This company was nothing but a hassle for my mother, the unit at 2302 maki unit 88 was nothing but a total, mess!!! The cabinets in the unit are old and coming apart from never being replaced, the dishwasher never work, i called for repair multiple times, the refrigerator was replaced 3 times, due to either not working or leaking also behind the walls of the refrigerator it s mold called on this , the garbage despoil is old and rusted from never being changed called on that too the owner never wants to fix anything everything he replaces is old and used and it takes forever for someone to come out the washer and dryer takes forever to dry called on this as well . The property manager keyanna Jacobs is very unprofessional, i recently moved out the apartment after speaking with her prior to the move out and sending pictures i was looking at a return of a deposit, after them not completing my information in a timely manner which was 30 days. I received a letter stating i wouldn t be getting my money back for This and that !!! The apartment was cleaned very well and nothing was left behind.. I wouldn t recommend anyone to move in this unit 2303 maki rd unit 88...

Also i had repairs done in the restroom done by one of their 3 party companies who didn t complete the job and they are charging me for it...if only i could upload pictures of the apartment after moving out.. this owner is seeking some of his monies back after having to purchase a full brand new A.C. Unit!! He wanted to have them come out and try and patch up
The unit but the owner of the company adivse him a new unit was needed i went 10 days without a A.C this owner is sorry and never wants to replace only collect..

PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS UNIT DONT LEASE IT, UT COMES WITH NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS

I made two appointments to see a property and And each time nobody was there to show the property and I was unable to get in. I left Keyanna Jacobs Several phone messages emails and text messages. She has never once picked up the phone. I would never deal with this company as they totally lack professionalism. I wasted my time twice trying to see a property. I would suggest as a renter or landlord find some other company to deal with.

Really really terrible management for HOA s. Not only is the manager excessively misogynistic, he lets the community fall apart. Kevin needs to have his position and attitude reviewed by his superiors. They have no clue on the legalities of the running of an HOA and balk at anyone trying to point out why his Way of doing things is not always legal. Save the money on upcoming legal fees resulting from mismanagement and possible suits from female owners who are not allowed to speak at the meetings without being rudely cut off and told to stop talking.

I would like to voice my appreciation on how fantastic our community manager Tiffany Davis has been. For the last 3 years since my wife and I purchased our new home, we have had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Davis on several different issues over the years and never once have had any issues. Thank you for all you do for us!!

Since Ann Barrasco has taken over as our property manager my rating for HomeRIver has definitely gone up! We now have regularly scheduled maintenance and inspections to make sure things are running smoothly. Issues have been fixed quickly, communication is always open and responses are quick! We are raising 3 kids in the home we rent from HomeRiver and they have such an understanding of our schedules and their willingness to work around our busy lives is great.

I am grateful and pleased to have River Home Group as a hoa for my dream home for me and my family this is me and my family's first home when I tell you I was skeptical of HOA of course hearing many negative things but I have to say in my encounter i had a 1 problem of miscommunication through are hoa they took the blame and made a right I have to say it was the prompt and Professional of a worker Kevin Perkins when I say he went the extra mile he went the extra mile to make sure me and my family knows that River group is here for us not only did he fix the problem he gave me his personal number it was during the time of his vacation he called me back right away and said no worries I will fix the problem any problem you have please I insist call me this is my personal number that they're alone tells me that I have a outstanding commitment from a employee so I just want to extend my gratitude to a outstanding employee for my family but for the community I want to thank you this is not only my home I know now with the type of hoa we have I feel more more secure for my property and also knowing I have a employee that goes the extra mile I hope that someone in this company recognizes this employer thank you again Kevin and I look forward for any help that I may need in the future I know you got my back

I have used HomeRiver for my property management needs. I have worked with Karrie and she is excellent in what she does. They take care of any issues with my home in a timely manner. Glad I was able to procure their services for my property.

Very quick on any maintenance issues. Always good communication .

I just want to express how happy we are as owners in Richmond Place with Homerivergroup. Such a wonderful management company and the best management company Richmond Place has ever had!!!! I want to say that Ms. Tiffany Davis is a great asset to our community. She has been a tremendous help to me. She is a very pleasant and knowledgeable manager to come to for assistance. Tiffany is always happy and smiling which is great. This homeowner is happy to have her managing my community.

I have found dealing with your office to be a good experience as a first time home buyer, My wife and I delt with Mr Marcus when we visited your office and he was extremely friendly and helpful to us. It's a good feeling to be treated so nice when you're delving into uncharted territory for the first time as we were.
We're a little sad because our shed project was not approved because of height restrictions but We're still happy to know that there's always someone there to help us. Thank you, God bless.

I have worked with Selina a fair amount since moving into our new home last May and she has been incredibly helpful with HOA approval as well as payment. She is very responsive and quick to resolve my issues.

Brad and Tiffany do a great job in managing the day to day activities of our POA. They helped to quickly clean up a number of legal and financial issues that had been in limbo with our previous management company.
Where they have been invaluable is with their advice and guidance on the occasional odd ball issues that always seem to come out of left field. I would highly recommend them.

Richard Schrutt is our property manager for Hillhurst Crossing, and he does a fantastic job in maintaining the property, making sure the rules for renters and tenants are followed, and listening to our concerns. He is certainly the best property manager that we ve ever had!

This HOA Management Company is amazing. The staff are friendly and the response time is immediate. They always have the community's best interest at hand and ensure the community maintains the standards for property value. The President is fantastic!

Marcus has been taking care of my rental property for five years. He has always demonstrated professionalism. Most importantly, during tough times, he put in so much extra effort and handled the situations exceptionally well. I have been impressed by the excellent job Marcus has done.

Karrie is a fantastic property manager! She is always very responsive and eager to assist with any questions or problems I may have. The complex where I live had a major plumbing issue (HOA's responsibility) and I sent an email to Karrie late in the evening asking for assistance and she responded immediately and said she had already spoken with the maintenance crew on site about the issue. She delivers top notch service and is always a pleasure to work with! Thanks, Karrie!
