They are eager to serve you to make a quick sale. I had a suit purchased for me. The pants were labeled to be a size 34 and were measured by a seamstress at 30. I tried to exchange the pants, but they would not swap the pair for one that was accurately cut and labeled. I was told to drive out there because they "always" have each suit in every size and could get my order right. After making the hour plus drive in traffic, I was told they didn't have my exact suit. They had to re-order a completely new suit from their "warehouse" which was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday. I was told to call before coming, and of course it hadn't arrived. It has been a few days and they still make promises that it will come but really have no idea when it will arrive.

Being out if the service after 6 years and going back into the civilian work force i knew i needed a suit. I had no where tk go and came accross this wonderful place and bard help me out great. I was beyond impressed and satisfied. :)

Whenever you're in need of a new suit, this place is a must see. They have hundreds of suits at great prices. The management always friendly and they have lots of accessories and if you're wondering about trying to find a perfect Tye for the suit you already have, take it with you and the staff will be happy to assist you in locating the perfect match. You won't regret it!

This is my "Go To" place for men's clothing. The staff are amazing. The selection is unbeatable, price is perfect. I've been coming here for years...

Got some suits for my academy , quick service , friendly , got 3 suits in less than 30 minutes

If I could give one star I would. We spent over an hour there and nobody helped us. One guy was talking to us but we couldn t even hear him. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Try going to Italia suits, the place is one minute away and we immediately found a suit and the salesman was super helpful.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and they were having sales all over the store.

Eventually found what I was looking for, but they only had a very few choices for my size (i'm very thing) and the jackets looked way too big on me. I am pleased with the overall quality of the suits though.

The price is quite affordable ... the cheap one is $ 66 for a suit.

I went to this place looking for a good suit. They have many many options which is great if something does not fit you then they look for another size. The suits are great quality and feel great. The only thing I did not like was the person who was helping us I felt like he was rude in the way that he didn't look happy helping us out.

Great place to get a great suit and an outstanding price

I had a very bad experience with this place. The workers seemed to be very rude and just wanted to be done with you soon as possible. I told the employee what I was looking for but he just kept trying to up sale me for more expensive items. Finally when I told him not interested his whole demeanor changed and just walked away.

I love shopping here the quality, prices and customer service are top notch.

Too sales oriented! They helped me find stuff for my wedding, only discount they would give me was 5 bucks off each item if i bought more than 5. Luckily i did. They pressure you into leaving a yelp review for a free tie.

Nice cheap suits and tuxes and you get what you pay for. The service, however, is not that good. They don't really care, just buy something or move on. They're not gonna give special treatment or luxury service (not that its required, but at least try). You can't try on the shirts, they make you buy it first so you could at least know what you look like or if it fits. There's no refunds so if that shirt doesn't suit your liking... well, you're stuck with it. But hey if you don't care about service, definitely just go in for the cheap stuff. But if you care about the service, well... after leaving that place, I found a place that beats these guys in all kinds of ways... and I didn't have to walk very far either...

Excellent store and excellent prices. You get great stuff for the price. I got 4 dress shirts for $50 which is the price of one dress shirt at other stores. I also got a silk tie for $10 which is so cheap. I love this place and always by my dress clothes here

The best. Calvin suit with 2 shirts belt shoes tie under 350.00 , forget about it.
Great customer service not pushy at all. Anyone who posts a negative review and says they dont have good customer service has no idea what they're talking about.

Within six months, two of my suits pockets wore through. Inexpensive but not the best quality.

IF you know what to look for, this place is THE hidden treasure house of LA. The company manufactures many of the suits you find at department stores, but you can purchase direct here!! Best prices in town, others places in town charge similar "discount" prices but sell you pure trash. Service is awesome! The store upkeep staff seem to know more than sales people sometimes as they've been around longer, ask for Oscar. Simon the manager is the coolest dude around! I will be shopping for my work needs here for a long time!!

Thousands of suits but none in my size in the colors I wanted.

I felt like I had a great experience here until I came back. I don't know a lot about suits so heavily relied on their expertise. Took my purchase to the tailor. One of the jackets would need close to $150 in alterations so I was advised to return it. I came to return the jacket and they refused because it was a sale item; not even store credit. I showed them where I was ill advised and was told I was never advised. They did admit that it was the wrong fit but still no returns. In my opinion, if a customer spends close to $900 in your store, but you refuse to even give store credit on a $40 jacket, then you're not customer focused. If you know how to shop for suits then this place is great for the price.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Within 2 minutes I was being measured for a shirt and 5 minutes later I was on my way home with exactly what I went for. Great service and even better prices. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Know if the store has handling and shipping when you buy some suits thanks I have been several times but I have never asked

Very good customer service , nice place to buy a affordable suit.

The only reason as to why I disliked this place is because they recommended that I go to the tailor that's behind the store. The tailor was rude and called me an idiot in Armenian. I guess he figured I didn't understand Armenian. He also charged $30 plus tax yet he didn't give me a receipt. Definitely reporting this to the IRS.

The guys here are helpful and they don't try to push expensive suits at you. They find a suit that fits and is in style, and it's relatively inexpensive yet good quality clothes

The place has amaxing variety but could do with more sales persons

Great selection but only one salesman in entire large store. And nobody told you about the tailoring of suit. I though it was in the store but after I paid for the suite I had to go around back and was told it would take a week to ten days and also they only took cash. Neither the salesman or the owner who I paid for the suite told me anything about this. It was a miracle that I just happened to have cash on me that day if not I would have had to find a ATM and pay outrageous fees to get cash in Hollywood.
