Was there for a convention. Staff took orders and delivered food. The concession stand staff were warm and welcoming and made ordering a fantastic experience. The front desk were eager and ready to answer anyone's questions.

Well appointed hotel, but a few flaws. The lobby was very nice. I encountered a bit of a wait to check in, but the staff were very professional and accommodating.

Room:

The room was nice, but cramped. The bed was okay for a comfortable sleep. Not too firm, not too soft. The bed linens were pretty standard. Overall, the room was nice and clean.

The bathroom is small with the door opening just clearing the toilet. When the closet door is open, the closet door bumps against the front door when entering room. The door to the room is not flush against the door frame, so light comes into your room around the cracks in the door at night. You can easily hear people talking in the hallway. Also when someone opens a nearby door, the suction moves your door back and forth which is noisy. I constantly woke up at night thinking someone was entering my room. But it was just the extra give in the door. The door was locked.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It's not my first choice in the area, but it is not a bad choice.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HOUSEKEEPING TO STEAL YOUR THINGS!!! On two different occasions I had things stolen from my room totaling over $500. The General Manager just kept defending his staff on how loyal they were to the company and would never steal anything and called me a liar. Had to wait for the police to come in order for them to take us seriously and ruined what should have been a fun day of vacation. Again, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

There's a very good restaurant in it, and it's a nice place if you're looking for somewhere that has a calmer cafe kind of vibe but with a wider selection, or if you're looking to wait out the rush hour traffic.

Stayed with family in a beautiful room! It was such a nice room, and for the price...wow. Unbelievable we got such a great deal at such a great hotel. 10/10! Great service at the front and the bartender introduced us to my new favorite tequila.

What a joke! It is 1:56 AM and we are sitting in their parking lot trying to find another hotel with a room for the night. We booked a reservation and came off a late flight from Montana to find that our room was given away. YES, we had paid for it when we booked! NEVER AGAIN

Good hotel and very elegant.
I liked its entrance and decoration.
The rooms are large and clean and the beds are comfortable but the prices are quite expensive.

The hotel was 5 minutes from UCF campus. They were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had good food and building extremely clean. Rooms were spacious, very clean and beds very comfortable. The pool was nice but it did not have a hot tub. It is not really needed in FL but would have been nice for a chilly evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great staff, clean room, got a free upgrade to a better room for the four nights I'm here. If you get a room on the back side of the hotel, it's very quiet! The prices for food really isn't bad for a hotel. Only bad thing is that they don't have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Booked a handicap room with 2 beds and when I got to the hotel to check in the desk clerk told us that the hotel never had any handicap rooms with two beds so we were missed lead by the desk clerk who made my reservation, so if you are looking for for a handicap room with two beds this hotel is not the one.

My boyfriend and I traveled with a group of friends and were originally staying at Celebration Suites in Celebration, Orlando. Both of us were extremely distraught with our friends choice motel, so we sought a nicer, inexpensive hotel. I found Holiday Inn in Alafaya and we booked a King Standard room ASAP. We were blown away with the staff and their effortless, common courtesy. They were all very helpful and satisfactory. Tara, in particular, was a great hostess and conversational bartender. Our room was beautiful and recently updated with a mounted, flat screen, mini-fridge, sofa and expansive bathroom. Also, I ve never been one for room service, but the hotel food was very good and nicely prepared. We were well taken care of here, and if we ever decide to revisit Orlando, we will, without a doubt, stay at the Holiday Inn Orlando East - UCF. Our experience here has made any Holiday Inn our preference from here on out. Very pleased.

Awesome! The hotel itself is beautiful and, having a restaurant with prices comparable to any other restaurant in the area, is great. We didn't have to take the kids out to dinner after a 3 hour drive.

I paid bit over 800 here to stay a week here last week and in return I got:
- blood stain towels
- blood stain sheets
- bug bites
- non-emptied trash on arrival(minor in comparison)
I was originally going to give this a pass due to the excellent front desk service(glasses guy during nights u are awesome) but this was absolutely disgusting on your guys part and I want people to be safe. I should not feel like I need to go to the doctors or google what diseases bedbugs can transmit from person to person after a stay here.

And that is being nice. The beds are horrible, the elevator constantly beeps, you can hear everything in hallway and other rooms such as screaming kids, conversations and to top if off, left over ribs on the elevator floor. See picture. The best part of this experience, is checking out of hotel. I will never again stay in a Holiday Inn.

The hotel was nice, clean and felt new! the bathrooms are pretty small though, I found it online for about $90-$100 the night which is a really good price for a Raddisson.. If you stay here you must try the restaurant, they offer specials every night.

Everything is good except for one simple thing that absolutely ruins the whole stay. It is clearly a Hotel designed for the corporate or seminar world as the entire 1st floor is dedicated to conference rooms and a restaurant. But their wifi internet is probably barely sufficient for a small family of four as I can only connect 15% of the time and even then it is slower than molasses. Their excuse is always that the hotel is full and everyone is using it at once. Well then up the capacity to meet the needs of your customers! I've stayed there twice. The first time leaving frustrated but in hopes as the problem would be fixed before I return. I was wrong and no one seems to want to acknowledge that there is an actual problem. I will definitely not be staying here again; I do not care how clean, new and nice it looks.

I walked in with my wife and no welcome to our hotel he was asking us about the face covering. We put them on and after a long conversation with the receptionist who tries to prove me how smart it is we walked towards elevators and met two guys cleaning the restaurant area with out anything on the face! I turned around and mentioned to the receptionist and he told me I am free to write a review! I am a long time holiday Inn costumer and this time disappointed ,this is not costumer service and I don't need a receptionist to lecture me after a 12 h drive! I put my face covering up and he continued lecture me! Anyway I am going to call corporate and see what they have to say about!
