Hollywood Casino Toledo Review

Worst casino ever. Don't go unless you want to lose all your money and receive no comps. I lost hundreds and they wouldn't even comp me a sandwich. Dealers and cashier's are rude! Will never go there again.

Nice open casino with simple floor plan and good live music.

I go for the buffet. The food is very good. I'm not much of a gambler. But the slots are fun.

Visit 2-3 times a week at times! Always clean and the workers are always nice! We travel a lot and visit other casinos when available but nothing has really ever compared to Hollywood. Could be because its home, but its always nice to come back to after visiting other places!

The more i go the less it feels like there is much going on or enough to do.

Action never stop they have very good food at the Epic Buffet very friendly and very helpful I highly recommended

Only came here for the morning buffet. Wasn't disappointed. Clean, and good quality. nice dining area. Not a ton of choices but what they had was good.

I live in Michigan but go out of my way to play at Hollywood Toledo primarily for the smoke-free environment.

Nice place, machines are very tight and if you do hit do not pay much at all. If you're not planning on betting big money be careful

Well, you have to spend a lot of money before you get anything free, unlike traditional casinos. I'm here right now. I lost what I came with. I just went to kiosk and it said I am 4 points shy of reaching the next next tier and it gave me $15 freeplay. The machine didn't show it so I went to cage and they said I don't have anything. Wow! Hardest casino I've ever seen to win anything. Just another form of legal robbery in our great country. Ive realized how good the Indiana casinos are after coming here.

When busy, the service is painful you slow. We stood in line for more than 25 minutes at the bar for drinks.

Nice to have non smoking! Hardly ever win there though. Play slots. The roads are getting so bad it's hardly worth it to drive from Plymouth Michigan to there.

The games are turn down horribly and the free games gave you nothing. I feel like I was ripped off.

Casino is a RIP off just as ever casino is but the steak house is great make sure you try the seafood platter but be careful its big

terrible, totally controlled wins ( mostly losses down to the last cent ) ok, for entertainment, don't go if you think your going to win $$$ not happening.

Final Cut Steakhouse has the best restaurant steaks I have ever had. The service was fantastic, and the food was phenomenal.

Staff at Player Services downgraded my card from Celebrity on 8/29/18 after I asked about, and received a complimentary meal for the Epic Buffet. The worker acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked to speak with some one about it, I was told they weren't available. Last year the same thing happened. I inserted my red Producer card in 5 different slots, I kept getting the message to reinsert. I took it to player services and was given a Celebrity card. I asked for my Producer card back and was told, everyone starts over after so many months. I asked to speak with someone else. The lady pretended to be trying to contact someone for 15 minutes. I left. I contacted the casino on the website and never received a response. Is it standard operating procedure to be downgraded for reasons other than lack of play, or is this some dirty deal the staff is trained to do ?

Line too long because one of the ladies refused to Waite on us at dining room because we were not special guest.

There were no special guest but there was a line of good old honest customers waiting because she would not service us

Hollywood Casino is an okay casino. Never seems to be very enjoyable when the machines just seem to eat up all your money and they don't even entice you to play more with several small payouts so you see your money drop slowly especially since we all know they will end up with it in the end.

Other than the hassle of construction....great experience, great food from the restaurant behind the stage/bar area. Slots were decent, didn't loose all my money. Actually was on Top.

They have very few table games open during the day. Staff is very pleasent.

Easy to get in and out. You can look across the casino and see from all angles.

Hard to win. Drinks are expensive and doubles have little alcohol.

Was not fun at all, waited for about 3 hours to try to get on a blackjack table along with about 20 other people. Went to a casino to play blackjack and never actually got on a table. In total I think Hollywood had about 10 table games open and people standing around everywhere trying to play and not able to. Not sure why, have not had this problem in the past, but I think next time I'll skip going to hollywood casino.

Crowded parking, cheap incentives ,and even worse rewards with little consideration on status and travel time to visit, but friendly and somewhat enjoyable.

It was honestly terrible and the fact they stop serving at 10 pm is ridiculous. I didn't even get one drink. I went for our anniversary. I'll keep myself in michigan. Waste of time.

The only thing I like is crab legs but im very dissapointed that you pay alot and they give you 3 crab legs everytime you go .
Why would they not let self serve like every other buffet, why be so stingy. Why you have to go again and again to get 3 crab legs.

Stay away that place is rigged and you always walk out broke. House away wins especially when it rigged.

Different ...I don't go to Casinos ...this was my first one. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Staff helpful with questions asked. Very lively. I only went in with $20 and walked out with $36. Had fun. Might go again. Only because of spending money on my part. It was very fun though.

Don't gamble much. So I can't talk on that. But I meet family and watch NFL and College football on there awesome TVS and eat. Foods ok, a little overpriced for what you get but doable.
