TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, COMPANY, I ASSURE YOU, THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHEN THE CAR I RENTED BROKE DOWN ON ME SEVERAL TIMES, THEIR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COMPANY (ARI) NEVER SHOWED UP TO FIX THE VEHICLE, LEAVING ME STRANDED FOR HOURS, THEY LIE AND TELL YOU AN E-Z PAS TRANSPONDER IS INCLUDED WITH "SUBSCRIPTION" BUT THEY'LL ATTEMPT TO CHARGE YOU FOR TOLLS. THE E-Z PASS TRANSPONDER HAD NEVER WORKED AND THEY HAD ME GOING THROUGH TOLL BOOTH'S ILLEGALLY AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR TOLLS. THE MORE YOU USE THEIR SERVICE, THE LESS THEY RESPECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND THE MORE THEY ATTEMPT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. THEY SHUT THE VEHICLE DOWN ON ME AFTER I BEGAN COMPLAINING, AGAIN, LEAVING ME STRANDED FOR HOURS. THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN AGREEMENT OR TERMS OF CONTRACT. PLEASE, BEFORE YOU CONSIDER USING THEIR SERVICE. GOOGLE "COMPLAINTS AND CIVIL ACTIONS" AND SEE WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT. ALSO, JUST DISCOVERED THEY ARE DISCRIMINATORY DUE TO THE WAY THEY TREAT BLACK CUSTOMERS DIFFERENT FROM WHITES !!!
