Not happy at all with your rewards program! My wife don't get anything in the mail anymore. I still get something every month. We are both senior citizens and can't afford to come out a lot! And that's what you go by for your rewards program. We have been treated better by other casinos so WE will patronize them! We called yesterday about this matter and the person we talked to was very rude! Didn't real care about what we were saying! Management won't even respond to your issues! Just terrible!

Casino is old time but nice. Slot machines are too tight for me. Lost 400 and was there an hour. Have been at their steakhouse and it is one of the best around food is delicious. Can recommend this place highly. Show me the money. Loosen up those slots Hollywood. This is Johnny t. Over and out. I'm try in to woo a girl but she's not taking the bait. She is the bomb.

The atm robbed us... It's already a $7 ATM fee just to take money out but what i dosent say is the extra $6in fees it's going to charge you. That's theft. I tried calling to talk to somone but of course the number listed isn't working. Skip this outdated casino (with sketchy busniss practises) Just go to the Grand Victoria casino in Elgin. It's recently remodeled and I have always recived the best customer service!

Great local casino - steakhouse, buffet, slots, table games, friendly dealers. Anything you could want for a fun night out.

Fun place, great ambient. There was a show the time I visited for the first time. My friend won $30 out of $5 the first try.

I like Hollywood casino .Always have fun win or loose mostly win . I like to play video roulette. I stay away from the one armed bandits AKA slot machines. Have never eaten there yet but food looks good in the buffet. Another thing to do there is to sign up for their rewards card . If you park in the parking garage they charge you $15.00 when you leave garage If you have the card it's free.

Nice and clean place to eat but not nice to play slots the slots are so tight you don't win anything and you play to get the futures and when you finally get the chance to get a future it just spins and pay nothing.

The rooftop restaurant is very quaint and features top-notch steaks. And yes, people younger than 21 can dine here. If you're looking for a place to just experience a fanciful vibe and eat some excellent food, this is it.

Tight machine that barely pay. Wont be back for some time. Machine are also flithy. Chairs stink.

The only thing I can say is when going to a casino expect to lose money. I try to cut loose here about once a month to get rid of some stress. Nothing is more relaxing than grabbing a beer and hitting up the blackjack tables. Prime location for this place too, away from the city is always nice.

Never seems to be any luck at the Hollywood Casino. The bar was closed and the selection of machines were limited as majority were being diabled at the time.

It is always fun, win or lose. Tonight was a quicky we did not stay long, to crowded.

Machines were very tight. Wait is long when assistance is required. Use of two machines not enforced on busy days. Assigned reps do not make themselves available to you.

Good selection of games, very dated decor could use a remodel but otherwise a good time.
