Holiday Inn Resort Puerto Vallarta Review

Excellent facilities and the service of the staff very attentive and friendly.

I forgot my charger and my lens and they never appeared even having warned a few hours later

I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one is better than many in the US. Excellent attentive service by all the staff, breakfast buffet has more choices than in the US and is of good quality, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to the airport and Marina Vallarta.

Excellent attention and service from everyone (especially from Ms. Gabriele), new facilities and the usual in a new Holliday inn. Breakfast included simple but acceptable. Pool and Jacuzzi, room service, taxis available, super marina wax, acceptable internet, 5 minutes from the airport, next there is a hospital.

It is a new hotel, clean, modern, with very good facilities, has all the amenities, very close to the airport easily accessible and the hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are a good size, the beds and pillows are magical since they will put you to sleep just by lying down on them. Once I met this hotel I did not change it for any business class hotel.

Comfy beds, great breakfast service and quality, quiet, and close to airport. near marina and large grocery shopping store that is priced right. Downfall is crossing the street to marina and catching the bus to downtown. There are no food choices nearby except the marina or the steak house open only weekends. The pool was warm but hot in same as the pool with no jets working. Enjoyed the gym stocked switch water and hand towels ...also clean! Safe was too high to reach used a table to stand on when used. Maid didn't change the sheets the entire week of stay. Did miss a mini fridge -used our garbage can as an ice bucket. Ok for a short stay.

The hotel was very nice, I enjoyed it very much. It was close to the airport and about a 10 min drive to downtown. The only problem I had was waiting for our room to be ready.

Great place overall, business hotel with Gym, pool, parking, WiFi, complimentary breakfast and more. The bed is excellent, great for a good night sleep. The staff is very professional and kind. Location is great, near the airport and the PV Marina.

The best thing about this hotel was the personal treatment and the availability of customer service, the very good healthy and nutritious morning buffet !!! I recommend you even if you travel as a family !!!

Excellent hotel !! Superb stay, both the staff service and the facilities in perfect condition. There is a point that should be considered to change, the pool is very cold, if they put temperature control would be very useful and more people would use the pool. It would be a change for the benefit of the hotel !!

Nice atmosphere, the restaurant's food is good and if you like, they take it to your room. It has a pool and gym. It has a buffet from 7 to 10 am. Quite comfortable.

If you are going on a business trip it is an excellent option, it is 5 minutes from the airport, excellent service. Good facilities, everything seems new. Breakfast is included and has good flavor and "variety", considering that it is included and express. It has a gym area and you sleep deliciously, its pillows, bed and the experience that they handle around it is pleasant.

Well, Nice and Cheap .... it is very well located, the rooms are very spacious and modern, everything is very clean and the pool is delicious, something extra is that it includes breakfast and it is exquisite, everything that you try will not be loved , from the chilaquiles, egg, beans, chicken tinga, rajas, fruit, yogurt, juices, hotcakes, it is very complete ... and all the staff are quite friendly.

I highly recommend it, without hesitation I plan to return. !!

$65 per night, kinda skeptical when we book it but hotel is super nice. Brand new rooms and facility. Breakfast super fresh. Cant go wrong when u stay here. Recommended for sure

The hotel is very clean, helpful staff and very close to the airport. The included buffett breakfast is about 2.5 stars.

Stayed 2 nights in March 2019 for free with IHG points, got an awesome room with terrace and view on the swimming pool. The hotel looks brand new, the lobby is wonderful and the breakfast one of the best I had in a Holiday Inn Express. For sure you need to drive few minutes to get to the center of PV or to the beach, but this hotel is the best deal quality/price, period.

PS: the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond for your requests!

Outstanding hotel with terrific staff. Super clean.Good breakfast too. Highly recommended. They went out of their way to store our luggage when we couldn't get into our next accomodation and helped us with cab rides.

The staff is very friendly here. The free breakfast is the best I have had at any hotel. The rooms are nicely finished, and everything is very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
