If your looking for a comfortable work environment this is the place. I start working at PRC three months ago and have yet to meet a single unfriendly person in the building. Never have I been happy to go to work. I love the people and the environment.

Before you waste your time with PRC, ask them why do many people who "Work" there are not actually working.
Then ask them why they fight the unemployment claims when they send you home for weeks on end.

Impressed at first with the flexibility, as time went by it became obvious that the benefits where not that great and very expensive in comparison.

Even so the place had some perks, they been cut more and more, so looking back, I would not work here again.

If you believe in helping improve the quality of healthcare, then this is the place to work. Good benefits and an okay work environment. Great for the ill and the elderly.

Went to visit old work friends. Most were Not hapoy campers.

No bonus change rules all the time some IA are not professional and some are rude.

They don't care about your healthcare. They work for the corporate heads, and do surveys to rate doctors and nurses, so the heads can show it to their employees when pay issues come up. They keep bothering us. It's not cool and apparently Nebraska isn't America, because I'm free to not be bothered.

I have received countless missed calls from this survey-conducting company regarding the doctors and nurses at the hospital where my mom goes to. They never leave messages and when I do pick up the phone (at least 5 times), I specifically asked for a Vietnamese speaker to call back next time because my mom doesn't speak English. AND EVERY SINGLE TIME, they would say they will put my request in the system yet still call me back THE VERY NEXT DAY without a Vietnamese speaker. Stop harassing me!!

We would love to take the survey about the doctors and nurses but the hospital should go with a different vendor! I will definitely voice my concern with the hospital staff.

A nice place to work. Understanding and patient with training. Helpful. Can switch hours and days. Flexible when needed. Can save up for days off for sick days or vacation. Alot of good people and friendships to be made.

Used PRC for many years at multiple employers. Always delivered high response rates with difficult to reach groups like physicians at a reasonable cost. Very easy to work with to get at issues of greatest interest and their industry benchmarks were invaluable.

Worked for this place and was not very professional. I worked here just a little over three year. At first I really enjoyed here and made some great friends. They had "OK" benefits at first. Their medical insurance is horrible. At that time they only put in roughly 2% into your 401k plan if you put in 4%. Sorry but I have seen way better plans than that. Just last year they had a meeting about the company. I watched on my lunch and found out the company was not doing good at all. They cut out all the 401k plans and did not put their 2% in anymore. All of a sudden people started leaving left and right. I talked to someone who left and they said it was because PRC refused to give out bonuses to certain employees. Also in that meeting the CEO said no one is getting a raise and even cut his and some of the other higher up people pays. Well come to find out that is a complete lie. Interviews did get a raise. So why would you lie to your own employees and not tell them the truth? That is when I started looking for other options. I talked to a supervisor about this issue and later talked to HR about it. three months went by and nothing changed or no follow up. I started looking else where for employment. When I found a new job I gave my two weeks notice to my supervisor. The follow Monday I walk into work and I have people pull me off to the side and say that they are going to send me on my way. What kind of a company just sends people on their way after they give them a two weeks notice. That is complete B.S. I later found out that they fired a lady who worked there for over 20 years and was coming up to retire. They only gave her 4 days of pay. At the same time they fired someone else who was only there three years or less and paid him three full months of pay. This very unprofessional and very wrong of any company who does this to employees.

I would never work for a place like this and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a job here to really read the reviews and avoid this place.

I've worked at prc about 8 years. I've always been treated fairly. I can't imagine a better place to work. Supervisors always there to help in a kind friendly way. They are very supportive. Flexible hours. Co-workers friendly. Nothing bad to say.

Very rude, unsolicited calls, demands information, refuses to tell you who they are and/or what the reason for the call is.

I have worked here part time for over seven years. PRC is the number one place to work either full time or part time. Great pay and benefits. Great people to work with.

This is a great place to work. Informal environment, yet committed to client service. In their industry PRC is the best!

I've never worked at a place where the management are so passionate about what they do. This place is great. The scheduling is flexible if you're part-time and there's a lot of growing you can do in the company!
