The worst customer service I have ever experienced...
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed assistance in the door section and I asked a lady walking by for some help. She kept walking and made no eye contact while saying yea. I was confused on why she did that but I decided to wait for about 10 minutes and still no one showed up. I decided to leave and saw the lady and that s when she realized she forgot and asked if I still needed help. I was so irritated that i just left. Home Depot used to have such good customer service where the associates would go above and beyond by sharing their knowledge with the questions customers had. They use to hire people who really knew their stuff. Now it s just filled with disrespectful ill mannered individuals who can t even have the decency to make eye contact and listen to a customer before walking away. This Home Depot has definitely lost me as a customer. Unfortunately, majority of the Home Depot stores have turned out like this where the requirement for getting hired is to walk around the store with no experience of helping others and direct all questions to the one person in the store that is overloaded with customers since no one else knows how to help.
