Hollywood Casino Toledo Review

Need to update slots and machines restaurants are very nice to though

Bad food, poor service. Three of us didn't eat our dinner because the taste was just bad. The servers were hard to find, didn't bring half the things we asked for and took forever. Not even all the tables were filled. We ended up not even gambling because the experience was just bad.

Its really cool and when i went it was my first time going to a casino and the staff there was really helpful in helping me learn what to do . So if you are in the Toledo area i Definitely recommend going to the casino and having a good More

80 bucks 10 mins nothing , trying to make back lost money from closure, lol

So disappointed you don't have big rig parking.. wasted my time going there because no one answered the phone. It's one if the first Hollywood casinos that I stopped at that didn't have truck parking. You really should update your amenities page to include if big rig parking is available or not. Guess I'll go spend my money somewhere else.

**I got a response to my review with a number but it doesn't change the fact that no one answered the phone the number options continue to say it doesn't recognize the option. And the only experience I had was driving ariarothe back to the exit. So yeah will never go there when I can't even get someone to answer the phone.

It's a fun exciting place. But it took way to long to get a drink. The bars had lines and lines. I tried to get on machines and one person would be playing on two slots.

Entertainment but they're tight with the slot machines

Slots are tight. I love to go every now and then, but shoot all it does is take all my money. Which I don't have alot of.

Smaller casino, limited dining options (up scale, over priced or buffet), pain in the ass to get a drink most nights, very limited seating

Not enough of anything. Came a few years back and was not impressed. Gave it another shot and its worse. No drinks or service, 20 deep line at the bar. Everything was filthy dirty. Severely understaffed everywhere. Without a doubt multiple health code violations. I will drive to SE or FK from now on.

Worst slots ever. Just play table games or poker. Save your money.

The casino was so nice the buffet was a two hour wait crazy the slots was not to bad will be back from Indianapolis

If you ask me this is where the losers go. But then again why wouldn't it be, this is Ohio! I'm a MICHIGANDER and we all know what it's like to be winners. Thank God our casino's are not even close to this tight..... Wow sry u Ohio folk

Fun place to hang with friends but take only what you are willing to lose.

the internet cafe i normally go to was closed early so i came here to unwind and throw$20 out for some fun, I've never seen such tight slots in my life, and when i did hit it was almost always less of a win then my bet, every when i got a bonus it payed out less then i bet, giving to starts because it might have just been really bad luck but I'm not waisting my time or money trying to find out.

Great times are had here. This casino has an ample amount of table games, video games, and slots. Several restaurants within the casino serve great food. I really liked the video roulette table. Parking is easy and convenient.

Very friendly staff. Table worker helped me play Black Jack.

After 11 p.m. the machines start to act up. When you report it.. The rebutals are a wooper and the attendees talk to you like YOU can't add or they just don't want to fix the mistake of machine, you repeat your self amd when you get upset cause they are calling you a liar when it is right in their face the facts they start to make it personal like you are saying they fixed the machine... Till finally you don't get your money and you leave with a bad experience and upset

Ate at the Scene restaurant. Best clam chowder I've ever had. One person in our group even won at the slots. Casino was very nice.

So tight, hard to win. It seems like every time I find a machine that I like to play, it is gone the next time I go. Not as happy with this casino as I am with casinos in Detroit.

Wow!! The Eagles Tribute Band put on a hell of a show.

Really about 4 1/2 stars. Atmosphere is great and very entertaining. What I don't like is the extraordinary long wait to get a drink from one of the bars. The non serving staff could also be a bit more approachable as most of them could care less to speak to or help someone.

Had social distances in place. Too bad I didn't come out a winner this time

The decor is sweet , drinks are fabulous but there is like NO payout on the machines. Lost alot if money fast

Due to the circumstances I must say, they were constantly wiping down something which says alot thus making my experience a gd one. Hopefully next time I win some $$ lol.

Besides the usual gambling games, they have live music. It's spacious & clean environment. It's fancy restaurants are pricey.

This casino just keeps going down hill. Staff acts like they hate their lives (assuming most probably do considering this is where they work). Poker room is awful. Poker dealers even worse. One of the most unprofessional casinos I've ever been in.

Another night of not winning a thing. Quit wasting my time and just put a donation box at the entrance so i can just give you money without any hopes of ever winning anything

The leadership at this casino is very attentive and the dealers range from seasoned to new but all do a great job. Hollywood Toledo has plenty of good tables.

Only walked through, no gambling. Ate at a sandwich shop. Great hot sub and watch people. The response I rvcd back from Hollywood doesn't like my response. Hard to score if I didn't gamble, food was good. I'll give the sad man a star higher.

Hollywood Casino place to get away and have fun very good food

Watched the fireworks from the roof. Your fireworks display was awesome. Wonderful to see families with children. A memorable experience. I even posted fireworks on Facebook for my friends all over the country.

Awesome night. Magic bus concert was great. Slots were a little tight.

Enjoy the casino but machines are so TIGHT you can't win..
