good place to spend some money and get nothing if you have bad hand

This is a very small casino, and the impression is very poor. It has been here for a while because of work. The quality of the staff, especially the dealer, is very poor, and the old loves to talk back to the guests. Most of the managers behind are also eager to lose you immediately. Real gamblers should not come to my opinion. Finally, losing money is still angry! The baccarat table is a minimum of 25 yuan, and the maximum gambling gambling is very bad for gamblers. Of course, it s another matter to travel and send money! In particular, there is a black female manager behind the baccarat table that is 50 years old. It is always a trouble to find a guest. She does not know that the guest is the basic principle of God's service. I think her principle is that the guest is an enemy. I don't understand why the casino owner didn't fire her. All the gambling baccarat I know said she was very poor. Finally, I hope that my comments will help you, especially the casino CEO's ability to check what I said correctly?

In comparison to other river casinos this place is good and on an excellent venue. There are so many slot machines, I doubt you'd have any trouble finding a seat. I didnt see any black jack or roulette tables, however I think there was a few video versions. 4 stars mainly because there wasn't a drink service like other casinos I've been to.

Antiquated interior. Bathrooms were disgusting. Cashiers didn't honor the advertisement for first time visitors ($30 to play)

If I could possibly leave 0 stars I would. I am an active gamer and am not leaving a review because of my winnings or losses because I actually won at this location but the customer services was absolutly horrible. I was harrased to leave and treated with 0 respect. The floor manager Faith in general had the least respect of them all. I had the most utter respect for every single staff member in the facility but was not treated likewise. I would never come to this place to anyone!

If you compare this place to the average Vegas strip casino it s absolutely terrible!
If you head in there knowing it s Chicago suburb casino gambling and it s not Vegas, it s ok. The dealers are pretty dry, no personality...it s small and narrow...
Fun but blah.

I recently came here with my friends who were visiting from Kentucky. I didn t gamble but my friends did and they won some money. I m not into gambling so my only criticism is that it was kind of dim in there. I wish the lights were brighter.

i win alot of the time i go here and they have a free soda machine what more can you ask for

This a weak casino. I wouldn't call it a casino. For all the money they taking from people they should make it look better.

I like to visit this casino on occasion. The employees that work here tend to be friendly. Acceptable variety of games. The interior is a bit drab and in my opinion they would benefit from more food and drink options on the gaming floor itself as well as more non-gaming seating areas.

Black jack dealer won around 10 hands in a row. Lost like $600 in a matter of 5 minutes. Waited around for my friends and played slots - lost $50 more. Finally decided to leave and then get stuck in the parking garage for the last hour. This is a fire hazard. TLDR - Lost money but most importantly a lot of time being stuck in their parking garage

The machine that cashes out your ticket, didn't give me my change. It was only .09 cents but Casinos take enough already, they don't need to nickle & dime us on the way out. Why is the parking lot so far away? Your forced to use valet and of course they're overwhelmed so you have to wait awhile. Although, the burger I had was Excellent!

Decent location ...free parking is in the back and the back and the entrance is closed to the back so you would have to walk to get to the front entrance other than that its ok

Clean and fun casino. Lots of slot machines and a good buffet. Easy to get on machines I wanted to play. Slot machines are a little on the tight side. Good staff.

Not enought Vegas style slot machines. Entrance is poorly kept up. Rugs are spotted with stains. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of machines open if you go early, could use some new poker machines.

Buffet was terrible. Cold food and no flavor. Don't eat here. Gaming is average at most. Won't be returning. I would rather go to grand Victoria at elgin.

First of all let me say that me and my wife went there and this little fat white female security guard , or whatever she was, with brownish blond hair about 5 8 . at the entrance to the game floor, had a very bad attitude . Very unprofessional and no customer service or social skills whatso ever. I work in Las Vegas as a Casino Manager and I can tell you one thing, i have never came or had under my supervision, such a rude and arrogant employee as this employee. I m addition, the place was not kept up well. Don t go here, save your money and try Harrah Joliet, this place stinks.

Really not big on casinos but this place was really well done with the Skywalk and it was not too crowded when we went.

I meet with friends this restaurant quite often! This is my favorite restaurant to have a bite. I go to this spot many times. The meals are great, the staff is courteous and the rates are affordable. I like eating in this restaurant for a nice dinner.

Very clean modern looking casino. I didn't spend very long here, just stopping in before going to dinner and overall was impressed by the layout. I was however disappointed in the blackjack tables having 6/5 payout for blackjack. That's never good

Nice little riverboat casino. Best and only casino around the Aurora area.

I'm a table player and all tables have auto shuffle.. play is slow and winnings are low.. minimize bets and be a strategy player.. prey on new players.. beware..

The drinks are super good the food is good but I was not that looking and wanting money lost $500

We enjoyed our time at Hollywood and the live music was awesome.

Needs an update asap.. make it brighter, vibrant.. same look for almost 20 years. Get rid of that memorabilia.. needs a refresh ... it really does.

Very professional staff. The security is friendly, you feel safe and dealers are nice.

Had a wonderful time tonight. The two women running the promotion, Ariel and Jordan, were quite helpful and very professional. Incredibly pleasant. Security was also rather pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

It's not Vegas, but they do have Marilyn Monroe's shoes on display. Free parking with a Player's Card (which is also free). Parking can be $10 if you do not have a card. Free sodas from the 100 Choices machine. Free live music on Friday & Saturday nights.
Do the machines pay out? No. But still a fun alternative to watching a movie.

Not sure why I walked in here. Depressing as hell with most peopled like zombies in front of the slots, mostly older retirees. Not a single smile on anyone of them. Casino was nice and clean itself.

This is by far one of the worst casinos ever. They're inconsistent with rules and policies that are governed by the illinois gaming board. The dealers change the rules frequently, so there is no consistency. They keep the limits low on the table games on Friday's and Saturday nights which makes the games crowed and uncomfortable for play. Dealers do not properly manage the games and will let players bet for less than table minimum. Then will tell you it isnt there job to make sure players are betting the table min. (No game control) Here they will allow guess to literally stand over your shoulder while you play and they watch. No dealer, pit boss or security will tell them to step back and allow the player to play.

The tier levels are a waste of time here. You're given no priority regardless of your level. There is no point of having a player development, if Icons or Executive Producers aren't treated as such. Caesars gives priority to there top tiers you all should do the same. The casino host are no help to players. They usually can't do anything for you. Since the change of the rewards program it's not an advantage to play here. They should be more helpful and tend to favor on the side of the player and be more engaging. You have two host here that will help and understand the gaming industry. One of them being Cystal and the other is Raven.

Poker room isn't bad but primarily offers 1/2 no limit, 2/5 occasionally and 10/20 limit. Ultimately if you have time and it isn't an inconvenience go somewhere else. You will have a better time. Don't give them your business. Customer Service isn't a priority. They have high turnover so the employees are constantly changing which impacts the games. Completing serveys do not create change here. The purpose of this place is suppose to be for entertainment. The floor managers are fair but can't be at one place all the time. Rick, Jeff, Kevin, and Patty are great. All of them listen and are engaged with the guest. Overall focus on improving customer service and hiring staff who do their Job.

There buffet I was not impressed, there was nothing there. And very expensive,and it was new year's Eve. Grand Victoria blows them out the water!

Good bands, fun times. Didn't win anything but sure had a good time.
