This is by far one of the worst casinos ever. They're inconsistent with rules and policies that are governed by the illinois gaming board. The dealers change the rules frequently, so there is no consistency. They keep the limits low on the table games on Friday's and Saturday nights which makes the games crowed and uncomfortable for play. Dealers do not properly manage the games and will let players bet for less than table minimum. Then will tell you it isnt there job to make sure players are betting the table min. (No game control) Here they will allow guess to literally stand over your shoulder while you play and they watch. No dealer, pit boss or security will tell them to step back and allow the player to play.

The tier levels are a waste of time here. You're given no priority regardless of your level. There is no point of having a player development, if Icons or Executive Producers aren't treated as such. Caesars gives priority to there top tiers you all should do the same. The casino host are no help to players. They usually can't do anything for you. Since the change of the rewards program it's not an advantage to play here. They should be more helpful and tend to favor on the side of the player and be more engaging. You have two host here that will help and understand the gaming industry. One of them being Cystal and the other is Raven.

Poker room isn't bad but primarily offers 1/2 no limit, 2/5 occasionally and 10/20 limit. Ultimately if you have time and it isn't an inconvenience go somewhere else. You will have a better time. Don't give them your business. Customer Service isn't a priority. They have high turnover so the employees are constantly changing which impacts the games. Completing serveys do not create change here. The purpose of this place is suppose to be for entertainment. The floor managers are fair but can't be at one place all the time. Rick, Jeff, Kevin, and Patty are great. All of them listen and are engaged with the guest. Overall focus on improving customer service and hiring staff who do their Job.
