we would not get any discount. WTH!? Seriously? Manager wouldn't even look at us, let alone speak to us.
Both the Management and employees did everything they could to avoid speaking directly with us. Spoke very rudely to us as well.
Dave the trouble and go to Lowe's. We did and got a brand new site for less!

Decent store, but the plants I purchased ended up having bugs and died quickly and the store no longer price matches and often doesnt have what I need, making it easier to just shop online/elsewhere. They also have this really annoying high pitch noise in the gardening area to keep birds out, but it keeps humans away too as it pierces through your eardrum if you still have good hearing. I literally had an employee go get the stuff I needed so I wouldn't damage my hearing. Won't be back to this location again.

Typically good, but hard for slow moving disabled to catch up to quick paced employees when you need help! Otherwise 5 stars.

At Home Depot the associates always wanna help. I never have to look to hard to find someone wearing an orange apron that can help me out.

Absolute WORSE experience ever. I usually go to Lowe s but I saw a lower price online here. Without saying it they accused my friend of stealing a water heater (not sure how that s even possible) smh. When the entire time their incompetent staff had misplaced my returned. Then they gave me the run around about my refund. I wish I didn t have to give any stars because they re unworthy of it. Horrible customer service. Not to mention I had To take a picture of the SKU to pay for my item because everyone was too busy to come and assist me.

Ok no help but don't expect it at The Home Depot any more those days are over

Home Depot sold my brother a refrigerator that they said was in stock and would be delivered that Thursday. It has now been two weeks and everyday Home Depot claims its not their problem its a manufacturer and delivery company problem, meanwhile my brother and his family have seen all their food go bad after it has sat around in coolers for 2 weeks. Never believe anything an employee from home depot says, it's a lie and they will never help their customers when they have such a problem

This location allowed itself to run out of 70# bags of all purpose sand. That's like Publix running out of eggs or milk. All the store manager, Steven, could tell me was that he'd have to look inito it. I've been doing business here for years, but this place is starting to look more and more like Lowe's

Home depot is always a good store to shop at. Every home depot has friendly knowledgeable helpful staff who will assist you in any way possible. If there is ever anything you need for a home project or for a contractor job i highly recomend a home depot store for all your needs.

I m here often. I know the store well, and it s a good thing, because getting anyone to help you is nearly impossible.
