Friendly staff, but the store is really musty. I think it s because it s so old. Otherwise, you can find decent deals on suits.

Been here several times. John is great, he knows when to help and when to step back. Repeat customer!

Not good not good. This is my 6th I'm going in there. It seems like they don't like black people or something. I don't know what the problem is. They lay your money on the counter. They act like they are offended that you actually walked in there. I have never seen such a nasty customer service in my lifetime. The only one in there who's nice. Is the black gentleman. And I'm definitely not a racist. My wife is Jewish.

You can get better suits cheaper and the salesmen seem skeezy.

The only but, is that they close before what appears on the map

The staff are very attentive and help you find the right look that is in your budget!

Needed a suit for a cousin's wedding and the selection was astonishing. So many to choose from. Highly recommend.

Just went in and spent $1200 on 7 full suits with belts socks oh and I bought a couple shoes
So you can imagine how long I stood in one spot making sure all my suits fit and looked good also John the manager I didn t even know he was a manger by the way until the end... he helped me out a lot answered all my questions and trust me I had a lot I had him running around trying to find my shoe sizes for several shoes and my size 13 isn t easy to find I might add but he found some amazing shoes and I took them all
From the moment I walked in I didn t feel pressured at all

This review is about the disgusting behavior of 2 employees standing in the doorway of the store, staring eyes locked, heads turning at women as we walked by the shop. I told them I would be leaving a review and here it is.

Affordable prices. Friendly staff. Willing to go the extra mile to get a really good fit.

Great shop. My favorite cousin Anthony (Tony) swares by them. He has gotten some really great deals from them that included the suit (jacket and pants), 2 shirts and socks for as little as $199.00. They only received 4 stars because a was interested in purchasing a pair of, what I'm calling, "unisex" shoes and one of the foot of shoes was crushed up. That was the only pair they had in my size. Big disappointment. I really liked those shoes...

Great price, great service, unopened shirts (wrong size) exchanged with no problem.

I visited here cuz I heard of the large selection of suits and great prices.
For a start this is on Hollywood
Blvd, parking lot entrance is thru a narrow alleyway in middle of the block.
Inside of store is large with suits hanging from ceiling to the floor. Suits are priced from 60 and up upto a 1500. All the suits are color tagged to identify prices. If u buy 3 suits in one purchase , they give u a free tie,belt, shirt and shoes.
I visited twice in the past 3 month to buy a suit for myself and then for my brother.
Customer service isn't good. Sales rep and the manager aren't friendly.
Plus side to this place is the prices and selection. Then when u walk in just help yourself. They have a tailor behind the store.

I am a veteran that was down here for school and was given a gift card for a suit. This was a big deal because I have only had one suit in my life and this was a fresh start to me. I came in and took a little bit to get help. A man asked if I needed help and I said I did. After he found out I had a gift card it was like the customer service went right down the toilet. I felt very degraded after sitting there for over 45 minutes trying to get help after he had walked off the 1st time period the quality of the suit was very good I feel, but in the customer service was krapp and instead of painly $10 to get my pants hemmed up in the shop behind the suit place, I ended up spending a ton of money for the tailoring that almost added up to the price of the suit. I just don't understand why if a place like this doesn't have a tailor shop like every other reputable suit company, why wouldn't you work a deal with the person renting from you, and tell him that your customers should have a decent price to get stuff tailored instead of taking advantage of your customers? I am just very disgusted in the whole process of this .

Great selection. Excellent customer service. Found suits for both my husband & son. Can't beat the prices!

When purchasing for myself, I've received great personal, insightful service. I truly appreciate that, whenever I've walked in the store, there was someone ready to help me with whatever I needed (suits, shoes, etc.). I've taken my friends and out-of-town relatives on several occasions for this very reason and they were very satisfied also. Recently, my church's Men's Dept. needed to be outfitted for our annual Men's Day services and we received service that was 'above and beyond', simply because we needed approx. 15-20 suits of the same style and color with matching accessories and they have done WHATEVER was necessary to get that done! We are truly appreciative of this! Thank you, Simon and DeFrantz!!!...It's the place to go for the 'BEST' deals!

As of today, 7/31/2018, a double charge for a suit purchase made on 7/28/2018 was not removed.

At the time of purchase, I was told that the first card I used was declined. I used a second card and the purchase went through. When I checked my account to see if the card had an issue it did not and the charge was pending on both accounts.

In good faith, I waited for the pending charge to clear. It did not. Instead it was credited to my account.

I called the store at 4:39 on the 31st to request the charge be removed and was told that Shannon would be able to do it and that he was unavailable and to call back in 30 minutes.

I called again at 5:37 and again told Shanon would be available in 30 minutes. I left my name and number and asked that he call me.

At 6:30 I called a final time and was told that Shannon was next door. And received the message.

By this time I felt as if I was being lied to and told them as much and I was told no, you listen to me!

I hung up on John and wrote this review of my experience.

I ve shopped at this store a handful of times in the past and have had a positive experience each time.

I thought it was an honest mistake but their response, but their response was distasteful.

**Update: the money was returned but the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.**

I got a new tux, suit and a suit for my son in about an hour. They have clearly listed on each suit the quality level and cost of the suits so you can compare if it's worth paying a bit more. The staff is knowledge able and helped us to get exactly what we wanted. Definitely worth a visit.

The people helped tremendously with purchase the suit I needed. The measured to the exactly how I would fit in a suit. Allowed me to take time to get the accessories. A customer would appreciate the business that they offer too.

The floor men are somewhat stereotypical sleazy salesmen, but the suit selection is great, prices unbeatable, and their eye for fit impeccable.

Best suit buying experience I've ever had! John was great! No crowding or pushy sales tactics. I highly recommend that you go and see John in Hollywood. I walked away with 3 suits, 3 dress shirts, 3 ties, 3 belts and 3 pairs of sock for $299.00 AND had them custom tailored the same day! NO BRAINER!

I spent a lot of money there but I was yelled at and treated very badly on my return visit.

Been buying suits from them since the early 1990's and they have NEVER let me down.

Their recommended tailor is located behind the store and he is fast and reasoonably priced and measures perfectly (Much better than the tailors in the downtown LA garment district)

I get LOTS of compliments on my suits

Though the shirts that are part of their package deals are "okay" , spend the extra money and get the 100% pure cotton Cosani shirts

Very nice selection for affordable prices; just focus on what you're looking for and not get distracted by the used-car-salesman-like staff.

The salesperson was too pushy, they literally beg you to make a purchase.

Incredible store. I was greeted as soon as I came in the store. Then I was assisted, measured, and fitted for a suit. The prices are grits in the customer service is amazing. I was even able to get my suit tailored immediately after purchasing.

Car was broken into while parked literally in front of here. God it was a terrible time because nobody cared at all here.

The selection of the affordable suits has gotten smaller and smaller each year and the quality of the people working in the stores has diminished as well. Where once you would walk in and have help from sizing to selection to picking accessories, now you walk in and basically go find what you need. Its really to bad.

Really bad experience walked in with my son looking from A nice suit no one even said welcome hi or need help everyone was focus on Middle East customer really racist. By the way one employee screamed at another employee in front of everyone really disrespectful never going there again. Not recommended.

If you are the type that enjoys shopping for a suit while the sales person is just like a used car salesman that you can't understand... this is the place for you. Personally I don t like pushy salesmen. To top it off its never a good sign to see posted NO RETURNS. I prefer a place that will stand behind there product. Suits have class I wish this place did too and not just a lot of suits.

Loved it when walked in they treated you great but when asking questions about the Hollywood specials they promote ther treatment changed and left you alone.

Great bang for your buck, had a wonderful experience here. There is also a very talented tailor in the back who will fit your suit to you like a glove.

Good selection, good price, full service. Parking is a hassle, and if you aren't paying attention you'll drive past.

I have been coming here for more than 10 years because I like their selection and prices. I also like the fact that the store employees show you were your size is and they leave you alone to choose calmly without any pressure.

One of the worst scams praying on the tourist trade in Hollywood. Even more so is that locals are ripped of by these sellers of cheap outdated boulevard garments at such a premium pricetag. In the 70's Stacey Adams brand was low class.

The "used car sellsmen" not only do not listen to your choices, but try to get you to buy things you told them you did not want, and lie to you that it is a 100% wool suit when it says otherwise.

The coup de grace is the parking. Their "FREE PARKING" is not free. If you do not buy you are charged $20. And if you do not walk straight to your car after leaving their store, even to get a cold drink, you are also charged a parking fee.

Both my friends and myself have been coming to this store since 199 for suits and ties and and cuff links slacks and everything in between. everything is reasonable priced with a wide variety of selection and attentive sale people. they have tailor to adjust your items to fight you properly. and if you join their mailing list they will notify you of discounts and sales or send you coupons.

Been there last month. It's quite good for shopping. They have great facilities, food court and good choice of brands.

This is a fantastic place to get wonderful suits without breaking the bank. Quality for less. Salesman Oscar is awesome!
