Great interior decor, the rooms appear dated but are clean and free of odors. Our drains did not drain quickly and filled rapidly, employees were considerate, would stay again for the right price!
Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Very clean and the entire building has small areas to sit or kick back . Everything wonderful. Lots of amenities. Loved the free guest laundry. Just an amazing place to stay ive been here four days and wish I didnt have to leave :):)
Good hotel, nothing too crazy. Staff are friendly and professional. The food options are really good, especially the breakfast. They even allow you to order food to your room, which is nice since not every hotel does room service. Internet speeds are good too. Location isn't terrible; it's right off the highway (151), so it's convienent when you need to go somewhere. It's a 20-30 drive to Lackland, depending on the traffic of course.
It s sad, we have been out for 6 hours but the room has not been cleaned yet. Had to call front desk and they said they would send someone over, sad to see that we are back tired now have to wait for someone to come and clean the room.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from Sea World made this trip very easy especially traveling with children. The rooms were cleaned and the indoor pool temperature was just right! The staff always made sure we knew what was happening around the hotel and recommended places nearby (other than Sea World) to visit. The issue I experienced was in the hotel's cafe with a server/hostesses/supervisor named Danielle. I would highly recommend diversity and additional customer service training. She was friendly and helpful to some customers will very cold and harsh with others. Abigail (server) was amazing. She made sure we were taken care of (even after being left to fend for ourselves by Danielle) and treated EVERYONE that she helped with a smile and courtesy.

Very clean and free of clutter. People were very nice and helpful, they were extremely knowledgeable. Attended a work event where we utilized the conference rooms and they were spacious and easily accessible to the restrooms and to outside. The restrooms were cleans and had plugs for a hot tool or something of the sort. The location is great as there are two ways to get into the hotel parking lot so no matter which way you were coming from, there were many back streets that would lead to the parking lot, in order to alleviate any traffic. Loved it there and would definitely recommend it, and I will be booking there for personal if I ever do need a place. From a professional standpoint, I highly recommend!
This is our second stay in three summers at HISANW and the accommodations could not be better! You will not be disappointed with your stay at this venue. Exceptionally clean! Well maintained! Friendly helpful staff! Kudos! HISANW!

Staff is very attentive to your needs. Rooms are super clean. You can just come here and relax with your family. They offer a breakfast buffet. Outdoor swimming pool and indoor hot pool available. This hotel is awesome.

Beautiful Hotel with a nice restaurant and bar attached. The restaurant/bar also has a a couple of pool tables which was nice. The coffee served was horrible but other than that it was a nice experience
Stayed here just about a year ago and my vehicle for broke into. Parking lot has no lights. This morning gave it another chance and wake up to find more cars have been broken into... So if you want to lose your stuff. Stay here.

Poor customer service. Manager Ms. Marion seem to be prejudice. Would tell hispanics that rooms were sold out n wouldn't really accept families with multiple children. But I saw an Anglo couple with one child came in, they were taken care of instantly. She definitely needs soms serious training.
My husband and I loved it. We will definitely be back in the future. We stayed here for a bible conference for a week and we will definitely miss the bed and pillows and great food! It was a great trip. Me and my family wanted to visit SeaWorld. We stayed here on the 6th floor. No smoke smell and everything was clean. The grill has awesome big burgers. Thanks will return. This is a update from my previous rating of 4 star due to past experience. Big improvement on bed quality.

Well the place is very nice clean unfortunately, next day when I see my pillow,there was a big stain of something on it didn't see it the night before because I was so tired,but the housekeeping was very helpful provided me another pillow case and wherever I was asking for it.

Liked it all except for the restaurant... wife ordered the salad and got sick. Only a few servers and pizza was dry. Poor food preparations and some one will be horribly sick soon if they don't clean their kitchen
As soon as we walked in Amazing....they have pool tables private party rooms.a grill restaurant just fantastic...and the decorations just beautiful...and nice clean and roomy...we had a great time went for a private party....and was very awesome servers only one disappointment the coffee we got served was barely warm but I told one of the servers immediately got changed I'm sorry to say was as cold as the first one but I give them an A for effort and politeness.
Staff is super friendly I even forgot my toothbrush and they had extra for me. Asked me if I knew how to turn on the shower which I did but for people who don't know it's super helpful because you have to pull the bottom spout for the top head to work. The hotel is always clean and cleaners are always respectful of my stuff. I love the coffee makers in the room too.

As others hotels, good location but really old installations, our room had a hard humidity smell, so management please do something with that and think to renew inside the rooms, not only exterior, I won t recommend this place one less there is no other choice.

I visited for a professional event and while I have no experience with the rooms themselves, the catering for large events went smoothly for the most part.
Conference center was prepared in advance of the meeting. Last minute needs were quickly supported by hotel staff. We plan to use this site for future needs.
It was clean. The staff was mostly courteous. The restaurant has decent food. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool as well as a fitness area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy! Plus, they have a shuttle that will take you to and from SeaWorld no charge no hassle. Our room on the sixth floor had 2 queen beds, a tv, a mini fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave. There is an easy to use wall thermostat to control the temperature, but there is no safe in the room.
The room appeared clean. Free shuttle rides to the local theme park was a nice bonus. I would stay at this location again
The WiFi and guest laundry were pretty rough; the only two amenities I used. Breakfast was great, and room was good. Guest staff was very nice.
Okay, they were great. The pool was awesome. It has a nice splash pad for the tots and emen a 1.5 foot area next to the pool for the kids. The hot tub was nice and we loved the fact that they shuttle to sea world every day. The drivers were very nice and exceptionally nice and helpful.
There was a pair or dirty underwear on the window sill and old milk in the fridge when we checked into the room. The room itself was OK. housekeeping was difficult to get. Multiple times during our stay we asked to have the room cleaned while we were out (ranging from 2 to 6 hours) with no luck. Came back from a whole day at the Alamo and Riverwalk to find it still not clean at 5 pm. Fitness center was good.
the hotel very nice but I was not told that the pets could be left alone in the room and I had to cancel.
Great stay. Super comfy beds. I wish we would have taken advantage of the SeaWorld package they had. if you're planning on booking here ask about it. At the time it was $75 for four tickets and breakfast. If I hadn't already bought season tickets I would have gotten it. Looking forward to staying here again
We enjoyed swimming in both their indoor and outdoor pool. Their hot tub was a little small but it was still fun. The ataff was super helpful and friendly and the room service was good. I would definately stay here again. Great place to stay if you have kids.
Love the restaurant, bar, rooms, both pools, service and just the over all feel! We are locals and like to just to overnight to enjoy the breakfast in the morning and the bar at night!

Very nice modern hotel. Pools were great for the kids and the shuttle to SeaWorld made our SeaWorld vacation much better. The shuttle did fill up on busy days.

The entrance was a bit hard to find but the banquet room and staff were wonderful.

Stayed here while going to sea world. The main reason I chose it was for the toddler/baby pool. That pool was great, it is perfect for babies or small toddlers. I would stay here again just for that aspect. The room itself is a little outdated and we had to get our comforter switched out twice due to stains but overall it was a good stay.
