Great place to take the whole family easy to rent a cabana

Lines are a little bit long need to move a little faster but very fun
Kids love every minute that we are here at the water park
Everything was great except the lazy river because it was too strong not that lazy and I scratched my leg (last summer)
Hadn't been in years...love the music. Fun place for sun and waves minus the sand.
It was a great place to ride slides have fun and relax except the food there was expensive.
this is the best place EVERY everyone go here right now and you will be alive
I enjoy the river but you got to fight for the rings. I enjoy the wave pool too. It's bomb. It's chill just to lay back in the chair and enjoy!
The lines are a killer. They should put elevators or escalators
I LOVE KNOTS SOAK CITY!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE THE NEW UPDATE!!!! but the bad thing is the price for food or anything that they sell. also when its around 1 pm... its really packed :(... but its still a cool place :).
Every half an hour or so the wave pool has to be evacuated due to someone defecating in it. This besides being straight up disgusting is also a health concern because all they do is remove the solid waste and then everyone is back in. Then there's the obnoxious set of restrictions here such as no swimming in the wave pool and the lazy river. Understandable if it is a busy day but not on a quiet weekday when one has a 15 foot diameter space in the pools. Also the lifeguards at this place seem to have some serious attitude problems, but then again that is normal because mostly all of them are moody teenagers that need a summer job to pay their tuition. Park guests are also constantly getting into fights over the floatation tubes used on the lazy river or the slides. Food is also extremely overpriced and mediocre in quality.
That place is super awesome! I splash everywhere. I did get on the Storm Watch water slide and get bigger splash from the giant bucket of water.
My kids love going here. It can get busy sometimes though.
It was grrst i am 62 yrs old i was on the slides in the wave pool it was fun we had a cabana Charles was our server he was excellent.
Fun to cool off. Small enough to be done in 2hrs. Need to enforce a dress code for it being a "family" attraction. Not appropriate to be having body parts hanging out everywhere. Don't like having to explain to my young kids why people dress like that.
Funny we always look forward to summers with an old man to attend !!
What a great time for all ages. Even the toddlers had their own area of fun, safe water and slides. The staff where just what you would expect from Knott's. Can't wait for the next visit.
Its small but i like that it has a decent amount of rides for the size it is. I like that everything is very close together. No walking far distances to get from ride to ride or going up and down hills, like another water park. There are clusters of slides in each area which is nice. So you are able to get on all of em after you come off of one slide. The lazy river was great! The only complaint i have is that food is way over priced. 1 whole pizza is over $30. Milk us for all you can i guess. Not the best water park but its decent. Worth a try. I went on a Wednesday and it was a perfect day to go. I can't imagine how the weekend must be being as small as it is.
It's a really fun place but the lifeguards are super young and if they weren't so busy nodding their heads and two-stepping, they'd notice all the craziness going on in the lazy river (people going the wrong way, rough housing). They need a new method to assure that the lifeguards aren't zoning out because this one's not working.
Wow... If you like hanging out with the dregs of society... This is the place 4 u!
We had a really nice time. Keep an eye on your umbrella because someone stole mines:(
I think it's alright the food is decent and they serve beer& wine.
It is great, but it was so crowded there was no where to sit
First of all, it was a very fun day. The pricing was a bit ridiculous; especially for children and parking. Children cost $21 and have very few rides to go on. We had to plan strategically to so adults could go on rides and kids stay happy. Parking was $14 for one car and it was not a secure parking lot. The park should consider refunding most of that money for people who go to their park.
They really dont care about safety for kids they where a lot of unattended kids but please they need to put rules up about cutting in line and pushing especially in kid zones.
So fun best water park and cheap water park fav ride lazy river and old man falls and wave pool #bleesed
The waterpark is nice. Very kid friendly. They are only open until 7pm. I would have liked more food options.
It was busy but it was spring break still had a blast. Cheaper than some of the other parks
Despite all the negative reviews, it's best to just go for yourself cause everyone has there own views. I really didn't want to go because of the bad reviews and to my surprise it was really nice. I don't go for myself I have two toddlers they had a ball my daughter didn't want to leave. I didnt have to worry about parking, food, are drinks because I have that all include in my season passes. People were very nice almost every time I went in the lazy river are wave pool I was offered a tube so didn't have to rent one. Over all it was a Saturday it was pretty packed we didn't have our own spot that would be my only complaint is I wish it was more shaded areas and areas to sit. ** NOTE: you are allowed to bring the big shaded umbrellas that go in the ground, and your own chairs. I also seen a lot of people with food as in bags of fruit chips juice ECT. So have fun enjoy.
First time
(+) Lines not long, nice areas to lounge, we chose the grassy area near the toddler splash. Mellow music to enjoy and definitely fun for all ages.
(-) Crazy expensive for food - $15.00 for a combo. Next time we'll pack lunch and bring our beach umbrellas.
Very small compared to other water parks we've been to. Over crowded. Lazy river is too shallow to enjoy. Wave pool is small and overpacked. Would recommend spending your money at Knotts Berry Farm next door!
Very Fun and relaxing day. Park is the right size to spend the day and the Gold Season Pass is worth it to come in the summer.
Great place to beat the heat take your own food to save money I think it's about 40 bucks for a whole pizza 8 dollars for one slice
One of the worst water park ever. Yesterday I and my husband went to this water park. In tidal wave pool through the tube suddenly I reached at 6.5+ ft. As I don't know swimming I was about to sink in water. I called lifeguard to help. They told to hold the water rope. But I was unsure about it and was scared to leave my tube. I thought if I will leave the tube and also wont able to catch the rope than I will go into the water. No Lifeguard came to help me they are total waste. Suddenly two people came nearby. I asked them to help. finally, they helped me and brought me to the 4ft. god plz, bless them.
Great place to beat the heat. Lockers available from $15+ with credit/debit or cash in $5 bill increments...I only had singles. Plenty of 1st come first serve loungers and chairs.
So much fun for the kids. And adults too. Food needs better selection and pricing. 18$ for a burger fries and fruit cup is ridiculous. Also they need more intertubes. And large ones for people of size. Only had 2 large intertubes in the whole park.
Went to soak city with my grandkids and their parents..kids had loads of fun..
Best Place to Take a Kid Before Halloween to Dissipate Excessive Excitement"
Seriously, they have trick-or-treating like a week before Halloween.
Great place to enjoy a early morning before the crowd shows up
Great place to beat the Southern California heat. Need some better swim requirements for the wave pool & lazy river, ie full denim jeans, black/brown/red hair coloring dripping off, floating band aids, etc...
I came here last summer. I almost drowned in the wave pool even though I am a extremely strong swimmer. Also, I scraped my knee in the lazy river because the floor is basically a popcorn ceiling so your basically being pushed across a popcorn ceiling and I started bleeding all over the place. Me giving the place 2 stars is generous
Visited for a few hours for the first time this year no complaints going in. Walked in over the little bridge to the playground you can squirt other people or slide on the slide must be 42 inches to go on, then went to the other side for smaller kids it was nice only thing is this place lacks shaded areas! I guess that's how they get you to get a cabana, right? I wouldn't spend a whole day here personally a few hours was good enough for us!!
Great place to go on hot days. Fun for the whole family; all ages.
I think it's unfair that they are not open during the week some of us work the weekends and have little ones that dont have school. I payed for the pass I didn't use.
